The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of hot water, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and I was especially pleased with the made-to-order noodle station. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Our room on the 13th floor was spacious and bright, offering a captivating night view of the city. The hotel's airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient for both arrival and departure. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for at all times. The wide variety of dishes catered to different tastes, making breakfast a truly delightful experience. 👍 A special thank you goes to Ms. Wang Lin'e from the catering department. As my husband is Australian and not particularly fond of Chinese-style pasta, Ms. Wang was incredibly thoughtful and prepared special dishes for him that better suited his dietary preferences, going above and beyond the existing menu. Her meticulous care made us, as a couple, truly feel at home and deeply appreciated. 🙏

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to China (Taiyuan/Xi'an/Beijing), even though the hotels in the other two cities were also very good and unique. The hotel is designed in the style of a traditional Shanxi compound, which is incredibly distinctive. It features multiple courtyards, each with its own unique ambiance, making it perfect for photos. The hotel offers a free 'young lady' (少奶奶) / Hanfu dress-up experience. We didn't pay for additional makeup and styling, but still took many great photos around the hotel ourselves. The hotel's location is also superb. It's just a 2-minute walk to Food Street and Liuxiang Pedestrian Street, a paradise for foodies and shoppers. The former Governor's Mansion and Jinshang Museum are also within walking distance. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel itself is situated on a quiet alley, completely undisturbed by the outside noise. The breakfast offered by the hotel was something we looked forward to every morning, eager to go and eat. It was a thoughtfully prepared, nutritious breakfast, very rich, and excellent in color, aroma, and taste. Enjoying complimentary afternoon tea in the courtyard; free self-service laundry... the hotel truly offers a comprehensive range of services. Most notably, their service stands out – every staff member is friendly and dedicated. Next time I visit Taiyuan, I will definitely stay there again.

The stay was very comfortable. The free airport transfer was very practical. I didn't have to take a taxi myself, which was very worry-free. The room was also very clean. The sheets and quilt covers were all spotless. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She would actively recommend good restaurants nearby and patiently answer any questions I had. If you are transiting near Taiyuan Airport or need to stay overnight, you can consider this hotel. It is very cost-effective and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Taiyuan!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, cozy, and clean, seemingly recently renovated. However, I was assigned to a room on the fifth floor next to a swimming pool with a very unpleasant chlorine smell, although the room itself didn't smell. The breakfast was quite varied and plentiful. Check-in at the front desk was a bit cumbersome; a row of busy staff members ignored me for two minutes, which felt rather unfriendly.

The room is very large, the location is very central to the museum, Liuxiang is close, the service is very warm, not only collected my luggage, but also the manager helped me take my luggage to the room, breakfast vegetables and content are very rich, there is definitely Samsung hardware service, the price is too affordable, I am really satisfied with staying here next time.

The handsome owner was incredibly warm, attentive, refined, and polite. The room facilities were quite new, bright, and spacious. Although the room temperature was a bit low, turning on the air conditioning perfectly solved the issue. The location is super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiyuan Station. Wusu Airport is about 16 kilometers away by car. It's also only about 2 kilometers to Zhongzheng Tianjie Food Street, which has tons of dining options, and it's right next to Wuyi Square.

The butler was incredibly welcoming and responded to messages in the group chat very quickly. They picked us up at the city gate in a sightseeing cart and dropped us off when we left – it was like a private shuttle service for each guest. We received so many thoughtful gifts, including a beautiful fridge magnet, local specialty snacks, and unique vinegar. The welcome drinks and cake also had a distinct local flavor, showing how much care was put into everything. The hotel facilities are new and modern, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Downstairs there's a food street, and to the right, you'll find Causeway Bay, which is bustling all night long. To the left is Bell Tower Street, also packed with eateries. It's still lively at midnight, perfect for late-night snacks. The room decor is lovely too. There's a washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor, which was a lifesaver since I'd been traveling for a week and had a pile of dirty clothes. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel has an agreement with an underground parking lot, located beneath the adjacent mall, just a short walk away. I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay. The only drawback was the hotel breakfast; there really wasn't much to choose from. After two disappointing mornings, my husband and son refused to go anymore.

An old five-star hotel with very high cost performance. In particular, the front office service is very good, and the lobby manager Wang Jue is attentive.
