Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights. Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity. The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I absolutely loved my stay at this charming boutique hotel. The hotel itself is very authentic and full of character, located right in the heart of Lijiang Ancient Town. My room had a beautiful panoramic view over the old town, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff genuinely cared about their guests and always tried to anticipate my needs. Whenever I needed anything, they responded immediately and did their best to help. It really felt more like staying in a lovely family home than in a typical hotel. One particularly thoughtful detail touched me a lot. When the staff found out that I had to leave for an excursion at 5 a.m., they prepared a special breakfast box for me the night before so that I could take it with me. Such a small gesture, but it showed how genuinely kind and attentive they are. They also served a lovely afternoon tea with different desserts and snacks, and the staff helped carry my luggage between the parking area and the hotel, which is especially convenient when staying inside the Ancient Town. Overall, this is a wonderful family-style boutique hotel with authentic charm, beautiful views and truly heartfelt hospitality. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We love it here, it was our highlight in Lijiang Ancient Town, the hosts were all friendly, the rooms were as advertised, free airport pickup, complimentary tea and fruits, cleanliness was spotless, spacious and advanced. Had a small cute rooftop for the view. The hosts however were our highlight, we felt genuinely cared for, they ensured our safety and comfort. Every time we are clueless they never fail to give their best to help us, ensure we have a good time, provided all relevant information, gave tips so we don’t get scammed by extreme high prices. At the end of the journey we felt like we made friends along the way, would definitely recommend and come again. Big thanks to Ah Azhong for being our host, we were grateful for your service. The place is located near the north gate but there is a closer exit/shortcut about 10 - 15 mins that is more accessible towards the didi areas in comparison to the main location entrances in the map.

Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

If you're visiting Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town, you absolutely cannot miss the amazing Guanxin Inn! The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!

We enjoyed the stay to the fullest. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. As soon as we arrived, he served us with hot tea and organic peaches. He gave us tips on the area, and he knew the best deals. The hotel was clean, and the view was amazing. The hotel was located not too far from the entrance of Ancient City, which made it easy to walk to. He also gave us a free room upgrade, which had a great view of the scenery. Other than that, he helped book us a ride back to the train station at a much cheaper rate. I would definitely recommend this place to others 😁

The most popular 'Water Pavilion' overlooking the snow-capped mountains on the internet really drew me in, so I decided to check into Jinmao for this unique beautiful view. The environment is absolutely stunning; the hotel is courtyard-style with a beautiful lake view. Although it was a cloudy day and I didn't get to see the snow mountains, which was a bit disappointing, the overall stay was excellent, especially the attentive service. They proactively asked about our needs and promptly mailed back an item we left behind.

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the old town. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and providing travel tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet at night; the attention to detail was excellent. My stay was perfect for a few days, and the value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!

This was truly a unique experience! The price was great, the environment was lovely, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk lady meticulously explained how to see the 'sunrise over the golden mountains' and how to explore Lijiang. The best part? The guesthouse owner turned out to be from my hometown in Chongqing, and even our neighbor! What a small world, you couldn't make this up. We drank tea in the afternoon and had drinks together in the evening – they were so incredibly hospitable! 😍 Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again.
