The room is clean, aircon is good. Near to Taipei main station with a melody of trains and public transport including the tourist bus stop. Many things to eat.

The hotel is brand new. Interior Design jS especially fantastic. Many details display like lighting, towel handle, floor materials, room size, charging pots, high quality flushing system...etc. The view is nice, facing Yang Ming mountain. Close to night market. However it takes around 10-15mins walk to Jian Tan mrt station. There are convenient stores downstairs and bus routes to various station. Will consider to stay again next time.

Downtown location, 15 mins walk from the local ********* train Tainan station (not high speed one). Front desk provides a good food map, and there are a free drinking water machine and a laundry room for guests to use. Hotel seemed busy, only suggestion: front desk staff could be more welcoming and smiley. Taiwan keeps the standard high.

I saw this hotel just before departure. When I made a reservation, I only noticed that it was a newly opened hotel and the location was very convenient near Taipei Main Station, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel door, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is so high-end and spacious. The reception staff are also very friendly and try their best to help and provide welcome gifts. There are introductions to nearby attractions in the common area on the ground floor and in the room. And the room is bigger than I expected. It’s no problem to open all the suitcases. In addition, I also appreciate that this hotel is very environmentally friendly, as shown in the picture In addition, there is a water dispenser outside the room, which can pour cold water, warm water and hot water. It is very considerate. I stayed at this hotel for one night and I’m already thinking about where I’d like to stay next time.

I wanted to test the famous mud springs. This hotel reportedly has one of the best spas. Tips: - I decided to stay overnight in the hotel (2 spa entry tickets with a double room + bfast for $2800) instead of using a day ticket to the spa (400$). The village is far from the city, so staying overnight may cost slightly more than a cheap city hotel, but you're not in a rush and looking for buses etc. - Each spa ticket is basically 2x tickets (1 for the normal spa, and 1 for the naked single-sex spa), so if there are 2 of you, you could go to the naked spa one day and the main spa the next. - The spa has about 15 different hot spring pools, of different temperatures + ingredients, some clear and some ”mud”. There's also mud facials and fish-cleaning for your feet. The electric pools send electric shocks through your body too. There's a swimming pool. - They speak English (basic but enough). - You need a swimming hat and a towel. I took mine but the spa front desk also offered them to borrow. - Plan on spending 3 hours. I'm not a spa lover, but even i found myself taking long. - I went in May and the weather is not at all hot at that height. - Most ********* take their instant noodles in, so that they can eat inside and stay all day. - The hotel is quite beautiful, made from wood (on the face of it). It's got lovely seating areas and they put nice fairy lights everywhere at night. - The hotel room is comparatively expensive for Taiwan at $2800 for 3* (minus the 2x spa tickets of $400 each), but the cheapest ”no window” room (it has 2 windows, but no view) is big and has 2 large concrete baths in (1 for hot mud water + 1 for cold water to dip in and out). Therefore, given that it is a beautiful location too, I do think it's very reasonable. - The breakfast is mostly chinese but there's some western bits. It's standard for 3* but the location of the eating area has beautiful views of the jungle. - It's a 15 minute nice walk to lots of restaurants and a convenience shop.

The hotel is just opposite Ximending walk street and next to the MRT station. The room is bright and clean. The bed is comfortable and shower is amazing! The water heats up quickly and the water jet is strong. Food is not amazing but can do. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a convenient place to stay!

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

All the staffs are friendly and helpful except the receptionist lady who assist to check in for us. Would like to borrow a cup from she was direct said “no”. Who was always give black face to see like you owe her a lot of money, her attitude have to improve. Location consider ok, info by hotel that the bustop near hotel to access night market; rainbow village; THSR, wetland and Sun MoonLake. The room is very big enough for 5 people stay, room is clean. But always can hear the voice from outside. And upper level every night is always move the furniture during midnight , it was really make noisy while sleeping. Breakfast is ok and standard like bread , soya bean, coffee , vegetable ,should be can improve.

Greta place. Spacious and confortable. Quite The reception looks like a movie set, really cool! The staff are very helpful. The female dorm was clean everyday, very quite, very spacious, dark curtains, comfy mattress and pillow and very spacious inside the cube. The toilet had all you need it, always clean, with blow dryers and great light. I really enjoyed this place that even better was next to the train station and vietnamise Street full of food stalls, easy to eat

There are two buildings and the one on Google is the one for more than one person's rooms. I wish it was an information I got before arriving so I didn't have to walk around, even though both are really close by. The other building only has a Chinese name on Google map - 西門星辰精典大飯店. Apart from that, my stay was very good! Room is nice, I didn't use the TV so I don't know about its quality. Aircon works wonder and the shower's pressure is top tier ! 🤣 We also got free hot drinks and I do love my hot chocolate from time to time. 😌 Window is useless though, it feels like you don't have one. Location is perfect. Not too far from the subway and some bus stops.

