The hotel was fantastic
Trip .Com is a SCAM I tried to cancel my reservation but the number to call is not in service. The Hotel staff says they have nothing but problems with this online platform.
NEVER will I recomend trip.com
The Dilworth Inn is an older hotel and our room appeared dated. The fixtures and fittings were old fashioned and the carpet was well worn. Having said that, it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and there was a modern TV. There is a pool but it was unavailable during our stay.
The hotel is a long way from downtown Kelowna and the lake front. It isn't really walkable and car parking can be expensive downtime. We paid $25.60 for 3 hours near the Japanese garden...ouch!
There was plenty of choice for breakfast but all cutlery and crockery, mugs and glasses were disposable, which seemed very wasteful. Maybe that's how they are able to offer attractive room rates.
All in all, not a bad choice for people on a budget.
I left my bag after checking out which was very useful and nice for me.
Also room was clean and nice.I felt price is reasonable.I do recommend this to others.
It was a good price for what the room besides the stove not working. There was no continental breakfast only coffee but they allow pets with a deposit.
During the epidemic, breakfast was changed to take-out packaging, which is quite rich, with bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, apples, and a bottle of mineral water! The room is quite satisfactory and Canadian standard equipment, convenient parking, free parking

GGuest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

AAarie.eiraaI'm going to be brutally honest, this was not for me. The hallways and rooms smelled funny and were super cramped. I just left and booked a hotel.
I usually stay at hotels and gave this hostel a chance since a colleague of mine stays in hostels often and have no complaints. We are definitely not cut from the same piece of cloth.
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
GGuest User417 Room is super good, the view is good, the garden is too beautiful, it is definitely recommended and the restaurant is facing the lake, it is too beautiful, the ghost town is super cool kruigianh
GGuest UserThe first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels.

AAnonymous UserOur 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room.
The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing.
We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet.
We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too.
Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience.
It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed.
A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind.
In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty.
Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy
GGuest UserAvid traveller and honest review. Booked 3 days and got an older room with a plug in oil heater and fan because baseboard not renovated. Crowded plug in and power bar behind a dusty tv to run it all. But budget so rather expected a few things. Had to stay one more day so booked online , got a better room but upon arriving found a young women passed out briefly with a “pipe” in her hand right at the entrance and because children where on premise I reported as I booked in and it seemed blown off. A man then lead said girl in who was obviously “working” but also in no shape to give consent and I said to the clerk exactly that as well that she had blood down the back of her legs, who seemed to blow it off. I am disturbed with the fact that the young woman was easily going to be victimized. So , if you are ok with that, and no guarantee of your room quality then this is the place . Horrible accommodation, no ,I’ve seen worse, and second room was certain up to par, but the neighbourhood may also allow for other types of “stays” it seems because it was absolutely blatant. But hey, it was cheap!
MMaria ChariThis is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.
GGuest Userstaff was fine, the free breakfast was decent (boiled eggs and toast) - gets the job done. room was dated, but clean. motel is close to the throughway so you can hear the truck traffic. bed was way too soft, so didn't get much sleep - keep in mind that I'm hyper sensitive with a sore back, so that's on me. most people probably wouldn't be bothered by what I suffer!
cheers people
