"The room was spacious overall with excellent natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!"

"The room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards, and they cleaned it daily, restocking amenities. It's super convenient for Ginza and Senso-ji Temple, with a subway station right downstairs. There's also a mall next door that looks like an amusement park, though the food there isn't great. Plus, there's a Don Quijote, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores nearby, which is really handy. Coming from a 14-square-meter room, this was a fantastic upgrade. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo!"

"This hotel is excellent and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet area to stay in Tokyo. The staff are available 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and they're not too small – you can even open your luggage easily. The hotel is very new, and the bathroom is also good and not cramped. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities. It's conveniently located: if you're coming from Asakusa Station, you can take bus route 42 for about 3 stops, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The fare is 210 yen for the entire route, and the buses run frequently. It's about 900 meters from shopping areas like Don Quijote (24-hour) and various department stores. Sensoji Temple, the Sumida River, and Tokyo Skytree are all not far from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right across the street."

"Had a really pleasant stay here. The location is very strategic, with the JR station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and explore Yokohama and also convenient to access Haneda airport. The hotel also offers great amenities, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of choices. Another big plus is the convenience, there are plenty of eateries nearby, so finding somewhere to eat is never a problem. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location."

"The building looks old, but the rooms are quite modern. The staircase is really cool, thank you for helping with the luggage to the hotel administrator. From the downsides you can also highlight very strong hearing of the street and cold in the rooms. We were in early April, on the street +15, in room +5, bedding because of this wet, clothes wet, constantly included air conditioning on the heat. The location is excellent, 1 minute to the pharmacy, 3 to 7/11, minutes 5 to the supermarket low price (excellent prices), to the metro 7 minutes."

"An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!"

There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended."

"The room was spacious, and the complimentary ramen was a great value and delicious. The service was professional and efficient. On the first floor, there were free drinks and snacks available for self-service. The location was also excellent, directly opposite Toyosu Market and just a two-minute walk to Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line. The rooftop bar was a bit pricey; I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for a romantic atmosphere. Overall, no complaints."

"The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways."
