Great hotel. Close to the airport and near a park area. Good to relax. The hotel is very new, the rooms and the service are great, Nana did a great job. The breakfast is very relaxing, nice atmosphere, local and international dishes. The gym and the pool are great. I can warmly recommend

BEST EXPERIENCE AND ROOM EVER IN LANZHOU! I always stay in Hyatt and Lanzhou was amazing! I love my huuuge room with the best view of Yellow River, what else I could ask for? Thank you Eric and Rita for the help on check in. The breakfast was good too, never dissapointing! Definitely will be back and recommend Hyatt Regency Lanzhou to my friends and family.

Clean, tidy, welcoming, delicious meals and remarkable housekeeping

The room will be upgraded, the view room is very nice, corner room. There is humidifier in the room, it is very dry at night, there is also body lotion and sleeping spray. The hotel is very close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go anywhere.

this is a clean, accesible and comfortable hostel to stay in. I had a very good sleep when i stayed at their single room. The staff values the comfort of the clients. I will definitely recommend this place. I just hope that they will put a seating toilet for the foreigners nd it will be more than perfect.

The location is nice, very close to every tourist spots and train station. They have transfer service from the hotel to the train station. The service is just like other 4-5 star hotels, nothing bad nor good. Amenities are quite new and clean. The best part of this hotel is still its location.

The location and staff are excellent. The price is a bit higher than other hostels, but it’s understandable given the prime location. You’ll need to make your own bed, as they provide the bedding for you upon check-in. The staff are friendly and happy to offer recommendations for sightseeing in Lanzhou. Thanks for the hospitality!

The room was quiet and clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. The location was excellent, though it's in a residential building, so it's recommended to contact the owner beforehand for the exact address. The room was fully equipped, the bed was clean and tidy, the pillows were very soft, and toiletries were provided. The price was reasonable. Most importantly, this hotel is perfect for those preparing for exams. I scored 89 points in my interview, so I hope this brings good luck; staying here will definitely help you pass your exams.

The place was quite ok for it's price. Host was very hospitable, even I arrived late.
