"This was my first time traveling alone with friends, and after some searching, we chose this hotel. It was truly excellent! The service was very attentive. When we called for eye masks and earplugs, a small robot delivered them immediately. The next day, another front desk staff member mentioned they were usually chargeable, but still gave them to us for free. What impressed me the most was a young man with glasses 🤓. He was very dedicated and responsible in his work and would proactively engage with guests. One evening, my dinner had gotten cold, and I asked the front desk if there was a microwave, not really expecting much. It happened to be his shift, and he didn't hesitate, taking my food to reheat it for me. This was the greatest kindness I felt while being in a different city. Another young lady at the front desk who helped with luggage storage was also great 👍. Their smiles will always stay with me. I thought the hygiene was very good overall. There was just a tiny bit of dust on the desk, but the bathroom was very clean. Daily cleaning was also prompt and thorough. The location is excellent. It's about a seven-minute walk to the subway, right next to the bustling Hubin Pedestrian Street, and just a few more steps to West Lake. You can reach Hangzhou Center in about fifteen minutes by subway. In summary, this hotel is a great choice with high value for money, a fantastic location, and thoughtful service! 👍👍👍"

"The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a fantastic ambiance! It's located in what seems to be Hangzhou's affluent district, surrounded by major bank branches for Zhejiang, and the apartments outside the window go for 80,000 RMB per square meter. There are several shopping complexes nearby. It's also very close to City Balcony; just a short walk along the riverfront. You can catch the light show in the evening. Subway access is super convenient, with a station entrance not far from the hotel, making it a quick trip to West Lake. Overall, a highly satisfying hotel!"

"We left from Suzhou to the city of Hangzhou arriving at night, where there were no seats on the train. And it's quite tiring because have been 9 days around the city. And the Fillmore hotel in Mandarin FuMao, is a hotel that is booked when arriving at the Suzhou Train Station. Finally arrived in Hangzhou city, start our search from the Metro station, looking for the Xindianti stop. Just know that the Fillmore Hotel is on Xindianti street. As soon as you go out, what looks opposite is Xindianti Mall, as soon as you look up, it turns out that Fillmore is right on the right side of the Exit D. Wow how happy, where it's already 9 pm there. As soon as we entered the hotel, the impression was luxurious and we were greeted by the hotel staff in front. The person who received us is Kate, very helpful in the check-in process, just a moment is Ok. Because three people came and ordered 2 with breakfast. It turns out that Kate gave a complimentary 1 more child, thank you Kate. He also helps with the hotel's WiFi registration process, but the response is very fast, so it's better, if those of us who go to China have the WeChat application. "I've stayed at various Atour hotels many times, and they consistently maintain a high standard. Overall, they're reliably good, and if the price is acceptable, it's always my top choice. Facilities: The facilities and decor are very new. The only minor drawback is that many rooms have interior-facing windows, but the room types are clearly stated, and even the interior views are nicely arranged. There are no strange odors, and they have a gym, laundry, and dryer. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Environment: It's less than 50 meters from the subway exit and just a few hundred meters from West Lake, so the location is excellent. Service: They greet you proactively. I had medication that needed refrigeration, and they even helped me store it in the kitchen fridge. The service was absolutely exceptional."

"Great location! It's right next to the subway station, and the MixC and Raffles City malls are nearby for some good shopping. West Lake isn't too far either; you can catch the light show just one subway stop away. The river view rooms offer beautiful sunrises, and breakfast is pretty good too."

"Clean, comfortable, and convenient! This hotel is located right at the entrance of an alley, and initially I was worried it might be hard to find, but it was actually quite easy. There are bus stops, subway stations, and shared bikes all nearby, and it's also very close to West Lake, which was perfect as I had errands to run in the area. The room wasn't huge, but the front desk upgraded me, and it was spotless and hygienic. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"This hotel just opened, so I specifically came to check it out. The facilities are all brand new, and being under the InterContinental brand, it's very reliable. The hotel's location is indeed excellent; the street behind it is full of places to eat, and you can walk directly to Hubin Yintai and West Lake. The front desk staff, Miya, was very professional. She processed my check-in very quickly and her service was warm and attentive. Seeing that I had a child and a lot of luggage, she proactively offered to help me bring my bags to the room and even brought a baby crib, which was incredibly thoughtful! Plus, parking is free! It's really good value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."

"This must be a newly branded hotel, as it has a fresh renovation. The room was very new, though it still had a slight odor. Perhaps the occupancy rate was high during the Qingming Festival, as I immediately asked the front desk for an air freshener upon check-in, but despite two requests, it was never delivered. The front desk service was inconsistent; the staff seemed to be more experienced women, and their attitude was neither particularly good nor bad. Also, the elevator was so slow! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive; the 'Chinese set meal' in the package was essentially a bento box. Given that the room itself was nice, I'm still giving a full score as encouragement and hope that some of the front desk staff can improve their service."

"The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind, polite, and patient. We had quite a few requests, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I'll use some of my West Lake sightseeing photos instead! We had such a good time because we rested so well!"
