"Six-star recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making for a truly wonderful stay. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, and the bathrobes smelled lovely! 2. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us with taxis and restaurant reservations. Everyone's service was top-notch, especially the barista at the cafe. The coffee is delicious, so definitely give it a try if you stay here! ☕ I had the hot Americano, and I ordered about five or six cups from check-in to check-out. 😂 I usually grind my own beans at home, so I have pretty high standards for coffee. 3. The location is superb. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sogo, so no need for a taxi. There are plenty of great restaurants, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores nearby. 4. The price is very reasonable. Considering the service level, cleanliness, excellent location, and overall experience, this hotel offers great value compared to others. I highly recommend it! This stay was truly superb. 😋"

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and elegant, offering superb panoramic views of Taipei city. The staff were warm, polite, and incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome and cared for from check-in to check-out. The dining was a pleasant surprise; the Cantonese cuisine was authentic, and the buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a gym and pool, and you can truly immerse yourself in the rich historical and cultural atmosphere. "Let's start with the positives: The doorman, lobby manager, and front desk staff were all very professional, living up to the reputation of a renowned international hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Now for the negatives: It lacks grandeur. The lobby entrance is too narrow, making it feel like a busy market when crowded. The facilities are mediocre. The bidet toilet was installed too high; even at 172cm, my feet couldn't touch the ground when seated. The TV was incredibly small, disproportionate to the room size. The most frustrating issue was the poor soundproofing. The guests next door in room 1225 were speaking English, and perhaps they couldn't control their volume, but I could hear their conversations clearly, which was very loud and disturbing. This was extremely disappointing. Due to construction, the Ferris wheel was almost completely obscured. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather an objective circumstance."

"The location is quiet, close to a shopping mall and within walking distance of the metro, which is very convenient. The lobby is nice and welcoming. However, the room is quite basic and not very modern. It does the job, but it doesn’t feel particularly cozy. That why I didn’t took pictures of the room lol, we didn’t have the breakfast included so I cannot tell you about that. Unfortunately, the pool and some other facilities were closed due to ***** New Year."

"The Illy coffee and tea at the bar are all complimentary. The A Yuan brand shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom smell amazing!! The toilet is very spacious! And it has a bidet, which I absolutely love. The Elite Family Room we booked was huge and easily accommodated 4 people without feeling cramped, perfect for staying with elders. It's a 5-minute walk to Banqiao TRA and HSR stations, making it easy to get anywhere 😍. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and Eslite bookstore within a 2-minute walk, which is very convenient. The friendly hotel staff always greet you when you enter the lobby and patiently answer any questions you have. Sometimes they even press the elevator button for you, haha."

"The 1.8-meter bed was great, and the room was clean. There was also a large bathtub, though I didn't get a chance to use it this time. The location is super convenient, right across from Exit 2 of Jiannan Road MRT Station. Breakfast was included, and the fried chicken udon noodles were pretty good. However, the variety of other breakfast options was quite limited, so I'd suggest they add more."

"There's construction on one side of the hotel, and the old windows don't close properly, so diesel fumes from the crane wafted directly into the bedroom. Not to mention the noise from the building work – imagine driving a car without air conditioning, stuck behind a diesel truck constantly spewing exhaust fumes. The result? A headache that required painkillers. Luckily, Trip.com was great and got me a room change. The mattress is very soft, so if you prefer lumbar support, you should reconsider. The family with kids next door was very noisy, and the front desk promptly moved me to another room. The transportation is very convenient, with the MRT station just a two-minute walk away. The hotel lobby is like an MRT platform, bustling with people – from young to old, student groups to limping seniors, all attending some event. It's the opposite of quiet. If you enjoy crowded fairs, you might like the lively atmosphere. Even checking in took about 10 minutes."

From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. My room was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view of Taipei 101. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay. Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, both Western and Asian, and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool, which were well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei for anyone visiting the city.
