"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka I had a really pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room had a nice view. I also really enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the infinity pool, which has a beautiful view and is a great place to relax. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices and good quality food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. The location is also convenient for exploring Melaka, with many attractions and places to eat within a short drive. Although it isn’t directly in the middle of Jonker Street, getting around was still easy. Most importantly, the service really stood out. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again. "We stayed here during our self-drive trip and absolutely loved this apartment. The price was very affordable, and the overall value was excellent. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a living room and all the essential furniture you need. The location is great — not too far from the city center, but still peaceful and quiet. There’s an infinity pool and a playground, which made it very family-friendly for us with kids. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!"

"room was very spacious, nicely furnished, with amazing views of the entire melaka city and the strait of malacca. the rooftop pool is really nice as well, as it is an infinity pool with shelter also having amazing views so you can go swim even if it’s raining. hotel is in a very good location as well, being close to many food options just downstairs and a 10 minute walk from the main red square melaka river jonker walk area. however, the only issue was the aircon. they did not turn on the aircon in the corridors at all, so it feels very stuffy and warm. we told the staff about it but they seemed to have done nothing about it, seeing all the previous reviews complaining about this as well. the aircon in the room was also very weak, it took hours to cool the entire room down but after a while it was fine. hopefully they can revamp the a/c system because this hotel is really good if not for the a/c issues."

"the facilities of apartments are very good, especially the swimming pool in public area, suited for adults and children. The location is ok but you may need to spend 30 mins at least by walk to the main views."

"Stayed for 2 nights. I have requested for a lower level and they helped change the room accordingly. Thank you so much for your assistance. Will definitely come back! The pool is also open until 10:00 pm so if we want to visit some historical places during day time, we still have some time to swim later in the evening."

"This is a review from a person who have stayed there 3 times in a year. Not bad overall, check in and out service are prompt, spacious and comfy room, level 23 with unblock view all the way to Encore. Parking is available at either roadside or at the building behind. About the room: comfy and clean room, bed and pillow, toilet and shower area. I'm very particular about any foul or unpleasant smell, and so far this hotel has not disappointed. Loved their swimming pool which is an infinity pool. For tourists' info: This hotel is in between Encore and Jonker Street. Uniqlo, Jaya Grocer, Mixue, Watson's among the brands at Tarcor Park which is near Encore."
