LLSYinThis was my second time staying here. I stayed in a park view room with beautiful snowy views - it was cozy and relaxing. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Plus, they offer free coffee, tea, and soup in the lobby, which is a nice touch!

GGuest UserNice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

AAnonymous UserThe twin room was quite spacious, with two 1.2-meter-wide single beds and enough space in between to get out of bed easily. On the other side, I could open my 30-inch suitcase. The price of around 1,000 RMB during the winter holiday, including breakfast, was acceptable. I think Ctrip had a package without breakfast for 600-700 RMB per night. However, those packages need to be booked in advance, which isn't suitable for a traveler like me who needs flexibility. One thing to note is that the duvet didn't have a cover, it was just a sheet over the duvet. It felt unhygienic (because the exposed part was the duvet itself, which isn't changed) and wasn't very comfortable. I was quite bothered by it, but since I was traveling with a child, it wasn't convenient to switch hotels. The heating was very strong, almost too hot for the duvet. The breakfast on the first floor was plentiful, mainly Asian-style.

The breakfast was great as well.
The only drawback was the parking situation — we had to park two streets away due to limited spaces, and it cost 2,000 yen per day. Fortunately, we found several nearby alternatives at a similar distance for about 800 yen per day.
Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

HHaidawayGood hotel which located near the Sapporo station. I stayed there for 6D5N and it was snowing for a couple of days. So staying near the subway and APIA was important to us. There’s a public Onsen bath and open lounge for guests so it was good. A couple of downside was that there was some smell in the washroom, not sure if from the gutter or bathtub. And another thing was that the bedsheet was a bit uncomfortable compared to other Keio hotel. All in all a decent hotel for any tourists that wanted to stayed in central Sapporo area.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino commercial district, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are modernly designed with expansive views, and the bedding comfort is top-notch. The front desk staff are fluent in English and proactively offered maps and transportation advice, providing thoughtful and professional service. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both Japanese and Western options. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice for an efficient and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Sapporo Station, and the lobby is spacious. You can access Sapporo Station directly through an underground passage right outside, which is very convenient on snowy days. The sofa is large enough to sleep on, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The room was neat and clean. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

HHiddenGemWe had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. The location is excellent. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is newly opened this year, so everything is still very new. However, it was extremely crowded during our stay. The onsen was overcrowded and chaotic, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the experience.
Breakfast was not included. We stayed for four nights and planned to try breakfast only once, but were surprised to learn it costs ¥4,000 per person — including for an 8-year-old child. This felt overpriced and unreasonable.
For such a large hotel, there are only three washing machines. At the time, only two were working, and guests had to queue for hours to use them.
Overall, despite the new facilities, the overcrowding and poor planning significantly affected our stay. Would not recommend.
