Excellent customer service, clean room and very convenient location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 4 star experience and a very affordable price. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the shower cannot contain the water inside very well and water leaks out to the bathroom floor breakfast has a lot of options for food.

Great hotel at a very accessible location. Rooms were clean and looked exactly like the photos. The service was amazing, we even received a free local dessert to our doorstep one of the evenings we were in the room. Very convenient to receive delivery services with the robot butler. Free laundry and gym available.

My 5-day, 4-night stay at Lynn International Hotel, Taikooli (Chengdu) was wonderful. The hotel’s central location just steps from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li made exploring, dining, and shopping incredibly easy. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with large windows and modern amenities. Daily laundry service, free afternoon tea, and generous breakfast were standout touches, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was very nice! Their staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very near IFS, Kawloon Plaza etc. Metro station is also nearby. I truly enjoyed my stay here at Anlige. Wil definitely promote this hotel to my friends and families.

Very convenient location and heartful cervice. Everyday cleaning, water, tea and coffee. I was actually surprised, that this is actually apartment (not a classic hotel), but they checked us in as a foreigners, so I hope, I won't get any troubles at customs as a free-visa foreigner 😅

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

If you're lucky enough to be assisted by their Experience Curator, Jasmine, your stay will be twice as wonderful. She's incredibly thoughtful and attentive, accurately anticipating my mood and needs, which made me feel very comfortable and special.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 8. There's a shopping mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. Taikoo Li is just a 10-minute walk away – super convenient! The in-room amenities and bedding are excellent and very tasteful.
Besides a restaurant, there's also a rooftop bar. And if you don't feel like dining at the hotel, the mall downstairs has so many restaurants you could eat there for a week and not repeat a meal.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu! 💪🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay in the room, and I highly recommend it overall. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and there's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. At night, there are all sorts of street food vendors, so you don't even need to go to a night market. On the fourth floor, they have a Western-style restaurant which is great, and you can dine on the terrace with a fantastic view. The cleaning lady was very thorough, and the front desk service was excellent. I was completely satisfied. Check-out can be extended until 2-3 PM, and there's ice cream and afternoon tea. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Also, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough; there was visible dust in many places. The staff service was decent though; check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

The front desk staff were friendly and always helped resolve any issues promptly. The hotel's location was easy to find, convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it offered great value for money and was a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone and would come back again if I have the chance.
