Front desk staff member Xiao F was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they were very polite and courteous. It was an excellent experience; they even helped recommend nearby restaurants and attractions. The pet cafe on the 5th floor was really fun, and you can interact with the adorable pets for free. The alpaca was so nice to pet, and the kids absolutely loved it!
Staying at Xijiang Qianhu Luanxi Yunshe was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with an overall elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
The owners are a super friendly team of post-00s concierges. Their service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our entire stay.
The guesthouse's location is superb, with the garden scenery blending perfectly with the beauty of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. From the balcony, you can overlook the entire village, take in all the Wind-and-Rain Bridges, and enjoy the soothing sound of the gurgling stream – it's truly serene and pleasant.
In the morning, the rising sun bathed the room in warm light. The balcony was equipped with a rocking chair, a bathtub, and a lounge chair, making it perfect for enjoying the view, taking a relaxing bath, or simply unwinding. The breakfast was simple yet exquisite, nutritious, and delicious. This is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Xijiang Miao Village – highly recommended!
The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.
We had a fantastic family vacation at the Bi-yin Sky Pavilion. The environment, service, and facilities were all excellent, even surpassing many other five-star hotels, and it's very family-friendly.
After booking, a butler added me on WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the butler saw we had a child and upgraded our room. The view was absolutely amazing, truly enhancing the holiday vibe.
The room had a charming natural wood style. The amenities and bedding were great, and the lighting design was also well-done and tasteful. There was also a laundry service or a washing machine available.
In the evening, there was a Dong ethnic group 'Grand Song' performance, which was a very novel experience.
This was the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Guizhou. You can tell it's a government-designated reception hotel; the public areas and guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. The service is genuinely warm and welcoming, which is truly commendable. The official brochures in the room, detailing Guizhou's local customs and culture, were more objective, comprehensive, and readable than online reviews, showcasing the dedication of Guizhou's culture and tourism department. The high popularity of tourism in Guizhou is undoubtedly due to the efforts of the Guizhou government and its tourism sector. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is particularly noteworthy, offering a fantastic blend of regional culinary highlights, proving that authentic delicious food isn't just found in 'fly-by-night' eateries. Personally, for those accustomed to the standards and service of high-end star-rated hotels, the VIP Building is a more worthwhile choice than the other popular 'influencer' hotel.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Xiaoqikong was the best decision we made! What initially drew us in was the hotel's VIP access to the scenic area, which was incredibly important, especially during the May Day holiday. It gave us at least an hour and a half more to enjoy the sights exclusively, and the Seven-Arch Bridge was stunning in the morning before the crowds arrived.
But the VIP access was just one of many highlights. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, completely devoid of that 'employee's attitude' that can often make interactions uncomfortable – those who know, know exactly what I mean. Whether we were walking through the hotel, exploring the corridors, or encountering staff outside, everyone greeted us, and especially the children, with a gentle smile and soft-spoken words.
The hotel also provides a dedicated MPV shuttle service to and from the town. The vehicle was spotless, odor-free, and the driver was impeccably dressed, perfectly aligning with the high-end ambiance of the hotel. The management truly excels in this regard!
Thirdly, the hotel offers various activities that kids love, such as making crystal bracelets and an insect catching game with prize redemption. They also provided complimentary tickets to a stand-up comedy show, which was a nice way for adults to unwind in the evening. The swimming pool was also very clean!
Fourth, the hotel breakfast was delicious! You absolutely must try a bowl of their noodles. Some of the dishes were beautifully plated as well. The mini-bar was also very generous, offering a wide selection of beverages.
Overall, the entire hotel exuded a sense of comfort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or family when they visit Xiaoqikong. Even on our way back to Beijing, my child couldn't stop talking about it, constantly saying it was the best experience of our trip!
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jiaxiu Tower, with tons of great food options nearby. It was lovely to take a stroll along the Qingshui River after dinner. The breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety of Guiyang's local specialties. The housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and proactive with their service – thumbs up! 👍 My only minor complaint is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated and don't quite meet five-star standards. I did notice they're in the process of updating, so I hope it keeps getting better.
Guo Yonggui at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, check-in is efficient and fast, treats people politely and intimately, answers all questions, professional and warm heart, the stay experience is superb, it is recommended!

First time staying here, and it was better than I expected. The location is super convenient, close to Jiaxiu Tower and the snack street. It's about a ten-minute walk to nearby malls if you need to buy daily necessities. Lisa provided excellent service; she called me before arrival to ask about my needs, and the room she arranged was perfect – high floor and very quiet. I even got to see the night view of Jiaxiu Tower from the 55th-floor lobby, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth, and at check-out, I received a small gift from Rabby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a great experience. I also noticed them checking and replacing expiring food items in the rooms during my stay, which shows attention to detail.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to popular snack streets and landmark attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.

