It's really close to West Lake, Intime Department Store, and the pedestrian street, all within easy walking distance. The room was also very clean. I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time I left or returned, I was offered a refreshing bottle of mineral water. I had some small cakes that needed to be kept frozen, and the front desk staff kindly stored them in their fridge for me. When I went to pick them up, both the restaurant auntie and the front desk gentleman helped me out. Although the room wasn't huge, the amenities were really practical and well-arranged. I particularly liked the small trash can on the vanity – very convenient for ladies doing their makeup. It was also great that the restaurant, gym, and laundry room were all on the same floor. Plus, the hotel is right by a subway station, making getting around super easy.

GGuest UserToday, I stayed at the Vienna International Hotel, which has the same style and tone as the Vienna Hotel. The hotel has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of size, room area, materials, supporting facilities, etc., and the overall quality control will be much better.
During the holidays, the hotel could not be booked because most of them were booked by travel agencies. When I checked in at 8:30 today, I met a tour group, so I waited in line for a while. There were four staff members at the front desk who were expediting the processing. The efficiency was quite high. If you were abroad, you would have to wait for an hour and a half in this situation today. It is not an exaggeration to say that Chinese people are impatient, which is the result of the high efficiency of Chinese people.
When checking in, I was given a souvenir, a snack bag, which was a little surprise. The front desk service attitude was super good.
Vienna International Hotel is a mid-to-high-end business brand, about three stars in the high end. It is more cost-effective for Jinjiang Platinum Card to stay in Vienna and Vienna International. This hotel has a good location, and the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, and Luckin Coffee are relatively complete. There is a parking lot at the door, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a great option for families with kids. Our family of four booked a room with a king-size bed and an extra-large tatami area. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent separation between the wet and dry areas. It had both underfloor heating and radiators, and every evening, we were treated to a warm dessert soup. The children enjoyed copying sutras on the first floor. The lounge area had a large projector screen, so you could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without getting bored. The latte art was impressive, and the breakfast, with its six-compartment presentation, was very substantial. Our room overlooked the mountains, and I can only imagine how breathtaking it would be during the autumn foliage season. Finally, a special shout-out to the excellent service from the staff; they even washed and dried our clothes and delivered them back to our room.

AAnonymous UserThe exterior and lobby look rather shabby, but the room turned out to be surprisingly decent—though it may not suit those who are particularly picky. The hotel is located in a side alley of one of the Yintai shopping buildings, offering close proximity to West Lake and Longxiangqiao Metro, with quite a few eateries along the same street. The hotel provides hot water, soft drinks, etc in the lobby, as well as free-flow bottled drinking water at the floor lobby. However, the TV’s internet connection is very slow, buffering almost every second.

SShawn TravelsThe location of the hotel is great. The leading up to the hotel is a little difficult as the hotel is not an independent building but part of a huge Hubin Complex. There is a need to drag your luggage through a unsheltered section (about 20m from the nearest vehicle drop off point) to access the hotel entrance. If it is raining, you have to get through some wet zones.
However, for the value amd convenience the hotel gives, I feel it is worthwhile to consider staying.

FFengjixuchui2452Staying here the night before my return trip during the National Day holiday was great. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. Since my flight was early in the morning and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they even packed a breakfast to go for me, which was a nice touch. The room overlooked some beautiful greenery. The e-sports room was excellent; the computers were better than those in typical e-sports hotels, and the gaming chair was especially comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel offers convenient airport pickup and drop-off services. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff, who were very warm and patient. The most important thing, though, is how delicious the hotel's breakfast is. You can choose from rice noodles, rice vermicelli, vermicelli, wontons, and fish balls, and the side dishes change daily, so I got to try them all during my stay – and they were all great. The self-serve fried rice noodles were also tasty. It's much better than some hotels I've stayed at previously that only offered sweet potato, corn, and pre-made pastries and cold dishes.

Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us.
Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building.
So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.
