Yi Zhi Hotel, Taikoo Li, Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou
"excellent location right next to the metro and many large shopping malls nearby. Further down 天河路 are many electronic wholesalers. Staff friendly and very helpful and contactable via WeChat, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Amenities were good in the room, furnishing was slightly worn but well maintained. We booked an elegant and a superior double room. The size was fine for one person, but if there are two people I suggest The superior double room instead, which is more spacious. The hotel buffet did have a widespread, but taste was average. They are many eateries next to the hotel which I prefer for breakfast."

The room was clean and tidy, making for a truly wonderful experience."

MaxX by Steigenberger Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town
"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The butler service was very attentive, and the breakfast even included local Guangzhou dishes. Overall, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou."
Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Zhonghua Plaza Gerui Residence
"Great stay! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea was amazing too. We visited Beijing Road, which was bustling and fantastic. The location is super convenient, right above a shopping mall with lots of great food options. Very, very satisfied! We'll definitely be back next time. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Excellent"
The Xanadu Guangzhou Vignette Collection by IHG
"Everything is just exceptional, pictures dont do justice to the place, the rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet environment. The staffs are always ready to assist."
Wyndham Garden Guangzhou Panyu
"This hotel, located in Agile Garden, offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere overall. The staff are gentle and polite, making for a great stay!"
IntercityHotel Guangzhou East Railway Station
"The walk to train station is quiet and dark at night. Not suitable for female traveller. It takes quite long to walk to the nearest mal baotai shopping. You got to walk 300m to the MRT station entrance, walk to the station gate and get the staff to open the gate (twice, in and out) for you to pass through the MRT station to go into the shopping mall. Pretty much a hassle and inconvenience. It is also very far from the east railway station. I ended up calling a didi ride to send me to the station. Hotel lobby has got smoke smell due to an outsource restaurant located at ground level. I was also not aware that the room has windows that are left open Becos by the time I reach hotel is dark and curtain was closed. Hence I couldn’t sleep the entire night Becos I could hear the sound of crickets, horns clearlt. In the morning I could also hear the crispiness of broom sweeping the cleaner use to clean the park located right beside the hotel. The sound of morning bird is also loud and clear. Take note that many China hotel has windows that can be open in the room and thy do leave it open for the new room occupier."
Dingshe Hotel (Yongqingfang, Shamian Island, Guangzhou)
"The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. The hotel was absolutely 10/10. Some rooms have a building facing directly at you but they make it up with some extra good equipment or shower head with those rooms. Breakfast was good, considering the price"
Huatai Hotel
"not clean enough, wifi login does not work, gym and pool cost extra money (no clear advertising) Below value"
Bio Island International Hotel Apartment (Guangzhou Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Store)
"Great environment but location is not too convenient for moving around"
Guangzhou Yumu Curie Hotel (Panyu Aeon Mall)
"My overall stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, providing thoughtful and attentive service. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a relaxing sleep. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the projector offered clear and stable picture quality. The room's ambiance was cozy and elegant, ensuring a truly comfortable and peaceful stay."
Yi Zhi Hotel, Yongqingfang, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Guangzhou
"Had a really comfortable stay here! The bed and mattress were super comfy, honestly one of the best parts after a long day walking around. Check-in was speedy fast and smooth too. What impressed me was the service — my flight arrived late at night and the hotel still messaged me to confirm my check-in time, which felt very thoughtful. Location is great as well, very close to tourist spots like 上下九步行街 and 永庆坊, and surrounded by lots of good food such as 陶陶居 and 南信甜品. The room also came with a 小度智能屏 where you can play music, set alarms and use other smart functions, which made the stay more fun and convenient. Despite being in a good location, the hotel area was quiet at night so I could sleep really well. Would definitely stay again!"
Guangzhou President Hotel (Guangzhou Sports Center Taikoo Hui)
"This stay exceeded our expectations! When we checked in, the staff proactively upgraded our room and kindly offered complimentary breakfast for our family of four. The breakfast selection was rich and the food was clean. When we needed clothes washed during our stay, the hotel provided this service free of charge. The service was thoughtful and heartwarming. The room was clean and quiet, and the overall experience was very comfortable. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!"
Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Park Front Subway Station Yizhi Mercure
"Just a short walk from the subway exit, super convenient. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept wonderfully. The smart speaker controlling the curtains was very handy, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and the free coffee on the first floor was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience."
Yizhi Hotel (Chenjiaci Subway Station Branch, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Guangzhou)
"The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall and lots of restaurant surrounding the hotel. Short distance to Xu Hua Road where all the good food are. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there is only 1 lift which maybe busy at times."
Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)
An excellent choice for families, featuring a dedicated kids' playground and spacious suites right at the terminal.
SURI CITY HOTEL
"The room itself was nice, with large windows and smart home features. Hygiene was not an issue. However, the design under the bed is problematic; I bruised my leg on it – something I've never encountered before in a thousand stays. It's very close to the metro, which is convenient for getting around, but there are almost no shops nearby, though ordering takeout is fine. To sum it up: 1. The room was fine. 2. The hotel's surroundings aren't lively at all; no good places to eat or shop. 3. It's very close to the metro, making it easy to get to places like Canton Tower. 4. Breakfast was terrible. The milk wasn't even heated; they just put the whole carton out. My child even pointed out there was no butter! Eating breakfast there was a waste of time and stomach space. 5. They messed up my room reservation. Not only did they not upgrade me, but they gave me a room a whole category lower. The front desk service was awful; everything shown in my booking details, they claimed they didn't have. It took three phone calls for them to admit the morning staff made a mistake. They asked if I wanted a refund for the price difference or an upgrade. I checked in at 9 PM; if there were available rooms and they didn't upgrade me, fine, but to downgrade me? I think the front desk staff isn't very competent."
