"Visiting Ningbo for the Mid-Autumn Festival, Nanwan Hotel was an excellent choice. Firstly, the location is great; it's not far from the Old Street, the Bund, and Tianyi Pavilion. Secondly, the hotel environment and hygiene are very good; the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and my child had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Thirdly, the staff's service attitude was excellent. When I checked in, the room next door was for a newlywed couple and was incredibly noisy, but the hotel promptly resolved the issue. Fourthly, the breakfast offered a rich variety, and there were plenty of seats. It's truly a top choice for family trips and offers great value for money."

My husband needed to travel to Ningbo to meet his Bodybuilding Coach, this hotel was in an excellent location. Great gym not even 500m awa, close to 3 really nice shopping malls and pretty close to the Museum, Nantang Old Street, Tianfeng Pagoda and a little further was the Stone Carvings of the Song Dynasty gardens. The room was amazing, with the main bed in the upper loft, and the bunk bed at the bottom. A mini kitchen that we could use to set up his meals. Everything was superbly clean, even the towels and cups were plastic wrapped to show they were cleaned. We used the self service laundry and it was really nifty because the mini gym they have was in the same room, so you can walk or run while the washing is getting down 😜 Excellent staff and so friendly.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to the elevated road, making it a quick 10-15 minute drive to the city center. Choosing this high-rise hotel was absolutely worth it. From the window, you get a panoramic view of Ningbo's night lights – the evening breeze paired with the city glow creates such a wonderful ambiance. The public leisure areas are fantastic; the indoor ball pit is stress-relieving and cozy, while the colored clay area is perfect for whiling away some time. Outside, there's a flat lawn with a slide, making any activity enjoyable. The room hygiene is meticulous, and the staff are incredibly gentle and respectful, responding quickly to any requests. The recreational areas perfectly blend fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for your travels and stay!

The room was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room folded out into another bed, so all three of us slept very comfortably. There's a dedicated walk-in closet, which was convenient for hanging clothes, and the luggage rack greatly facilitated using our suitcases. We didn't get to use the private hot tub outside the room as we were always out, so I can't comment on it. The window on the hot tub's wall is open-worked with plants outside, so mosquitoes and other insects might fly in. Be sure to keep the balcony door closed. There are two bathrooms in total. The shower room is inside the bedroom and is quite spacious, but you need to make sure the showerhead is pointed towards the inner wall, or water might spill out. The room lighting was very bright, and so were the bathrooms. The fruit provided by the hotel was also very fresh. Hotel staff were polite and always smiled, greeted, and checked in with us whenever we encountered them. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection, especially great for those who enjoy Chinese breakfast. The steamed buns and flatbreads were made fresh on the spot; the pork buns were delicious, and the auntie making them was very enthusiastic. There was also a live station for noodles and wontons. Western options, apart from bread and cakes, were a bit weak, which suggests the hotel mainly caters to Chinese guests. The location along Dongqian Lake is convenient for getting in and out, and parking is also easy with a dedicated attendant. The manager overseeing it is very responsible; we saw him diligently working every day. Overall, I feel this hotel is diligently managed and operated, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

This was my third stay at Langham Place Ningbo Culture Plaza, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I was even lucky enough to get a room upgrade upon arrival, which exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's incredibly well-maintained. The room decor is thoughtfully done, with great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There was a minor incident where the robot delivering my takeout accidentally scratched its 'hand' on a nail in the packaging. After I contacted the front desk, the staff responded quickly and promptly brought iodine swabs and band-aids. This emergency service was incredibly thoughtful. It really shows that beyond its excellent facilities, the hotel genuinely cares about guests' unexpected minor issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing, going out, and dining. It's suitable for both business travelers and vacationers. The sincerity of their service is evident, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

I booked a city-view executive king room, but was upgraded to a lake-view executive room upon check-in – what a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located by the lakeside park, with excellent greenery. The overall environment is quite good and perfectly met my expectations for a relaxing getaway. The executive lounge offers 24-hour soft drinks with card access. Perhaps because of this, there's no minibar in the room. The afternoon tea had a few small desserts, but the taste was pretty ordinary. Dinner included pan-fried fish, fried rice, braised pork trotters, and salad – enough to fill you up, but nothing spectacular. There were a few cocktails available. If you want to try local cuisine, you'll need to venture out. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the sea urchin wontons were incredibly fresh – a must-try!!

I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms.

The package included daily breakfast for two, one dinner, and hot spring tickets – it was comprehensive, great value, and had absolutely no hidden costs. The hotel is nestled between mountains and water, with its white walls and dark tiled roofs creating beautiful garden scenery at every turn; a stroll here is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the soft bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, including local specialties and freshly made noodles. The complimentary dinner featured fresh ingredients, with the lake-caught dishes being particularly flavorful and generously portioned. The hillside hot springs have numerous pools and a tranquil environment, perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive, and the resort even offers a shuttle service for easy transportation within the grounds. With dining, accommodation, and hot springs all in one place, the overall experience was impeccable. It's perfect for both a relaxing getaway and family trips. I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.

I wasn't interested in the hot springs, so I booked a standard room. Luckily, I had a Ctrip voucher, and the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room for free, which had a great view. Overall, it was pretty good. I chose this place because I was driving and it has its own parking lot with fast charging stations. I mainly came for the deer, and they provided three days worth of tickets, which included food to feed them. The deer were gentle and cute, though they do love to snatch carrots!