A great value hotel with everything you need in a great location. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower works well. Stag are friendly and helpful and the location is in the heart of Ximen. The decor is a little dated and there were no windows in the room but if you just need a place to stay and aren’t fussed about beauty then this is a perfect choice!

I have a great time staying at YOUR hotel during the 2-week quarantine required by Taiwan government. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. Meals are delicious and various. The bonus is the free delivery service of yummy food at night market downstairs. Room amenities are sufficient and the room is spotless clean. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is fantastic, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is situated in a vibrant and funky neighborhood, full of small street food restaurants that give it a great local charm. If you're into exploring authentic, lively spots, this area is perfect. However, the hotel itself is quite worn down. It’s marketed as a ”Design Hotel,” but the room I stayed in was far from what I expected. My 12m² room felt cramped and humid, and the lack of room cleaning, while not a major issue for me, could bother some guests. The floor was noticeably worn out, which added to the tired feel of the place. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time outside, it works. But if you're after a comfortable stay with modern amenities, this might not be the best choice.

Location is good. Walk straight from Ximen MRT station exit 6(ximending pedestrian) or exit 1 (the red house, need to cross the road for exit 1). They provide drinking water, hairdryer, clean towel, slippers, toothbrush(receptionist will give during checkin). Minor: They still have the same problem with the payment machine. My money was deducted from my account but they didn’t receive according to them. I notice that the same complain was made before but the same problem still re-occurring. That cause the checkin process became slow, we have to leave first before they can solve it because the management don’t pick up the phone when the receptionist called them. Yet they still asked for preauthorised during hotel booking. Dear hotel management, if you want the guest to pay at the hotel, stop asking for preauthorisation. Better ask for prepay online for smooth checkin process! BTW, the bathroom is dirty with old stains. The AC is not cold enough, i was sweating the whole night.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the train station and everything you might need. The staff go above and beyond for a 3-star hotel, showing great attention and kindness. The hotel is a bit dated, but still acceptable. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. The breakfast is Chinese-style and ends early at 9:30 am, but everything else was great. I’d recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room is of good size for two, was clean and equipped with modern furnishing and toilet fittings. Good 32-inch TV with Hollywood and Chinese movies in addition to local ********* channels. The room rates included chinese breakfast. I think the spread is quite wide and taste good. Only con is that it is rather far from shopping areas, Fengjia night market or the train or bus stations. There is local bus service 30 and 89 outside the hotel which comes twice an hour. Service 11 loop around Taichung city that comes once and hour. But due to local traffic conditions, the arrival time stated on Google or local bus app are not accurate.

The hotel is at a location quite close to calligraphy greenway and public transport is relatively convenient too. Hotel breakfast was ok though it was a little repetitive. One point to note is that the closest junction is strictly an overhead bridge so if you're arriving by public transport and also carrying luggage, you'll have to walk a littler further down the road to cross.

It is one stop away from the high-speed rail and shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The hotel service is friendly and detailed, the environment is beautiful, and the facilities are great (soup house, mini bartending DIY, gym). The walkway is spacious and has a slight forest fragrance. The toilet and bath in the room are separated from wet and dry, and the toilet is free of charge. The sink is on the right side of the entrance, which is very convenient to use. The rooms on the back side of the hotel also have panoramic views.

Location is average, right in the middle of an old estate. Rooms are clean and comfortable which is a plus. The building is very nicely decorated and stands out oddly in the old estate. The surroundings have a lot of vietnamese and Indonesian street food options. 20 min walk away from main train station.

Amazing place. Its small and compact but its near feng chia night market making it ideal to snack away tilill late night. Check in was automated using the terminals available but theres someone at the counter in any case of crop ups. Love the place.

