2-Star Hotels in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

The hotel's cleanliness is average to good, to be honest. However, I have a complaint about the food. The restaurant has very limited options, and unfortunately, every time I asked for something, it wasn't available. But the location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Just be careful when you book a standard room; it will be at the very end of the hallway, even though they asked for my preference and I chose a room near the elevator.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I hope the hotel can improve its doors. During my stay, the guest in the next room kept opening and closing their door, and the noise was disturbing enough that I couldn’t rest well. The staff apologized, and I understand it wasn’t their fault. However, I suggest installing automatic door closers or improving sound insulation to minimize noise between rooms. Guests should be able to rest comfortably without being disturbed by every door opening and closing. It’s a small improvement that could make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

The Net is very, very bad.

The room is quite spacious, even for two people. The hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast environment is very good. It is located on the top floor and you can see the sea.
