Hotel near Xinjiekou Area/Presidential Palace,Nanjing
Since opening, the Jinling Hotel Nanjing has hosted distinguished guests from all over the world. Acclaimed for its graciousness, authenticity and “Golden Touch of Hospitality,” it offers an ideal setting for travel, business meetings, and special events.Jinling Hotel Asia Pacific Tower now is fully operational to create the largest luxury hotel complex in Jiangsu province, China. To complement the guest rooms and functions of the original tower, the Jinling Hotel complex contains over 100,000 square meters of international-standard offices and an upscale shopping area. The hotel has various types of rooms, over 4,000 square meters of modern and well-equipped meeting venues as well as 13 small meeting rooms, and includes an advanced health club, and standard swimming pool. The hotel also features fine dining restaurants, at which discriminating diners may enjoy authentic Huaiyang Cuisine and international cuisine. Fascinating, elegant, and inviting – the Jinling Hotel Nanjing demonstrates its profound understanding of Chinese hospitality to its guests in an understated but luxurious fashion.

"1. This was my second trip to Nanjing. Last time, in March, I came for a marathon and a whirlwind 'special forces' tour. This time, it was a pure 5-day, 4-night leisure trip with two adults and one child (10 years old). But Nanjing is truly massive, so we still averaged 30,000 steps a day. 2. Nanjing's subway system is quite developed. Xinjiekou Station alone has 24 exits, which can be dizzying! However, most subway stations are still a bit of a walk from the main entrances of attractions. The key central transfer stations are Xinjiekou, Gulou, Dahangong, Jimingsi, Yunnan Road, and Shanghai Road – knowing these makes planning travel and booking accommodation much easier. 3. This time, we stayed at Jinling Hotel, one of the so-called 'Big Four Hotels.' We experienced both the newly renovated rooms in the Asia Pacific Tower and the Jinling Tower, as well as both regular and Dragon Boat Festival rates. The prices are indeed high. How to put it? I personally think its biggest selling point is its unbeatable location. (Overall value for money, compared to hotels in Hainan, Guangzhou, Tibet, and Yunnan, and even compared to hotels in Nanjing's Hexi area, isn't particularly high). 4. In the Asia Pacific Tower, we had a 50th-floor, 2-meter king-size bed room. The view from the window adds at least 30% to the room price. Excluding the bathroom, the main usable area is about 12 square meters. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub, and is wet/dry separated. The king bed is big enough for two adults and one child. There's also a short sofa, so a child under 1.4 meters tall could theoretically sleep there. Therefore, this room type could compactly accommodate two adults and two children (if both are under 10, and if the hotel allows). 5. Jinling Tower has two room types. Rooms marked as 'Yizhi' on certain booking platforms are newly renovated, while unmarked ones are older. The biggest difference is whether it has a shower or a stand-up tub. The Yizhi twin room has 1.3-meter beds, with a main usable area of about 6-8 square meters. The bathroom has a traditional layout: shower on the left, toilet in the middle, and sink on the right. 6. The breakfast in both towers seems to offer the same dishes. The Asia Pacific Tower's breakfast is on the 56th floor, and the window seats offer a truly good view, looking east and northeast. On a clear day, you can see Purple Mountain and Xuanwu Lake. Jinling Tower's breakfast is on the 1st floor, but the flow design feels a bit off, as there are too many tables packed too tightly. The breakfast is rich, satisfying, and features local specialties, but for someone from Yunnan, there's a lack of leafy greens and spicy options. 7. Both towers require key card access for elevators. Delivery riders cannot deliver directly to the rooms in either tower. However, if you include your room number in the delivery instructions, a robot can deliver it. The phone room to the right after exiting the elevator in the Jinling Tower also has a delivery locker. Anyway, there are tons of food options inside Xinjiekou subway station, so we barely needed delivery. 8. The lobby restroom in the Asia Pacific Tower is to the right of the front desk after entering. In the Jinling Tower, it's to the back-right of the front desk (outside the restaurant). The Asia Pacific Tower offers unlimited complimentary welcome drinks; the sour plum flavor is quite good. The 25-meter pool is in the Asia Pacific Tower and has no lanes. I tried it in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and could generally swim continuously without needing to consciously avoid others. 9. Overall, based solely on the room types mentioned, I'd rate the Jinling Hotel an 80-85 out of 100: Breakfast: 16 points (personal taste issue) Rooms: 14 points (Asia Pacific Tower) / 8 points (Jinling Tower new room) Sleep Quality: 19 points Amenities: 18 points (deducted 1 point for no drying rack in the bathroom) Service: 19 points (soft services are excellent; Yunnan should learn from this)"

"I came to Nanjing specifically to visit the Nanjing Museum, and this hotel is within walking distance, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Xiao Wang at the front desk was incredibly attentive. Seeing that I was staying for two nights, she proactively upgraded me to a quieter room type. There wasn't a single sound at night, and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was an unexpected highlight – the duck blood vermicelli soup was incredibly fresh and delicious, the freshly fried dough sticks were crispy, and there were also Jinling pastries. The variety changed daily! The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanjing, and I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit the Nanjing Museum. It was a truly pleasant stay."

