"Before arrival: On the day of check-in, I received a call asking about my arrival time. Knowing I would be late, they arranged for a turndown service. They also asked my preference for pillows from a variety of options and placed them in the room beforehand.
Upon check-in: The room was clean and tidy, and the bathtub was quite large. Being on a high floor, the city night view was very pleasant.
During stay: My butler found out it was my birthday and thoughtfully prepared a birthday setup, including a cake. It truly felt like a lot of care was put into it. The hotel also offered three complimentary travel photoshoots. Any additional photos could be purchased. The photography staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and I was very happy with the photos they took, so I didn't hesitate to purchase more. Their team, 'Niguang Travel Photography,' is genuinely excellent.
After check-out: The front desk was busy when I left, so I just gave my license plate number and headed out."

This was such a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciate it! I'll definitely come back to stay here again if I have the chance!"

"The hotel's location is great, right next to a bar street and very close to Chunxi Road. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. I especially want to thank Xiao Peng from the concierge. When I was dropping off and picking up my luggage, he helped me load all my suitcases into the car and even opened and closed the car doors as I left. I really appreciate his help.
However, there are a few downsides. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor; I could clearly hear the wife and kids talking in the next room. Also, since it's an older hotel, there are no power outlets by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient for charging phones. For breakfast, we had to queue for about 15 minutes. While understandable during a holiday, it ultimately indicates that the restaurant's capacity is too small."

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Chengdu Marriott Hotel Financial Centre for several nights, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The location is superb, right next to Financial City and Jiaozi Avenue, making getting around incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable, with captivating city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and helped me sleep soundly. The authentic Dandan noodles and 'Egg Bake Cake' (Dan Hong Gao) at breakfast were delicious. A special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping staff – their responses were prompt and genuinely warm. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent. Staying for multiple nights, I didn't feel bored at all. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

XXiangyaozhouyoushijiedefengOur stay in the Four Seasons Private Hot Spring King Room truly exceeded expectations. The 60-square-meter space was incredibly spacious and relaxing. The entire room had a warm and soothing natural wood aesthetic. The soft 1.8-meter king-size bed, the tatami tea nook by the window, and the warm yellow lighting created a wonderfully atmospheric and therapeutic setting, perfect for capturing beautiful photos. But the real highlight was the private hot spring on our independent balcony. As night fell and covered the mountains, soaking in the warm spring water, looking up at the starry sky, and listening to the chirping insects and the wind in the mountains, I felt completely enveloped by the gentle wilderness. All my worries just melted away.

The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight, with over 40 unique pools to choose from. After a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. You can even enjoy river views in the morning.
The buffet breakfast offers a full range of Western and Chinese options, and the freshly prepared noodles are especially delicious.
The staff were attentive throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for both couples on a getaway and families traveling together. Highly recommended!

It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond, but the JW Marriott Chengdu truly embodies the spirit of heartfelt hospitality. What elevated our stay from wonderful to absolutely perfect was Xiaoxiao (小肖). Her communication was not only professional and timely but also incredibly detailed and caring. She took the time to understand our needs and thoughtfully coordinated every little detail to make our Mother’s Day trip smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. Thanks to Xiaoxiao, my mother felt truly celebrated and cherished throughout our stay. This is actually the hotel I regularly stay at when I am in Chengdu, because of its central location. It never disappoints.

My butler, Yannie, then added me on WeChat and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She clearly explained all the hotel's facilities and activities, even sending a short video demonstrating how to use the uniquely designed shower faucet. It was pomelo blossom season, so the entire hotel was filled with a subtle, lovely fragrance that accompanied me on my walks. On the morning of my departure, Yannie arranged a Tai Chi experience for me. As I followed the instructor, practicing breathing exercises with Mount Qingcheng in the background, I felt a fleeting connection between humanity and nature. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Six Senses.

The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service.
Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍
Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

The location is great, very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and IFS, all just a few hundred meters walk away. As for the hardware, the overall decor and ambiance are exactly my style – soft, understated luxury. The room was very cozy, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully arranged. Now, onto the service – it was beyond amazing. All the staff were incredibly humble and polite, and their service language clearly indicated rigorous professional training. They promptly and efficiently addressed every request we had, providing quick follow-ups. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel with tired feet, opening the door always felt like coming home. Not only was the room impeccably clean, but the way items were laid out seemed to anticipate and cater to guests' habits and preferences. You could genuinely feel the effort and care the staff put into understanding guests when tidying the room. The most delightful surprise was that the hotel noticed my birthday and promptly sent a cake – it was such a warm gesture. My favorite hotel used to be the Ritz, but this stay has made the St. Regis my priority for all future travels. I believe this doesn't just reflect the high standards of the St. Regis Chengdu, but rather exemplifies the service standards and philosophy of the entire St. Regis Hotel Management Group. Service: The hotel staff is enthusiastic and energetic. Before check-in, a butler added me on WeChat and proactively upgraded my room and offered complimentary breakfast. Since I booked for May Day (Labor Day), I also received vouchers for panda coffee and cocktails, which was a fantastic experience.
Cleanliness: Room cleaning and replenishment of amenities were very timely. The pillows were so comfortable that I bought two and had them shipped home.
Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel, from its decor and design to its staff, feels very modern and young, and the service and facilities are top-notch. 😊
