I had an incredible stay at Shilla Stay. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I didn’t have an adapter for Korea, and they kindly lent me one to use, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from Myeong-dong, right next to a subway station, and surrounded by convenience stores and food spots. I had dinner at the hotel lounge and bar, and the food was pretty good too. Everyone I interacted with, from check-in to check-out, was so nice. The view from my room was beautiful, especially at night. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Location was good. Near restaurants and convenient stores. I booked twin beds but they upgraded me to double n 1 twin beds. the toilet has standing shower n bathtub which is good but if u use the shower the whole toilet will be wet because there is no partition. If use bathtub has to sit or be careful that water will splash n wet the toilet floor too.

The location is conveniently close to Seoul Station, making it an excellent choice for those arriving late to the Seoul Station

Clean room, but the location is on the hill

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this stay would be different. While many luxury hotels offer grand decor, this one combines that elegance with a warmth that truly makes it feel like a home away from home. Check-In & First Impressions: The arrival process was seamless. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a studio suite. They even let me choose the essential oils for my room's diffuser during check-in—a small but incredibly thoughtful touch. The Room: The suite was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the ”Heavenly Bed”—I haven’t had such a deep, restful sleep in months. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a majestic view of the city skyline, which was particularly stunning at sunset. Dining & Amenities: Breakfast was a highlight. The spread was vast, featuring everything from freshly made dim sum to a live cooking station. I also spent an afternoon at the rooftop infinity pool, which felt like an oasis high above the busy streets. Service Excellence: What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The team was attentive and responsive, anticipating needs before I even asked. When I had a minor issue with the AC, the maintenance team fixed it within minutes with a smile. Final Verdict: Whether you are traveling for business or a relaxing family holiday, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The prime location and impeccable service make it a top-tier choice. I will definitely be returning!

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Manu. It’s centrally located, very close to the Seoul station for both subway and airport railway. It is also a short walk to Myeongdong. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfy and very warm :). The brekkie was sensational with a different menu each day. They do the best cappuccino! Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel.

I book the Line Brown Bear room for me and my daughter, it’s stunning and we love it so much!! We even played in the bath tub even though it’s cold weather. The room is spacious and clean, the room service is great. The only thing not too good is the wood in the bathroom make noise while walking and it’s mouldy. The front desk is helpful and friendly (with few extra staffs standing around to help with anything!) The check-in machine is another highlight! Special thanks to their sufficient reply on email and allowing us to park our luggages before our check-in date! Overall we had a fantastic experience!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the self-check-in system was incredibly convenient. The hotel also provided instant noodles for guests to use. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance!

Hotel Clean. Nice. This hotel so good place for my first time in seoul. im so lucky can check in early. near the Train station, near olive young store, 7e, CU, starbuck coffee, the most important is near the bus stop go to airport. so easy to access to all place.
