Hotel is very pleasant, quite delicious breakfast. Room is small but clean . Service is kind but does not speak English or very poor. Breakfast is delicious but modest.

Accueil parfait avec une hôtesse très aimable. L'hôtel est vieillissant, loin d'être impeccable et des équipements obsolètes....La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme que si on bouge le lit, moisissures sur le rebord de fenêtre car pas de ventilation, radiateur grille-pain posé à même le sol, joints de douches noircis, vis manquantes sur le lit mezzanine (inquiétant)...

I didn't really understand the bad reviews. Excellent single room, clean and close to the center. And good price. Yes, the room is small, but so what? Are you waiting for 150 meters room? The rest is clean, tidy, and close to the center. Good price and perfect

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée mais mériterait un peu d'entretien notamment au niveau de la salle de bain (chasse d'eau qui coule en permanence, pomme de douche qui fuit au niveau du tuyau... Pas bon pour la planète tout ça). Le matelas était bon. L'hôtel est assez calme si votre chambre donne côté parking mais un peu bruyante côté rue. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Le responsable de l'établissement pourrait se montrer un peu plus aimable, avec les clients comme avec le personnel.

Clean, comfortable and kitchen facilities were so good :) Check out was also increased for 45 minutes and it was leisurely :) It was a little hard to get off the train station and drag your luggage up the hill.

Estuvimos cómodos. Habitación familiar justa para descansar, pero todo estuvo muy bien. Buen trato del personal... camas cómodas... parking gratuito... calefacción adecuada... limpieza correcta. Buenas comunicaciones: A 10 inutos en coche del centro de Perpignan... y a 15 minutos de Le Barcares. Cerca de zona comercial. Sólo aclarar que no tiene ascensor (o al menos nosotros no lo encontramos).

La réceptionniste et celle qui y est le matin aux petits dej sont très chou. Le petit dej est très bon et l’hôtel propre. Les femmes de chambres du matin: des amours!!! On se gare facilement et la fréquentation est variée et correcte. J’aime bien cet hôtel, il est facile d’accès.

De l’accueil au départ tout a été parfait ! Bon rapport qualité/prix. Accès facile en sortant de l’autoroute. Une petite chambre bien organisée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est facile d’accès et très correct. La salle est très propre et agréable. La réceptionniste est particulièrement professionnelle et très sympathique

Good location and convenient transportation. Near the train station. You can walk on foot. So it is easy to find. The hotel is fully equipped and the beds are clean and the towels are very clean. The general accommodation is very satisfactory.

Muy buen hotel. Personal muy atento y amable. Desayuno correcto. Las habitaciones son nuevas, muy cómodas y limpias. Baño impecable. Muy buena insonorización. Posee estacionamiento gratuito dentro del predio del hotel. La ubicación es un tanto alejada, pero bien vale la pena qued**** en este hotel! Ampliamente recomendable!

The hotel is very well located, very professional reception, perfect house in the rooms, right breakfast. Very happy with our stay, restaurant right next to everything is perfect. We will come back and share the address.

Located behind the Train Station ( technically it faces it, but all the attractions of the city are on the other side of the elevated railway), I think it is convenient and the property is relatively modern and the hotel has adequate services, in line with what is to be expected from a budget chain hotel. Minimalist room and functioning washroom and WC, which is separate. Aircon works fine. Room looked and felt clean. Anti-Covid measures were visible and enforced. The Parking is expensive at 10 euros a night, and confusing, both to find and to enter, not to mention to leave!!! Overall a fine experience, I got what I payed for, and when going back to or through Nimes, I will happily return to this hotel.

Excellent, staff most helpful and very friendly, bed comfortable, good breakfast. Before our voyage started it was discovered that our car had a nail in one of its tyres that was fixed earlier than anticipated, and when I rang the hotel warning them that my arrival may be delayed the manageress was most understanding and put me at ease. As it happened I was not that late in arriving at the hotel. The staff are very client focused, they have a strong human touch.

Hotel very very medium. Old room, inexisting isolation.. The shower was closed, it was the bathroom/WC was not closed at all. Degood door. We had to make our needs the door open!! Very unacceptable!! I told the hotel manager on the first day, I was told that someone was going to intervene quickly.. I'm still waiting.. When I arrived I was told that we won't have the right to household in the room during our stay?? It's the first time I see this and it wasn't indicated on my reservation. We have the right to a handdock per person so let's say you don't have to wash yourself too often. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel is located in a very small area, but not too far from the city centre. However, breakfast was varied and good. I really don't advise this hotel that would need great work. It is better to rent a airbnb or pay a little more expensive for a better quality room.

A night no more! - A reasonable price for a two-star found on Booking.com - A comfortable bed. - A room with an austerly decoration. - a SDB with a bathroom without shower ridges and a non-practical jet power setting ( required to put a great power to activate the shower powder, result it crashed! ) + l'eau qui s'évacue mal ... - pureté douteuse... - l'écran de la télévision (soutenant grande qu'une tablette ..) cassée, on ne pouvait voir l'intégralité de l'image une fois allumé. Pour dépanner d'une nuit pourquoi pas mais manque de confort. Décevant...

The hotel has free parking and lots of parking spaces for self-driving tours. Room facilities are simple, but it will be fine for one night. There is a fast food burger king opposite the hotel and a grill. Cross the road.

This hotel is a 15 minute easy walk, along a quiet road, to the airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained where we could go for a meal and where we would receive a discount. The room was spotlessly clean. Crisp white sheets and towels. All brilliantly white with no stains or holes. The breakfast was simple but had plenty of choice for a continental style breakfast. This hotel way surpassed our expectations and was excellent value for money.

Being a 'Budget Hotel' you don't expect all the frills but we asked for a nearby place to eat. We were told that the Hôtel Restaurant Campanile, (around the corner) were happy to take walk-in guests. We booked a table but were not advised that it was available until nearly an hour after arriving. Our meals were ordered and we were still waiting for 90 minutes before walking out. When we returned to the Ibis we ordered Pizzas from the terminal in the lobby but they still hadn't arrived 40 minutes after the time given. That's when Feranda stepped it, she was a diamond. She promptly phoned the delivery company and told them the situation and was probably the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. Score: Ibis +1 Campanile -1

Personnel à l'accueil très gentille avec de petits attentions au lever - petit-déjeuner sympa avec viennoiseries et pain frais - chambre pas trop grande mais suffisante - petit bémol pour la baignoire/douche avec un accès un peu difficile (pas trop large et haut) - parking gratuit avec de la place. On nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking le temps d'aller à la Cité de l'Espace qui est juste à côté 5 minutes. Petit rappel : la personne de l'accueil cherche à faire plaisir aux clients et à la parole facile.