Part of the massive Zifeng Tower, the seventh tallest building in the world, the InterContinental Nanjing (Nanjing Ludi Zhoujijiudian) is located just around the corner from the Metro Line 1 Gu Lou Station and is not far from the Nanjing Drum Tower. This Nanjing hotel also offers guests easy access to an airport and railway station. Presidential Suites occupy the 80th to 81st floors.Guests can dine at the 76th floor Summit Chinese Restaurant, the 78th floor Prime Restaurant, Bar & Lounge with its floor to ceiling glass wine cases, or drop into one of the hotel's other restaurants or cafés on the 45th or 47th floors. Views from the top two are some of the best in the city, while the views from the 82nd floor Greenland Club are more exclusive. The hotel's business center, staffed from 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., offers a number of services including mobile phone rental and secretarial services. The InterContinental also offers foreign currency exchange for those travelers coming from outside of China.A fitness center is available for guests looking to stay in shape, while those who want to do so while cooling off can take a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool.

"Before check-in, I received a message from Luanne at the hotel, who thoughtfully reminded us of all the details we hadn't even considered and made excellent arrangements. A big wish of mine when returning to Nanjing and staying at the Zifeng InterContinental was to see my alma mater, and this time it was perfectly realized. I saw my alma mater embracing the purple aura of Zijin Mountain, a moment I'll remember for a long time."

The Bojin Huangpu Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Bojin Huangpu Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Nanjing. This hotel is located near many of Nanjing's attractions including Meiyuan New Village Memorial Hall of the Chinese Communist Party Delegation, Nanjing Ming Palace Ruins Park and Nanjing 1912 Pub Street. When it comes to Nanjing hotels, the Bojin Huangpu Hotel is highly regarded for its excellent facilities. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"During the May Day holiday, I brought my child to Nanjing and stayed at the Huangpu Hotel. The family room had a large window, a children's tatami mat, a tent, and even toiletries for the baby. The hotel's location is relatively quiet, and there's a well-established restaurant downstairs. The service was also very attentive. A big thank you to customer service agent Guo Guo and to the housekeeping staff who helped mail back the kettle we left in the room. We'll definitely be back next time!"

66EPorWe spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends. We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!

SSpringFlowersMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

GGuest UserThe public areas boast an impressive design. In the guest room section, LED strips outline a clear circulation path. The room design maintains the traditional Banyan Tree style, complete with a hot spring bath to wash away the day's fatigue and soothe tired muscles. The service is exceptional. They set up a large group chat in advance, offering a multi-person, personalized service with very prompt responses. Having stayed at several Banyan Tree properties in China, I can confidently say the service here is top-notch. There's a secret garden on the lower level, adding a touch of greenery to the raw, concrete style of the mining area. Four black swans gracefully float in the clear pond, surrounded by the buzzing sounds of insects. The moon tonight is also beautiful. The endless chirping of insects in the mountains and fields, a white egret flies over the bridge to the east. A gentle breeze, a bright moon, once we part, I love white clouds even more, and Banyan Tree.

GGuest UserThe environment is absolutely stunning: Nestled at the foot of Zhongshan Mountain, this European-style manor boasts a massive lawn and golf course. The air is fresh, the views are expansive, and it's perfect for photos, feeling just like staying in a forest oxygen bar. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed: Starting from 51 sqm, each comes with a balcony or terrace. You'll find King Koil mattresses, Dyson hairdryers, BOSE sound systems, and Acqua di Parma toiletries. The bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, plus a large bathtub. Extremely family-friendly: There's a castle-themed kids' playground on the basement level, weekend clown interactions, craft activities, bubble shows, and complimentary cotton candy. Kids receive a special bathrobe and rubber ducky, making it ideal for families with little ones. Excellent breakfast reputation: The Lantig buffet offers a wide variety of options, including local Nanjing snacks (like noodles and pan-fried buns), seafood, and desserts. On weekends, there's a dazzling flame cake show. Rich facilities: Enjoy a 27-hole golf course (complimentary driving range for guests), a heated swimming pool (including a warm pool for children), a Technogym fitness center, and multiple restaurants (Huaiyang cuisine/Western). Service highlights: The front desk often provides free room upgrades, the butler service is highly responsive, and the turndown service is thoughtful. A shuttle bus is available to the golf course.

