"The room was clean and dry, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the toiletries complete. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. The location is convenient for getting around, close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness details were spot on, with good natural light and ventilation, and excellent value for money. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, making it a top choice for travelers. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It's incredibly quiet, so I slept soundly every night until morning. The weather wasn't great on the day we arrived, and the hotel's driver (who was a real lifesaver!) waited for us until past 11 PM. We didn't get to the hotel until midnight. When we finally got to our room, it was warm, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and plan to come back next year!"

"The 'Shanxiang Zunxiang' (Shanxiang Grand Hotel) offers a complimentary airport or train station transfer for a two-night stay. It was incredibly convenient; a driver picked us up right after we landed and took us to the hotel. The owner was also very warm and attentive, helping us with our luggage from the old town entrance all the way to our room. Facilities: The facilities are excellent, including an instant hot water dispenser, which was super handy for hot drinks. There's also an air humidifier, a projector, and a hairdryer – Lijiang is really dry, so these were much appreciated. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm. Service: Absolutely outstanding! You can enjoy tea and chat with the owner, and fresh fruit is provided daily. Guests also get free coffee. The owner is great at recommending local eateries. Environment: The environment is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place! This trip to Lijiang was truly an amazing experience!"

"It was a ‘Home away home’ in true sense. We booked a double bedroom with mountain views. The room was spacious with sunny corner room and attic-like nook in upstairs. Large size TV, Chinese tea sets, and fluffy high-quality towels added extra comfort. When we arrived at Lijiang ancient city by airport shuttle bus, we were a bit disappointed because the tourist information staff told us the hotel we booked was about 20 minutes taxi drive from the center of the city. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that this hotel was 5 minutes walk to another ancient town called Shuhe, which is much more charming and attractive than tourist-packed main Lijiang ancient city! We stayed in this accommodation 4 nights 5 days, and my husband and I were repeating to each other how lucky we were to found such a lovely comfortable place! The owner lady and her family were so friendly and helpful, and paid so much effort to understand my poor Chinese. She also gave us excellent travel advices to make our trip the most memorable one. "I was very satisfied! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. As a Malaysian, the bidet in the toilet was a huge plus! It's just a few minutes' walk to Lijiang Old Town and less than 10 minutes to Zhongyi Market. Overall, the location is great, and it was super convenient for the Yulong Snow Mountain day tour pickup that I booked on Trip.com. I'll definitely book this place again next time. I only took videos, so I just took screenshots to show you all."

"It’s amazing! So relaxing, quiet. We loved our terrace. I wanted to stay a week more. The garden and the details are beautiful and insipiring. The cats sooo cute. LOVE THIS PLACE. Definitely stay here instead of Lijiang. Note that the hotel doesnt offer any services like breakfast or tea. The cleaning was only emptying of trash. The toilet glassdoor only has a light curtain, it’s problematic, because you see the person who sits on the toilet, if you lay in bed, so you have to ask your friend to leave the room if you want privacy."
