"It was a bit noisy at night, but after a tiring day of exploring, I had no trouble sleeping. The location is excellent with plenty of food options nearby. Renting a scooter made it easy to get around; it's about a 25-minute ride to Ao Nang Beach. It's definitely cheaper than staying in that area, and transportation isn't an issue if you have your own wheels."

"One night stay to end our holiday before heading home and this is a little gem of a place, on the beautiful Railay beach, definitely did not disappoint!
With access to East and West Railay it had both sides covered and the Bungalow was perfectly appointed, clean and as advertised.
Out and about after the day trippers have left is a lovely atmosphere and would recommend without fail and wish we had stayed for 2 nights and not just the one!

"Honestly. Riverside hotel had a fairly good service. I did not like the first room they had given because it was not the one I saw and booked for (it on the first floor, last room on the corridor), they immediately found another room and relocated me.
The rooms are very old. The first one had mold and rust and it didn’t help that the window was facing a wall. But the location was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. As a female traveling solo, I felt safe and secure."

"A hotel with potential, though a bit dated. It boasts a wonderfully large pool area with plenty of sun loungers, so no need to rush or reserve them. There are ample pool towels available, and a bar (the pool bar was closed, which is understandable from an economic perspective). Plus, there are boats for paddling on a large pond.
The breakfast is fantastic.
The sheer size of the property, however, makes it challenging to keep everything in perfect condition simultaneously. The huge park is attractive and beautiful! Parts of the park are becoming a bit of an 'adventure playground,' which could use some attention.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room size is as described and kept very clean!
There's a shuttle service to the 7/11 shop.
The hotel is a bit off the 'hot spots,' making it genuinely quiet. If you want to go into town, a Grab taxi will take you to the beach and city center for 200 Baht. Near the 7/11, there are small eateries where you can eat well and very affordably.
Overall, it's okay. If you like peace and quiet, you'll be well looked after. And if you use the taxi service, you're quickly and flexibly connected to all directions.
P.S. The gym could use a visual refresh.
All in all, it's okay, but a bit more inviting design would really help you unwind and settle in."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location!
The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific!
It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone.
Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay.

"Everything was great, very European, with tea, coffee, starched sheets, and a spring mattress. Unfortunately, there's no elevator. There's a cafe on the very top floor. Taking a stroll along the embankment was really enjoyable. We only stayed for one night."

"An amazing hotel! Its location is ideal for the island, and its architecture is reminiscent of Italian villas. The breakfasts were diverse, and the service was superb. I was absolutely delighted to stay with you for 4 nights; it's truly the best hotel on the island! The pricing was very fair, and we had a Deluxe room on the third floor. Many other hotels on the island significantly overcharge, with bungalows and rooms that often don't justify their price tag. Of our entire 14-night trip to Thailand, our fondest memories are from our stay at your hotel. Thank you so much!"

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

TTati_13They let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I got a spacious room with a terrace on the top floor, so the view was amazing! Great location. The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.

Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway.
Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need!
Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
Facilities:
• Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing.
• Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely.
Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

The location is kind of good but a little bit far than other hotels to the food landmark or other location. The room is just okay but if you traveling from USA, make sure you have local ports to charge your phone and other devices because there is no USB port anywhere at the hotel. The staff were friendly and they borrowed me a charger to charge my phone. The breakfast was okay but don’t expect to get a luxury breakfast.
Overall, it didn’t worth to pay $200 per night for this hotel and look for at least 5 stars hotels in Krabi. Actually, we stayed in a 5 stars hotel a night before and honestly, it wasn’t 5 stars either but that’s all you can get in this city.

GGuest UserI had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal.
I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable.
Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data.
Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common.
The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand.
The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon.
The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets.
Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel although the beachfront is not very usable. The pool area is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is not a great deal within walking distance but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the local town. It's a nice resort to lounge about the pool all day!

It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay
