"I am delighted that my stay at Harris Batam Center was excellent! I feel welcomed and the concierge was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good food and lots of variety. "Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation."

"We were upgraded on our recent trip to Batam. i Hotel has two locations.. at Nagoya Hill (where we stayed) and Baloi. The Nagoya property is conveniently located just next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. There's a side gate, which is locked and accessible by room key card, to and from the Shopping Centre. This makes it very accessible and provide extra security other than walking along the street. Access to the hotel via vehicle will be inspected at the main gate before the security personnel opens the gate. Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. Since we were there for only 2-nights we didn't need room cleaning. In the early afternoon of the second day I received a message that my room has the No Disturb light on and just wanted to confirmed if we need room makeup. Such thoughtful service! The breakfast buffet carries a wide spread. I would suggest taking up on their breakfast before heading out for the day. They have 2 coffee machines that makes about 15 different beverages. Just a caution that they lean towards to sweeter side. At the buffet there's also an egg counter that will make your eggs be it omelette, over easy or soft boiled. Going for meals and shopping malls are convenient. Besides Nagoya Hill which you can easily walk to, other malls like the the Grand Batam Mall and food courts like A2 and Nagoya Food Court are easily accessible by Grab. Cost is around IDR21,600.00. From Batam Ferry Terminal to the hotel cost about IDR37,000.00."

"Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night."

"We booked 2-bedroom apartment and it’s pretty good. The room is clean and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast buffet has a lot of food selections. The only comment I have is the common toilet ventilation is not working that’s why the smell stays after you have done your business 😆. And the pillows has a large yellow stain marks if you look inside the pillow case. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay."

"Hotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm). Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 ."

"The hotel is a bit old but is convenient and near Batam Ferry Centre by a few mins ride. The room is clean but the safe deposit is not working. Breakfast is not a lot but is good enough to include in the hotel fees which is cheap since i only stay one night. A lot of tourists using the pools especially the kids. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too."

"The hotel is clean and helpful nice hotel staff. But i overlooked the size of the room, very small room. Next trip need to cautious the room size. Breakfast is ok2. Location near to nagoya mall. Still walking distance. And nearby masjid also. Many Spa opposite of the hotel. Iron need to request and they will quickly send to your room."
