Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально.
Но есть ужасные минусы:
- невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось.
- нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать.
- единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно.
- очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги
- вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать
Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Alassio located approximately 9km away and Cuneo International Airport roughly 70km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Golf Garlenda, Parco Serre and Fiat 500 Club Italy. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Garlenda hotel features parking on site.
The hotel was very clean and very well-treated, but, considering the price of the rooms, I expected a much more refined and modern design. The environment is quite simple and not at the level of the required price range. In general, good experience for comfort and cleaning, but the quality/price ratio on the esthetic side could improve.
The hotel is designed in the style of a nightclub... the local five-star, it does not seem to have reached it, and it is not as large as a small boutique hotel. The breakfast is not rich in variety, and the service is okay.
We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Hello, I've been to this hotel several times and it's always the best the outdoor pool, the spa really good and I would definitely go back, I recommend for a romantic weekend

Five star well deserved. Most romantic place you could ask for and the history is incredible never the fact that’s it’s a walk from Portofino. A must stay!
A true palace, absolutely stunning, a fantastic experience. The tea set was Chinese style, which was a plus. The hotel reception was a bit serious, but the waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. I gave them a tip. The location is unparalleled; the view from the window is right in the heart of the port area. The hotel's back door is right next to the main tourist area. As for the room, just look at the pictures—it was great, no exaggeration. The breakfast staff were very friendly, but the selection was too limited; it was practically a mini breakfast.
