"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! ⭐️ The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. Even though they didn’t really speak English, they still made a great effort to assist us whenever we needed help. Really appreciate their patience and hospitality! 🙌🏻 For Muslim travellers, halal food is available around the area, but most halal restaurants are not within walking distance. You’ll need to take a DiDi to get to them, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing this hotel. Other than that, the view from the hotel is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel! 👍🏻"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right within the ancient city, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel environment is very comfortable, with a small courtyard, a rooftop garden, and a dedicated reading space. The facilities are also very new. What's particularly commendable is the exceptional cleanliness, which is quite rare for a B&B. The breakfast is also very enjoyable; sometimes they serve rice noodles, other times a savory congee with粑粑 (a type of local pancake), along with corn, fruit, sweet potatoes, coffee, and more. Everything tastes delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's truly a great stay."

"Located in Caicun, the room offers stunning views directly facing Erhai Lake. The ecological corridor is just downstairs, making the location absolutely superb. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even helped us dry our clothes. The staff member was very dedicated; he even drove to pick us up after his working hours. Both of them were fantastic and very professional. The breakfast place they recommended nearby served the best rice noodles I've ever had in my life. Downsides: The room facilities were very basic. There were only disposable bath towels, and the projector quality was mediocre. The bathroom was just 'not particularly annoying,' nothing more. The biggest issue was that my room was incredibly small. The merchant's photos, taken with a wide-angle lens, made it look much larger, but in reality, it was just the bed plus a window sill (for the view). This was disappointing. The soundproofing was also very poor (though this is common for guesthouses in these villages, as they are converted from old buildings). If you're just looking for a place to sleep for one night, I'd say it's an option. But if you want a really nice environment, it's better to go to the Erhai side below Longkan Pier, where there are many places with excellent settings."

"First time visiting Dali with my elderly mother. We stayed in Dali Ancient City (Haixi) for the first two nights, experiencing its lively bustle. For the latter two nights, I specifically booked a hotel near Shuanglang Ancient Town (Haidong). After comparing several options, I chose this cliffside seaview guesthouse. Upon arrival, whether in the guesthouse garden or in the room, we had unobstructed views of the blue sky, white clouds, Cangshan Mountains, and Erhai Lake. This trip was absolutely worthwhile! 😊 The guesthouse service was also good, and they even offered complimentary bedtime milk. 🥛🥛"

"Families, come and stay here! It was an amazing experience (not a shill, purely my own voluntary feelings). We loved it so much that on the second day, we decided to extend our stay for a whole week! 🥹 From the welcoming atmosphere, the staff, the accommodation environment, to the food, everything was arranged to meet guests' needs. For two young people who usually skip breakfast, the fact that we consistently had breakfast for a whole week speaks volumes about the freshness and deliciousness of the food! The environment is very artistic, comfortable, and clean, with many spots perfect for handsome guys and beautiful ladies to take photos! The boss, staff, manager, and butler were all incredibly enthusiastic and we're so grateful for their thoughtful hospitality towards us, visitors from out of town 💖 This will definitely be our top choice in Dali again next time!!"

"This guesthouse is perfect for photos and also great for a relaxing getaway. The biggest highlight is the amazing sea view from the room; the floor-to-ceiling windows face Erhai Lake directly, so you can see the Cangshan mountains and the clouds from your bed. The balcony loungers are also perfect for just chilling out. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The breakfast, especially the rice noodles and soy milk, was delicious! 😋 My child loved it so much and wanted to stay another day, but our plans changed, so we'll have to come back next time."
