"Choosing Feihua Apartment for our trip to West Lake was an absolute steal! The host was incredibly kind and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a West Lake view. The decor is exceptional, very tasteful and refined – you can tell they invested a lot into it. The location is unbeatable; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Broken Bridge at West Lake, and Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, making it super convenient for food, entertainment, and sightseeing. We booked a room with breakfast, and it was a real treat – freshly prepared Hangzhou specialties cooked over a high flame, and freshly ground soy milk. Everyone in our family, from young to old, raved about how delicious it was. The room itself was spotless and bright, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned. Even though Hangzhou can be humid, there were no strange odors in the room. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the appliances were comprehensive, giving it a perfect homely vibe. The host was warm and thoughtful, providing detailed check-in instructions. We added them on WeChat, so they were always available, and they even recommended some local hidden gem eateries. The room's elegant decor also made for great photos. Sitting on the balcony during leisure time, you can quietly enjoy the city view. The value for money is off the charts! This is definitely our top choice for accommodation in Hangzhou, and we'll be back on our next trip. I'll also be recommending it to all my friends!"

"It's about a 6-minute walk from Nanxingqiao Station. There's no sign on the ground floor, but you can go directly into Building B, head to the far left, enter door number 1512 to get in, and then take the elevator inside to the 15th floor for check-in. The front desk is small, but that's not important 😊. The staff were incredibly friendly; they didn't just hand over the room card and leave. They personally escorted me to the room and gave a brief introduction to its features 👍. I was genuinely surprised upon entering the room! It was very spacious, and the best part was the stunning view of the Qiantang River 🌊✨. Some hotels make it difficult to even open a suitcase, but here there was ample space, plus a separate walk-in closet! For this price, some hotels don't even offer a fridge, but this one came with a large refrigerator that has both freezer and fridge compartments, which is a huge bonus 👍. Although breakfast isn't provided, there's a place called 'Bao Da Si' right outside on the ground floor. It opens early, so you can grab breakfast items like fried dough sticks and steamed buns 🥟. Summary: Excellent value for money 💯. The staff are very friendly 👍. The room is spacious, and the Qiantang River view from the window is truly beautiful 🌊✨. If I visit Hangzhou again, I will definitely stay here! 😊"

"perfect and comfortable place for family, right below the hotel is the metro train station, maybe 10 minutes walk underground connecting, all the food outlets, and even the supermarket , have washing machine and dryer too, wifi is not an issue at all, only my VPN was having some delay / slowness, all in all highly recommend for its nearest walk able distance to the train station"

"We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices. We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim. The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus. Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too! We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts."

"An excellent stay! This hotel offers the best value for money in Hangzhou, even compared to other hotels in the same price range. **Facilities:** The room layout matched the photos perfectly. The facilities are well-maintained, and even the wooden floors are made of high-quality materials. The room and bathroom are spacious. It's fully equipped with a Xiaomi TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and two microwaves. The overall decor is very elegant. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning staff were very meticulous, as if they were cleaning their own home. The bedding was neatly folded, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the wooden floors were thoroughly cleaned. They were also very friendly. **Bathroom:** Basic toiletries are provided, and the hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all good quality products. The shower is separated from the dry area, and the towels and bath mat were clean. **Bedding:** The bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was also high quality. **Security:** The room has a digital lock with a code that changes daily, which feels very secure. **Dining and Transportation:** There are plenty of dining options right outside, and there's a large supermarket within the complex. The subway is only a few hundred meters away, making it a quick three-stop ride to Hangzhou East High-speed Railway Station. **Noise:** My room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet. **Air Conditioning:** It didn't look brand new, but it worked very effectively. **Front Desk:** The staff are on duty 24 hours, and they were very friendly, professional, and polite."

"An amazing experience! We stayed in the Panda Family Room with our parents and child. It had a tent, a pool table, and Tic-Tac-Toe, which our little one absolutely loved and played almost every day. "This place is an absolute 10/10. The apartment is very secure and clean, with a modern style. The building takes your facial scan after you check in. The rooms were very spacious and has a magnificent view of the city area. Bathroom is clean, has a washing machine. Their front desk is on the 6th floor, the staff working there is very helpful and can store packages for you before you even arrive. The maintenance crew is also very neat. The main attraction here is it's located in the middle of a few malls, there are plenty of very good restaurants and high end shops on the ground floor as it is very convenient for us within walking distance. Nike, McDonalds, KFC, pizza hut, subway, Mi store to name a few. Oh and there's street food available right in front of the apartment building after 9pm. Very convenient location, will visit again for sure 😊. Kindly note the nearest metro station is about 1km away though."
