Very easy to find. It's close to Lingyin Temple, Beigaofeng Cableway, and the Lingyin Temple bus stop. Service: Excellent. The staff contacted us by phone a week in advance and even created a WeChat group to inform us about local transportation. 🚗 On the day of arrival, they asked for our estimated time of arrival in Hangzhou and sent a business van to pick us up from outside the traffic control zone. The driver was very enthusiastic! 💁 The front desk staff waited for us at the village entrance, helped us with our luggage, and led us to the B&B (it was only a short walk). Once we arrived, they made us tea and recommended restaurants. A tip for everyone: remember the location. Although the staff will come to pick you up again if you get lost, if you come back late when it's dark, it can be easy to get lost. My friend and I had a bit of trouble finding our way back, and we even ran into others who were also looking for their B&B. 😆 🌃 The night shift staff member was truly wonderful. When we returned at night and asked about hiking, as it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the routes for Lingyin Temple, Lingshun Temple, etc., he even drew a map on paper to help us understand. He was very patient and meticulous! I highly recommend both of Jixian's B&Bs, I've stayed at both. The service is standardized and systematic, which is very impressive for such a popular scenic spot. Even in a place that doesn't lack tourists, they still treat every guest with care. It's clear that everyone, from the owner to every staff member, is responsible and has a great attitude.

Excellent value for money! I chose a single room, and the space and functionality were perfectly adequate. The restrooms are separate for men and women and are very clean! The common areas are spacious, and there's even a snooker table. Plus, there's an outdoor balcony area – it's great to sit outside with a few friends and chat when the weather is nice. The location is also fantastic; you can walk to the subway and West Lake, and in the evening, you can feast at the Wulin Night Market! If I come alone again, I'll definitely choose this place.

My home's walls were moldy, so I'm staying here for a couple of days during renovations. For just a few tens of yuan a day, I think it's excellent value for money in this area. The cleanliness here is really good. Every time I went to the restroom, someone was cleaning it, and there was even an auntie cleaning rooms at 1 or 2 AM. The cleaning staff in the private rooms here are the most diligent I've encountered in all the hotels I've stayed at. The location is also great, right across from Zhejiang Second Hospital. Very high value for money.

Conveniently located with good access to transport. The room was clean. It's a 10-minute walk to West Lake and there's a bus stop right outside. The subway station is also about 500m away, a five to six-minute walk. The air conditioning worked very well. Recommended, I'm satisfied.

Location of the hotel is good .close to the market and mall nearby.there are so many food options in the area.The staff at the hotel are friendly and happy to help. .Unfortunately, no one speaks English. Would recommend.

Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful, great location just walking distance of 20 minutes to West Lake. Nearby is a famous Michelin food stall which i enjoy my breakfast for 3 days. For those taking high speed rail the station is less than 30 minutes with smooth traffic from the hotel. Nearby hotel area, there are lots of cafe, pub and food shop around. Strongly recommended. Is just that i took a special room which is a bit small for me, other than that everything is good.

The room was compact and clean, and the shower water was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. It's located right downstairs from Hefang Street, so dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are super convenient. West Lake is also quite close, and both bus and subway stations are within easy reach. I initially booked one night, and after seeing how good it was, I booked another! The lobby also has luggage storage, which is a great bonus!

I booked the hotel late so I gave priority to hotels close to the subway and business district. There are pros and cons, some of which are of course subjective. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The people are very nice and helpful. 4 The sanitation is good. Because the room is white, you can clearly see whether it is clean or not. 5. Powerful air conditioning 6. Takeaway food can be delivered directly to your door Then the disadvantages: 1 The room is not very big. Although it is a double bed room, it will be very cramped for two people. Especially the bathroom and shower room are very small, and you have to be careful not to hit your arms against the wall when you turn around. 2 The water heater can only guarantee hot water for less than 20 minutes. The water temperature will continue to drop to about 30 degrees, and then you need to turn off the hot water and wait for the water heater to reheat. I stopped twice to wait for the water to boil while washing my hair, and it took me almost an hour in total. 3 The sheets, quilts and pillows are all pilling. They are clean but may have been used too many times. 4 The sound insulation is average, and the sound from the corridor outside is very clear 5. The projection room was set, but the angle of the projector was weird, at least you couldn't see it when you were lying on the bed. 6. The room was cleaned every afternoon during my extended stay, and the bedding was fresh and new each time, with comfortable pillows that caused no discomfort. The towels and bath towels were well-sanitized, and the butler service was very enthusiastic.
