This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! Located right in the heart of the ancient town, specifically the West Lake Hubin Hefang Street branch, its location is absolutely superb. Transportation is incredibly convenient, and there are tons of great food options nearby, making it perfect for exploring and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the design created a lovely atmosphere. What was especially heartwarming was that the proprietress even came to the room to light incense for us – such thoughtful attention to detail! The view from the window was beautiful, and there was a cozy two-person tea set-up where we could sit, relax, and enjoy some tea. The bed was soft and inviting, ensuring a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Mixed feelings about this place, it seems to be family managed hotel with all the pros and cons. Centrally located, best possible location for me, surrounded by shops and services, next to metro. First impression of the room was good, 15th floor, only after few minutes I realised female hairs are scattered around in the bathroom and the room itself, with water in the bathroom area looking like someone might have taken a bath sometime ago (towels were fresh). Windows were completely dirty (I guess it's outside of hotel control as the exterior might be managed by the building owner?), so potentially a great view turned into irritation Upon questioning, reception despatched ”aunties” service team to clean that arrived within minutes. My request to change the room was ignored and comments about room being not clean and windows dirty were met with reply that this is normal ”building ageing” Overall I would come back, just don't expect high standards Ps. AC works good, washing machine insides and big screen modern TV inside

Eleven people stayed for five days and the overall feeling was very good. Facilities: The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Environment: The trails on the island are quiet and the air is fresh. Outside the window, the lakes and mountains are panoramic. Hygienic: The indoor and outdoor environment is clean, and the living is comfortable and comfortable. Service: Thank you very much butler! The attitude is very kind, the service is very warm and thoughtful, no matter day or night, on call to solve the problem in time, let us spend a pleasant five days in Qiandao Lake.

This hotel is located within Dongmingshan Forest Park. We chose a cabin on the mountain, and each one is a stand-alone unit with a small loft. It has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a sea of green, the sound of birds chirping, and the gentle gurgle of a stream. It truly feels like stepping into a fairytale forest. There are shuttle buses for going up and down the mountain. Along the way, you'll find facilities within the forest park, such as a water play area and a forest adventure trail. If it's not too hot, walking down the mountain isn't too tiring either. Overall, it's a great escape from the world.

It was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation. I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time. Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. This was my first time in Hangzhou, and the Jianyv B&B gave me a truly unique experience! The room was incredibly spacious and decorated with a great ambiance. It was very quiet at night, so I had an excellent night's sleep. The service was a major plus. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with, and they paid great attention to detail. The common areas were very well-maintained and comfortable – a perfect spot to relax. The location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offers great value for money. If you're visiting Hangzhou, this B&B is definitely worth choosing; the overall experience was fantastic.

The B&B was spotlessly clean, and the service was incredibly attentive. Plus, there are cats you can pet! The environment is fantastic, located right in the West Lake scenic area, and the Botanical Garden is just a 50-meter walk away. The B&B has its own private courtyard, perfect for enjoying tea and chatting, and there's even a swing that our baby absolutely loved. It's truly a resort paradise; we'll definitely be back!

I booked this hotel last minute when I came to Hangzhou to visit West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The mini single room exceeded my expectations – it was quiet and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, high up in the Hangzhou Yin building with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Qiantang River. The misty river view on a rainy day created a really special atmosphere. Downstairs, you have direct access to the Starlight Avenue shopping area, and it's also very close to Jiangling Road subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and dining out. The room was spotlessly clean, no strange odors when we walked in, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and washing machine were also immaculate, making us feel very at ease using them. The soundproofing exceeded our expectations; we barely heard any traffic from outside or activity from the river, so we slept incredibly soundly at night. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any questions we had – the service was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!
