"I stayed at the Feihua Apartment by West Lake for three nights, and I was a bit sad to leave, so I wanted to write a review. Its location is truly the biggest advantage. West Lake is right downstairs; it's not one of those places that claims to be 'close to West Lake' but requires a kilometer or two walk. You literally turn a corner and you're at the lake. Every morning, I'd go for a stroll by the lake after breakfast to digest, and in the evening, I'd go back to watch the sunset. West Lake felt like my backyard. It's also incredibly close to Wulin Night Market, which is just downstairs. Every night, I could try different foods, so I never had to worry about what to eat, although it wasn't particularly amazing, haha. There are also many bus stops nearby, making it super convenient to get to places like Lingyin Temple and Broken Bridge. Staying here saved a lot of travel time for my Hangzhou trip. While there are many guesthouses in this building, Feihua Apartment has an office where you can store luggage, which is incredibly practical. On our last day, after checking out, we wanted to visit Hefang Street, so we just left our suitcases at their office instead of dragging them around, which made things much easier. Someone was always on duty at the office, so storing and retrieving luggage was convenient and free – such a thoughtful service. The room is newly renovated, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The overall color scheme is warm white and wood, making it look clean and comfortable. All the furniture is new – wardrobe, nightstands, and a desk are all there, making it easy to put things away. The windows are well soundproofed; even though it was lively downstairs at night, it was very quiet once the windows were closed. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet covers and pillowcases smelled like they had been dried and aired out, making for a restful sleep. I even saw people from 'West Grass' (西部草) packing up the linens when we left, which shows they're not using a small, local laundry service but send them out for professional cleaning, which gave me peace of mind. I have to specifically praise the toiletries. Guesthouses usually don't pay much attention to this, but the shampoo and body wash provided by Feihua Apartment truly exceeded expectations. The toothbrush was soft-bristled, the toothpaste was a branded, individually packaged one, and even the comb was good quality, not one of those flimsy plastic ones that break easily. These details make you feel like the host is genuinely committed to providing a good experience, not just doing the bare minimum. The host, Auntie, was a highlight of our stay. She was incredibly warm-hearted. We arrived close to 9 PM, and she was still there, taking us upstairs and patiently explaining how to use the air conditioning and adjust the water heater. One day, it rained in Hangzhou, and Auntie even messaged us to ask if we had an umbrella, offering one from the office if we needed it. These small gestures really warmed our hearts. All in all, our stay was very comfortable. The location, environment, and service were all impeccable. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone visiting West Lake."

"The room was well-decorated and quite comfortable. The only minor downsides were the slightly outdated TV and the somewhat slow Wi-Fi, but these were minor issues. The view from the hotel window was absolutely stunning, and for just a few hundred yuan, it was an excellent value for money. The hotel's location was also perfect, only a couple of hundred meters from the CBD building where I had my business meetings. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"This is my top pick for concert accommodation! It's just one subway stop away from the 'Big Lotus' stadium, or a little over 5 minutes by shared bicycle. The transportation is super convenient. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The room itself is very spacious and even has a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very clean. Being on a high floor, it's incredibly quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The front desk and lobby staff were all excellent, proactively greeting guests and offering assistance. The breakfast selection was also quite good, and the mini wontons were delicious!"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-review! The location is fantastic, only about 800 meters in a straight line from West Lake. We could easily stroll back to the hotel after an evening walk around the lake. Plus, there's a Wushan Night Market right downstairs. Being so close, I even got up early one morning to wander by the lake – it was less crowded, and I got to see the morning mist, which was incredibly refreshing. We stayed in a lake-view room with large French windows, offering stunning views of West Lake right from our room! The room facilities were also incredibly comprehensive: a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and hot water dispenser. It was super convenient if we wanted to cook something, heat food, or do laundry. The TV was also huge with lots of channels. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very helpful. They proactively added us on WeChat to provide important information and more."

"perfect and comfortable place for family, right below the hotel is the metro train station, maybe 10 minutes walk underground connecting, all the food outlets, and even the supermarket , have washing machine and dryer too, wifi is not an issue at all, only my VPN was having some delay / slowness, all in all highly recommend for its nearest walk able distance to the train station"

"We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices. We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim. The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus. Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too! We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts."

"An excellent stay! This hotel offers the best value for money in Hangzhou, even compared to other hotels in the same price range. **Facilities:** The room layout matched the photos perfectly. The facilities are well-maintained, and even the wooden floors are made of high-quality materials. The room and bathroom are spacious. It's fully equipped with a Xiaomi TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and two microwaves. The overall decor is very elegant. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning staff were very meticulous, as if they were cleaning their own home. The bedding was neatly folded, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the wooden floors were thoroughly cleaned. They were also very friendly. **Bathroom:** Basic toiletries are provided, and the hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all good quality products. The shower is separated from the dry area, and the towels and bath mat were clean. **Bedding:** The bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was also high quality. **Security:** The room has a digital lock with a code that changes daily, which feels very secure. **Dining and Transportation:** There are plenty of dining options right outside, and there's a large supermarket within the complex. The subway is only a few hundred meters away, making it a quick three-stop ride to Hangzhou East High-speed Railway Station. **Noise:** My room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet. **Air Conditioning:** It didn't look brand new, but it worked very effectively. **Front Desk:** The staff are on duty 24 hours, and they were very friendly, professional, and polite."

"An amazing experience! We stayed in the Panda Family Room with our parents and child. It had a tent, a pool table, and Tic-Tac-Toe, which our little one absolutely loved and played almost every day. The room was incredibly well-equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, a fridge, and even a washer and dryer. So perfect for families with kids!"

"This place is an absolute 10/10. The apartment is very secure and clean, with a modern style. The building takes your facial scan after you check in. The rooms were very spacious and has a magnificent view of the city area. Bathroom is clean, has a washing machine. Their front desk is on the 6th floor, the staff working there is very helpful and can store packages for you before you even arrive. The maintenance crew is also very neat. The main attraction here is it's located in the middle of a few malls, there are plenty of very good restaurants and high end shops on the ground floor as it is very convenient for us within walking distance. Nike, McDonalds, KFC, pizza hut, subway, Mi store to name a few. Oh and there's street food available right in front of the apartment building after 9pm. Very convenient location, will visit again for sure 😊. Kindly note the nearest metro station is about 1km away though."