GGuest User✅ First, the positives: The butler service was excellent. They picked us up from the station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The journey from the station to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes, not particularly strenuous. Second, the hotel's location offers unbeatable views – just check out the real-life photos I posted. Upon arrival, drinks were prepared in the lobby. Similarly, there were two servings of the evening soup, which I believe is based on the room type booked, so I'm not sure if other price-point rooms offer this. A particularly pleasant surprise was the excellent speaker in the room. I don't know the brand, but the sound quality was fantastic, a real bonus.
⚠️ Now for a few drawbacks: The hotel's room preparation time was excessively long. This wasn't an isolated incident, as I observed almost all guests waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes. Those with less patience might find this quite trying.
✉️ Finally, a few suggestions I hope will be adopted: As shown in picture (2), my room came with a private hot spring bath. However, the candles, petals, and bath bombs (which turn the water pink and add fragrance) were all items I brought myself. For a hotel with such a wonderful ambiance, I hope they can add these kinds of services (petals cost less than 10 yuan, candles about 5 yuan, bath bombs are pricier at around 20 yuan each and you'd need about 6, but cheaper ones are available on the market, and the hotel could perhaps purchase them in bulk). My room rate was 2680 yuan, and I believe adding these services would significantly enhance the experience, especially since customers choosing this price point are mostly young couples. I hope this suggestion can be taken into consideration.
Overall, I'm still happy to give a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 five-star rating. I wish the hotel proprietor a prosperous business and all travelers visiting Miaozhai Village a pleasant journey.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Huangguoshu, I stayed at the high-end Auvi Hotel, which is close to the high-speed rail station. The experience was very good. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel service staff was professional and attentive. The front desk girl was quick and efficient and quickly completed the check-in procedures for me. The elevator was close to the lobby. The fragrance of this hotel was good, which was the smell I liked. There were many rooms. Fortunately, the instructions upstairs were clear, and I found the room quickly. The room was relatively new and should be well maintained. I heard from the front desk girl that it had been open for more than 5 years. I have a habit of paying special attention to hygiene details when staying in a hotel. After putting down my luggage, I checked the hygiene around the room. It was not bad, and I did not find any unqualified hygiene conditions.
The quality of sleep was good that night. Breakfast was on the 10th floor. I like the decoration style of the restaurant. The Western style has a simple taste. There are many types of breakfast with local characteristics. I tried the spicy chicken powder, which tasted good. The chef cooked vegetables attentively.
Next time I come to Anshun, I will stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is reportedly the best standard in the Fanjing Mountain scenic area. It's very close to the Fanjingshan East Gate. The river facing the hotel rooms is incredibly clear. At night, with the windows open, falling asleep to the sound of the river brought back memories of childhood nights in the countryside. The bridge over the river is a fantastic spot for photos; it's very picturesque, featuring traditional ethnic themes and artistic elements, combined with classic Chinese covered bridge architecture. From the room, looking out, the river, bridge, and ancient willow trees perfectly form a beautiful painting.
FFranticbugZhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.
GGuest UserStaying at the Four Points by Sheraton while visiting Huangguoshu was such a breeze! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the scenic area, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep at night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend it!
GGrace W_WGetting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea .
I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference.
The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough.
The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated.
Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!
QQiling123What an incredibly chill stay, and the service was so thoughtful! I slept in until 11 am and still got breakfast. After a delightful brunch, I relaxed on a sun lounger by the pool. The afternoon sun and breeze were so languid, and each ripple in the water held a tiny sun, gently winking. It was wonderfully quiet, occasionally punctuated by the crowing of chickens from nearby village homes. Then, as dusk settled, smoke began to drift from the village below. We gathered around the stove, accompanied by gentle folk songs, chatting while we brewed tea – the ambiance was just perfect! The guesthouse host deftly turned the sweet potatoes and tofu roasting on the stove. Looking up, we saw an endless starry sky, like a dark blue curtain adorned with scattered diamonds. Later that night, back in the room, there was a subtle fragrance. After a comforting hot bath in the window-side tub, I drew back the curtain to gaze out and realized the majestic mountains were right there, silently gazing back at me.
GGuest UserFacilities: A well-established five-star hotel with all the expected amenities. They even have a delivery robot that brings food right to your room.
Hygiene: The cleaning staff, especially the auntie, was excellent. Knowing there were three of us, she provided three sets of towels and toiletries.
Environment: The only slight downside is that the dining area is a bit far from the hotel, though you can also dine in your room.
Service: Xiao Peng at the front desk proactively extended our check-out time, which was a huge help. Another staff member, I think her name was Xiao Shu, kindly offered complimentary breakfast for our child for three days. Very thoughtful!
