Family-owned property but while professional. Affordable, and has great views of Aninuan Beach. You can easily access the beach by walking down a trail across from the site. This area is perhaps quieter and more laidback than White Beach area, therefore, it would be suitable if you are looking to relax and calmness. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary during our stay to make up for their pool which was under renovation. Breakfast is simple. You can also have dinner here. Pizza is good but takes a while to prepare (45m wait).
Nice place Go Hotels Puerto Princesa is a budget-friendly hotel located near Robinsons Place Palawan, approximately a 15–20 minute drive from Puerto Princesa International Airport
The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too!
However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palawan. The amenities are top-notch, including a refreshing pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa. One of the highlights of staying at Citystate Asturias is the breakfast. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast included package. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, from local Filipino dishes to international favorites, ensuring a great start to your day.
For foreigners, this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff is proficient in English and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to popular tourist spots and transportation options.

The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need.
The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk.
Which is really good.
I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view
I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym.
Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city.
I would say that my overall rating of the hotel is a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel was well maintained, clean with friendly staff and tasty food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. My actual room was really large, fully stocked and clean. It did not come with much of a few but it was quiet and very spacious. I could not hear my neighbors except for when they were leaving their rooms. It definitely had an industrial vibe to it, with certain imperfections to boost. But I felt like it added to the charm of the room itself. The whole hotel is designed with a unique charm. I felt like it was a safe neighborhood and plenty of security on staff 24 hours a day.
The location is super convenient to the airport.
I think it's nearly impossible to have a perfect hotel stay and I don't think I would ever give one a five-star rating but this one was really close especially for the price.
Lime is a good time. The front desk staff is ok. The staff that really shines is on the rooftop pool. There is a waiter, whose name i regretfully can not remember, but he was the NICEST and most attentive waiter I've ever had. He said he's only been there a few months but you'd think he'd been there for years. Amazing service. The pool is amazing with beautiful views at sunset. Beautiful views all day actually. From 3-7 is happy hour and free popcorn and ice cream every day. I loved that. The pizza is delicious from Bella Vita. The beds are comfortable and the showers get hot and don't smell. Breakfast is pretty good, although I'm not a fan of the chemical tasting juices. I did have a problem with my door, front desk said they'd send someone, no one ever came. So I had to throw my body into the door to get it to close. The TV Netflix and any other service didn't work not once. The TV has very few channels but at least i could understand them. They were able to arrange my van back to PP and retrieved my bags when it was time to check out.
The toilet is very old and had no water pressure. The food in their restaurant is expensive and not very abundant. The decorative figures are too much, too many wooden animals statues, but okay, it’s 15 minutes away from the airport and we only stayed a night. The staff is very kind.
One of the best hosts we had travelling Asia, he was a legend and very open and honest. We were not at the hotel very often and came and went at very stupid times but they were always accommodating.
We had an affordable and wonderful stay here!
The beachfront location is perfect — truly just steps from the shore! The front area is very nice and welcoming. The only downside was that housekeeping was a bit slow to respond, but overall, we still had a great experience at Dreamwave Hotel. Definitely recommended for budget-friendly beach getaways!

PPau.I liked the hostel very much, the staff as is very common in the Philippines is extremely polite and always helpful, I loved the unusual big bunk bed and I wish I could've stay until the last day I planned to stay, however the weather force me to leave one day earlier and I really hoped the hostel will understand my position, considering that nature conditions are out of my control and I couldn't take the risk of not making it to Coron to get my flight out of the Philippines, sadly I ended paying double for accommodation, and haven't been able to see as much as I expected of the country.
SSaleh_ShoaibI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Stunning Republic, and I can't recommend it enough for beach lovers! Located just 20 feet from the sandy shores, this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home. The check-in process was quick, and I was immediately captivated by the stunning view from my room. With a private balcony overlooking the beach, I could enjoy the sound of the waves and the salty breeze without even leaving my space.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and cozy decor.
One of the highlights of my trip was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short stroll down a charming path, allowing me to spend my days sunbathing, swimming, and exploring.
Breakfast by the ocean was a standout, featuring fresh pastries and local fruits.
Overall, this is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a beach getaway. The convenient location, friendly service, and quality accommodations make it an ideal choice for a relaxing vacation.

AAlexey VerbitskyA nice location, but our room on the ground floor was dark and damp, we constantly caught a cold because of the air conditioner, there is no balcony, only access to the mini pool that resembled a mini paddock, it did not work for heating, there is no breakfast here, it's a pity that there was no room for us on the second floor, which affected the vacation in this place we were not satisfied because he is good in the photo but not very good in reality + all these disadvantages that no one wrote about.
Next time, I'll choose a much more comfortable place to vacation.
TTravelbaeSaysHotel is old. There's an atm at the foot so that's nice. It's situated oddly so you have to walk a bit to gain beach access. The rooms in El nido across the board cost way too much for what they're giving. The water in the showers smell awful. Usually your room won't get cleaned unless you ask. The breakfast was fair. Eggs were good but they ran out of everything so fast. They did try to replace things, they just took a while. The front desk was friendly but not a soul will help you with bags. The bed was comfy and there were no bugs so I guess a win is a win. These hotels are motel 6 standards or less for Hilton prices and that's the real shame.

GGuest UserThe service staff is very friendly, and the location is very convenient. You can walk to the busiest street in town and the seaside! The twin room we booked is facing the sunset, so it is very convenient to watch the sunset from the room. The room is big, but you just need to pay attention to whether there are mice...
Nnigel sohRooms were very spacious (great to organizing our luggage. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was right in the middle of the city so it was very convenient and close by to some of the nicest food spots.
Overall, 10/10 recommend!