The place is very affordable, accessible and easy to find. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. I love the cozy vibes and the swimming pool at rooftop is lit🔥. Slay✨! There is a nearby tourist night market and the train station is just a few minutes walk away. I also love the vegetable salad and other food served at the hotel’s free breakfast. I would highly recommend this place and definitely wanna come back 😉

Great housing experience. The reception hall on the 5th floor feels very special. The environment of the room is very comfortable. The air conditioner is also pre-cooled, which is very considerate! However, the door lock only has a simple door lock without an extra lock, which makes me feel uneasy. The bed is very comfortable, the hot water in the shower is hot enough, and the hair dryer is small but very useful! The TV has YouTube to watch, and there is also a wardrobe to hang clothes and hats, which is great! The overall tone is a simple milk tea tone, which I really like! Coffee and tea are also provided in the room, and the reception hall on the fifth floor also has a simple hot water machine, tea and coffee brewing~

Book the hotel for a last-minute travel. Stayed in this hotel for 8 days. I think for the price the hotel is clean. Here are some breakdowns: Room: The room and the hotel are a little dated, but its acceptable. I think it will work for backpakers. The vent in my room came off a little. The maintenance team should pay attention to things like this. The room I booked does not have a window. Luckily, I'm not in the room most of the time. Recommendation to people if you are interested in this hotel, make sure to book the room with a window. Also, the room I stayed in is small. You need to close up you luggage otherwise you won't have space to walk. Cleanses: The cleanese is within acceptable range for a hotel like this. However, I think the carpet in the room is old and dirty. Management should really consider replacing the carpets. A newer carper can bring the cleanness of the room up one level. The room also has some minor mildew smell when you enter the room. In fact, some parts of the hotel also have minor mildew smells. Management should really figure out how to remove the mildew smell. The mildew smell goes a way if you increase the AC, but then the room becomes too cold. The mildew smell is also reported by some of the reviews. Comfortable: The mattress and pillow are ok. Each bed comes with 2 pillows instead of 4. I have decent sleep on it. Amenities: The hotel comes with two bottles of water everyday. House keeping will provide it daily if you have house keeping. Hotel provides reusable sleepers for bathroom and for use in the room. These are not disposable sleepers. They are reusable. They look very old school and I'm not sure how clean they are. So, I dont use them. I understand its a budget hotel, but it would be really great if they provided disposable sleepers. Also, there is no hand soap in the bathroom. You would think that after the pandemic, washing hand should become an important part of life but hand soap is not provided. I went to one of the local shops here to buy myself a bottle of hand soap. The shower drain is also a little clogged. There is a small poddle of water while showering. I read similar issues in other reviews. Breakfast: The breakfast is ok for the price of the room. Some of the reviews said that the breakfast was better before. Honestly, with inflation, all cost have gone up. I think the selection of breakfast is good for the price of hotel. I think overall the hotel is ok. If you are traveling alone and are under a budget, I think this hotel can be one of the choices.

Location: close to MRT and surrounded with variety of shops for food or quick shop for tourist. Room: size is great, you get everything you need and bathroom is clean is well. Water pressure is great, given this is a common problem for older building. But the bedding is quite uncomfortable, the blanket is literally just a piece of cover sheet which feels weird all night long. Insolation is average as you can hear people shutting door and partying at night. This is a budget hotel that you get what you paid for.

Nice experience during my stay at Kindness Hotel in Kaohsiung. The service is excellent and very responsive. One thing that is also very interesting is the 24-hour snack and coffee bar. Overall, I like this hotel and hope to stay there again when I visit Kaohsiung again.

We lived in the hotel for two days. When settled, they could not understand why we had to pay the second time. It turns out that when booking on Bucking, our money was blocked, but in the payment receipt it was not reflected. After repaying, we were settled in the room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to the night and stuff markets - 5 minutes walk. The hotel provides a light dinner in the evening - buffets, cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee, drinks. There are many shops, cafes, metro station and bus stops nearby. We are happy with this hotel, if there is an opportunity, we will come again.

The size of the TV is almost the same as the bed🤣! There is a very comfortable chair by the window, the bathroom facilities are simple and clean, and the hot water is as easy to control as a Honda car. Breakfast includes pork chops, baked eggs, etc. I won’t spoil it, but you can experience it for yourself.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they did an upgrade for me for free as I've asked for a room with a window. Bed was very comfy and overall environment is relaxing. Breakfast is very tasty although not super varied, but much better than you'd expect for the pricepoint.

The hotel room is very clean, spacious and soundproofed. It is worth mentioning that there is a light rail tram nearby the hotel, which is convenient for transportation. There is a Quanlian nearby, which is convenient for shopping. There are children's game facilities in the lobby. Children like it very much. It is a recommended resort hotel.
