MM234287****Staying at Initial Heart Mosher Hotel was such a delightful surprise! It's super close to Disney, and the free shuttle service back and forth made things incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The front desk staff were so friendly and even gave us a sightseeing guide. The value for money was absolutely amazing, and our entire experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!

AAmy Nuengruthai PathumwongseAs this is The Ritz-Carlton, expectations are naturally high — and they were certainly met. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was warm and welcoming, accompanied by genuine smiles. I would especially like to compliment Chris (I remember her name because it reminds me of Christmas). She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, showing true attentiveness and care. Her service perfectly reflected the high standards and gracious hospitality that The Ritz-Carlton is known for. One small tip for future guests: it may be best to avoid corner rooms. While they are comfortable, the view can be limited, and the room door is very close to the neighboring room. You may occasionally hear noise when the neighboring door opens or closes. Aside from this minor point, everything else was perfectly fine.

YYanKnu****The service was excellent, and the location is superb, making getting around very convenient. It's right next to Exit 1 of Metro Line 1. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, comparable to a five-star hotel, which greatly improved my sleep quality. The soundproofing was also excellent; despite being on a main road, it was completely quiet. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the late-night canteen was quite good. They also offer free luggage storage and parcel collection. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would book again. It offers good value for money. I hope the prices don't increase once the pool and gym are back in operation. The only downsides were that the hotel elevators were a bit cramped, and the delivery robots often blocked the middle of the doorway without moving, which was inconvenient for guests with large luggage. When we checked out, three of us with five suitcases had to take three separate elevators, which was very time-consuming. Also, for some reason, the carpets in the hotel hallways made it extremely difficult to drag luggage; I've stayed in many different hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue.

AAnnisidelvxingbijiFacilities: Compared to some of the hotels in the old Bund area, Banyan Tree is a newcomer, so the overall facilities are newer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all over 60 square meters, which is excellent for this location. Service: When checking in, since there weren't two adjacent rooms available in our original booking (we were a family of 4 adults and 1 child), they proactively upgraded our room type. The service during our stay was also very attentive. As it was my husband's and mother-in-law's birthdays the day before and the last day of our stay, respectively, they even sent us a small cake, which was a very thoughtful touch. Ambiance: With Christmas approaching, the hotel already had a strong festive atmosphere, especially the Christmas tree in the garden. It looked absolutely beautiful when lit up at night and was perfect for photos, haha.

GGuest UserNear to railway station. Major plus for our group. Train access was one of a key plus point too. Took cab however to most places we had a kid. Took a train to Jing An (3r per adult) and from Airport (7r per adult). Pretty convenient and affordable though didi wasn’t expensive. Food is meh at breakfast and Executive Lounge - pretty repetitive with a few changes here and there. International but of course still more Chinese food. Chinese food is too oily and heavy flavoured for our taste but that could be subjective. Front desk was decent. One of the concierge guys was pretty helpful. Hotel is modern, clean, beautiful hardware though. Breakfast is for two per room but could be added at 100r a day before or 130r on the day itself. Additional person for executives lounge access could be waived for a review though we didn’t utilize that. We had the executive suite room with large access. Huge room we are pretty satisfied. Our room looks out to the railway station which was wgreat for us as we were heading to Suzhou after Shanghai 30 mins HSR away. Walk is 5 mins away. The bathroom siding door couldn’t be locked as that was faulty. Dyson hairdryer. Huge bath space. Offered to convert sofa bed to bed without charge for that first so that was great. Not many big issues, I think we could stay again dude. Of course Shanghai has many great options as well, except for the food - wouldn’t order breakfast or get lounge access - would rather head out to eat. They provided cute, toddler bathrobe, toothbrush and guest room slippers - which made my kid happy. I would also suggest to add much needed potty related accessories including a step up stool. All good otherwise, will recommend. Room pictures look as as what is on Trip, so sorry no pictures taken.

MM510816****I have to give a shout-out to Rookie from the Waldorf Astoria concierge team! As a first-time visitor, he genuinely surprised me with his warm and patient assistance, even helping me send a package. Mark was incredibly patient and efficient throughout, helping me plan my Shanghai fashion shopping itinerary. With him around, I didn't have to worry about planning anything for my trip! Max's service was also excellent, helping me take photos. The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning. I'll definitely look for them again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and overall had a smooth experience. The price is very reasonable, and the hotel itself is fairly ok. They also gave me an upgrade when I checked in, but I can’t say how that room was different to the one that I booked. The rooms and breakfast were both okay — nothing outstanding, but perfectly fine for a short stay. One of the highlights is the convenient location, with many dinner options nearby, which was great for our needs. I appreciated the welcome cookie, although it was quite hard and crumbly — a nice gesture, but not very tasty. One small inconvenience was that I couldn’t get a Chinese invoice (fapiao) directly at the hotel; instead, they told me to request it through the booking app, which I found a bit unusual. Despite these minor issues, it was an easy and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need a hotel in this area at this price point.

FFEIFISHYThis was my first time staying at the Andaz, and Peter checked me in. He seemed like a real food enthusiast and confidently told me their breakfast was excellent, urging me to try it on my first visit. He was absolutely right! The breakfast quality was very high, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. If you went a bit later, there was even a queue. I was very satisfied with my stay overall. Thanks for everything, Peter!

GGuest UserThis hotel, which I chose for my business trip, truly exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the front desk was swift, and I didn't have to wait long at all. They even offered a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor, mentioning it would offer a better view. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was spotlessly clean and free of any unpleasant odors. The bed was perfectly comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard – providing excellent rest after a tiring day of work. While breakfast wasn't luxurious, it offered warm and filling staples like congee, steamed buns, and eggs. Overall, I have no complaints and would likely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

BBowen• **Prime Location**: The hotel is ideally situated at 250 Huashan Road in Jing'an District, less than 100 meters from Exit 12 of Jing'an Temple Metro Station. With multiple metro lines nearby, including Line 2 and Line 7, it's just a few minutes' walk to popular attractions and shopping centers like Jing'an Park, Jing'an Temple, and Jiuguang Department Store. Transportation, shopping, and dining are incredibly convenient. • **Attentive Service**: The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. For instance, the team at the Executive Lounge on the 38th floor is exceptionally caring, making guests feel right at home. In some rooms, swiping your card in the elevator automatically selects your floor, showcasing their attention to detail. • **Excellent Facilities**: The hotel boasts a comprehensive range of recreational facilities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. Guest rooms are also fully equipped, featuring marble bathrooms with a vanity area and bathtub, and comfortable bedding.
