"Our stay at Xizi Hotel was excellent. I have to commend this state guesthouse. First, let's talk about the hotel's location, right next to West Lake, offering stunning views directly from the premises. We booked a package that included a travel photoshoot, and we were able to take antique-style photos right there at the hotel. My parents, trying a travel photoshoot for the first time, repeatedly praised our photographer, Teacher Duomi, for her patience and professionalism!
As for the service, it was the best I've experienced at any hotel. Every staff member made us feel incredibly comfortable. The shuttle service allowed for convenient transfers around the hotel. I was initially worried about long waits, but in reality, the shuttle never took more than 5 minutes to arrive, at least based on our experience.
The room facilities are quite new and modern, and each building has its own front desk, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection was very rich, but since it starts at 7 AM and we needed to catch a taxi to Lingyin Temple before 8 AM, it felt a bit rushed. If breakfast could start half an hour earlier, it would be perfect."
