"I would totally recommend this hotel as it is very convenient and close to many locations, there is a Haidilao on the same level and their receptionists were very responsive as my tv was malfunctioning but they fixed it quickly! You can order delivery as well! There’s also 4 washing machine and dryer as stated and they provide toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and hair net as well as conditioner, shampoo and body wash ! No worries if you didn’t bring adapter as well as they provide usb lighting socket, usb socket attached as a picture !! Overall, its has been a pleasant stay and if I ever come back to Hangzhou!! I will book this hotel again!"

"Staying at the 'Big Golden Ball' landmark in Qianjiang New Town was absolutely worth it! The moment you see the grand dome in the lobby and the panoramic elevator, it's truly stunning. The front desk staff were efficient and had a pleasant, down-to-earth attitude. We booked a river-view room, and the view was unbeatable – you could lie in bed and watch the Qiantang River and the city's light show. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was good too. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order station hit the spot. The location is also super convenient; the Citizen Center subway station is right outside, making it close to MixC Mall and City Balcony. Five-star experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou!"

"This hotel is excellent, truly living up to its long-standing reputation. The rooms must have been renovated as they don't feel old at all. The staff are wonderful; the front desk proactively upgraded my room, and all other service personnel were very polite. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, with the desserts being a particular highlight. There's also a West Lake viewing area, so on days without rain, you can enjoy the lake view while eating. Even if it's too wet to sit outside after rain, a post-meal stroll to take in the full panorama of West Lake is still very enjoyable. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay."

"The facilities are well-equipped. The bathtub water temperature was perfect for a soak, which is a pleasant surprise as even some high-end hotels sometimes miss the mark. The toiletries provided were also very comfortable to use, maintaining the hotel's premium feel. However, building #7 lacks dining, fitness, and leisure amenities, with all public facilities concentrated in building #8. A shuttle service helps to bridge this gap, and the trade-off is a very peaceful environment. The cleanliness was exceptional. The room, including corners and the bathroom, was spotless. The grounds were also kept meticulously clean. The environment is stunning, right next to West Lake. The hotel's garden and landscaping are beautiful, with greenery and water features everywhere. The terrace room offers a comfortable and enjoyable view. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk proactively inquired about my needs and were always willing to assist, responding very promptly."

"We had a pleasant 5 night stay at Qiyue Westlake Cultural hotel. The location is great, right opposite Westlake. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One night when my dinner delivery was sent wrongly to another hotel, I called the receptionist and the lady on duty offered to ask someone to deliver our dinner to our room. We were very appreciative of her extra service. The hotel decoration resembles Southern Song dynasty architecture with a courtyard, bridge and a pagoda structure."

"The Hyatt Place Hotel, located right inside Terminal 4 of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, offers unparalleled convenience for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. My husband and I had an Air China flight scheduled for 8 AM on June 19th. We spent the morning in Qiandao Lake, then took the 1:49 PM bullet train, arriving at Hangzhou East Station at 2:45 PM. From there, we seamlessly transferred to Metro Line 19, which took us directly to Xiaoshan Airport. Following the clear signs after exiting the station, we easily found the hotel and had a swift check-in – a truly perfect and smooth transition. As it's a new hotel, everything in the room felt brand new. After settling in and relaxing, we walked a short distance to Terminal 4, which is filled with restaurants and gift shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. At night, our room was exceptionally quiet. When checking out on the morning of June 19th, we received our packed breakfast (a friendly reminder: the packed breakfast bag contains a small carton of yogurt, which will be confiscated at security. You can drink it on the spot, but it's best to enjoy it at your leisure beforehand). We also used the complimentary fast-track pass provided by the hotel at the security checkpoint, which made the process quick and easy. "An excellent stay! This hotel offers the best value for money in Hangzhou, even compared to other hotels in the same price range. **Facilities:** The room layout matched the photos perfectly. The facilities are well-maintained, and even the wooden floors are made of high-quality materials. The room and bathroom are spacious. It's fully equipped with a Xiaomi TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and two microwaves. The overall decor is very elegant. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning staff were very meticulous, as if they were cleaning their own home. The bedding was neatly folded, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the wooden floors were thoroughly cleaned. They were also very friendly. **Bathroom:** Basic toiletries are provided, and the hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all good quality products. The shower is separated from the dry area, and the towels and bath mat were clean. **Bedding:** The bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was also high quality. **Security:** The room has a digital lock with a code that changes daily, which feels very secure. **Dining and Transportation:** There are plenty of dining options right outside, and there's a large supermarket within the complex. The subway is only a few hundred meters away, making it a quick three-stop ride to Hangzhou East High-speed Railway Station. **Noise:** My room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet. **Air Conditioning:** It didn't look brand new, but it worked very effectively. **Front Desk:** The staff are on duty 24 hours, and they were very friendly, professional, and polite."

"We took a quick weekend trip to West Lake with our family of three. To make sure we had the best experience, I did a lot of comparisons and finally chose Xizi. And I was right to! The beautiful environment goes without saying, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast spread was so rich and varied, I just wished I had a bigger stomach! It was close to the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel even prepared Zongzi gift boxes, making us feel completely at home and valued. If you wanted to go to any area, a quick call to the front desk would have a shuttle car ready to take you. Our room was on the first floor, and upon entering, a pleasant aroma filled the air. I loved the new Chinese style decor, even the bedding had a Chinese flair. During an evening stroll, we passed by Building No. 1 and, with the Leifeng Pagoda in the background, learned that this was where leaders from over thirty countries and regions took a group photo during the Hangzhou Summit. Now for the minor drawbacks: the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great; you could hear people opening doors and talking in the hallway. The bathroom door, however, was quite heavy and took some effort to open and close. And there were some cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed – a small detail. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the brilliance; it truly is a dazzling pearl on the tender and picturesque West Lake!"