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay, definitely five stars! Choosing this hotel for my trip truly exceeded my expectations; every detail showed how much care was put in. 📍 Excellent Location: The hotel is in a prime spot with extremely convenient transportation. Subway stations, shopping malls, and local delicacies are all within easy reach, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. 🏨 Ambiance: As soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped by an elegant and sophisticated fragrance. The design exudes both style and artistry, and the public areas are consistently clean and chic, instantly putting you at ease. 💁 Five-Star Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member was genuinely warm and enthusiastic. Special thanks to the front desk staff, who were not only gentle and efficient but also proactively upgraded my room and prepared welcome fruits and a handwritten card. This feeling of being at home was incredibly heartwarming. 🛏️ Comfortable Room: The room was spacious and bright with an expansive view. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. The smart home controls throughout were very convenient, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were high-end, with a subtle, luxurious scent that was very soothing. Even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, which is a rare generosity. 🍳 Rich Dining Options: Breakfast was so abundant it was hard to choose! There were both Chinese and Western options, and the local specialties were incredibly authentic. The restaurant staff promptly cleared dishes, and the freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices were of excellent quality, energizing me for the whole day. ✨ Hygiene and Safety: The cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners were spotless and thoroughly disinfected, making female guests feel especially secure. I honestly feel that this hotel excels in both its facilities and service, offering incredible value for money. When I return to this city in the future, I will undoubtedly choose this place again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to all friends planning a trip! 👍

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hidden gem for families with kids! Purple Lake Resort Hotel + Wildlife World. I suggest a 3-day, 2-night stay, opting for the package that includes accommodation, unlimited access to the wildlife park, and hot springs. This allows you to comfortably see all the animals and enjoy plenty of interactive experiences. **Day 1:** Arrived at 10 AM, checked in immediately, dropped off our bags, and headed into the park. First, we watched the sea lion show, then fed and interacted with giraffes, elephants, zebras, and more. Finally, we took the mini-train for an overall tour of the park and fed the animals. For lunch, we went back to the hotel for a meal and a nap. After waking up, we played at the kids' playground until 5 PM (older kids might consider the outdoor amusement park for rides like the pirate ship and Ferris wheel). Dinner was in Tangshan town; many local farm-to-table restaurants offer great value (we got a 4-dish set for three people for 168 RMB [thumbs up]). After dinner, we enjoyed the hot springs, concluding our first day. **Day 2:** After an early breakfast, we went straight back into the park to see the giant pandas (they're more active from 9 AM to 11 AM). Afterward, we rode ponies, then went to the deer and monkey areas for interactive feeding, and caught up on any other animals we missed. After a simple lunch, we watched the 1 PM grand circus performance, then checked out. A one-night stay is sufficient, but two nights make it much more relaxed. The entire resort is perfect for multi-generational trips with seniors and children. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. Seniors can also enjoy boating, watching fish and swans, soaking in the hot springs, and leisurely strolls. I'll definitely consider bringing my parents here next time.

WWangruoyangyangziThe environment here is superb, and the soundproofing is excellent. I was worried about noise from planes, but I actually slept really well and couldn't hear a thing. The service was great! The front desk lady was super gentle and her service attitude was fantastic! If you have a long layover and are looking for good value, just book this place without hesitation. It's very close to both T1 and T2, only a 5-minute walk. It's clean! The facilities include room service with food that's pretty tasty and good portions. Overall, it's a really great hotel!

TTianxinbaobeizhuMy husband and I chose The Ritz-Carlton Nanjing for our flower-viewing trip to Nanjing. The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask about our room preferences, and they accommodated what they could. We opted for the Executive Deluxe King Room, located on the 55th floor. The decor was exquisite, and the facilities were brand new. Welcome fruits were already laid out when we arrived, and the sofa by the window offered fantastic city views. The Executive Lounge on the 58th floor was spacious and grand, with expansive views of Xuanwu Lake, Jiming Temple, the ancient city wall, and Purple Mountain. We specifically booked an executive room for this lounge, which is renowned as one of the best executive lounges in China. It offers all-day dining with five meals: breakfast (6:30 AM - 10:30 AM), light lunch (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM), afternoon tea (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM), happy hour (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM), and late-night dessert and sweet wine (9:00 PM - 10:30 PM). It felt like we only had an hour to digest between meals – pure bliss! For breakfast, they had freshly prepared noodles and old duck vermicelli soup. Afternoon tea was served as a complete set, perfect for photos. Dinner menus changed daily, with two freshly prepared specialty dishes each night. I loved many of the options, especially their champagne – absolutely superb! Late-night desserts sometimes included snow pear with white fungus soup, which was delicious, or black sesame paste, or tangyuan with red beans. After eating so much, we'd take a boat ride on the Qinhuai River in the evening and return to the hotel around 9 PM, just in time to enjoy more food after digesting a bit. Among all the five-star executive rooms I've stayed in, this hotel's executive lounge had the widest variety of dishes and cocktails. We ate from morning till night and didn't even want to leave the hotel. When we returned to the room in the evening, the turndown service had already been completed. The staff who did the turndown service were incredibly thoughtful; they noticed we enjoyed the bananas from the welcome fruit platter and replenished them every night. Finally, the staff at The Ritz-Carlton were exceptionally warm and courteous. They would always greet us enthusiastically with ”Welcome back” whenever we met in the hallway, making us feel right at home. This is truly a hotel that makes you fall in love with it after just one night's stay.

CChenmeiliclI came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried
