HhclingIn Macau, Green Old Hostel offers excellent value for money. It's about a 15-minute walk straight from the Gongbei Port. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and spotless. The front desk staff – both the ladies and gentlemen – and the housekeeping team are all very welcoming. They even provided breakfast coupons. Right outside the hotel, there's a bus stop, making it convenient to get anywhere. Every time I visit Macau, Green Old Hostel is my go-to place to stay.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but the two beds were just enough for three of us. It was a very quiet room, located at the corner of the hallway, room 518. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which was super convenient for grabbing things. A short walk away, you'll find a tea restaurant and a bus stop. Before coming, I had specifically looked into reviews for hotels in Macau, as many guests reported getting bitten by bed bugs or fleas, but this place was exceptionally clean. I was very satisfied with my stay.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Belive&More Macau. Our Triple Room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with fresh linens and all the basic amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and famous Macau attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. Overall, great value for money and we’d gladly stay here again.
CCinyiNikkiThe hotel's location is a bit tucked away. It was my first time visiting Macau with my child, and for this price, it was very affordable, so I didn't have high expectations. Macau has a lot of small streets, and even with navigation, I got lost. The road was so narrow that I initially thought I was going the wrong way. I was a bit surprised when I finally found it after circling back. Check-in is at 3 PM, and they were quite strict about not allowing early check-in. We left our luggage and went out to explore. We checked in around 4 PM. The room size was just right, and honestly, I found nothing wrong with it. It even had windows that could open, which isn't usually the case in Hong Kong. The facilities are on the smaller side, but everything you need is there, and it's quite good. We even managed to fit a large suitcase. They charged a 100 deposit, which was returned on check-out day.
QQutaiBaiThe actual room environment is largely consistent with the promotional pictures. The WiFi quality is decent. There are cups and a kettle, but no drinking water is provided. Hand soap is not available. The location is excellent, very close to famous attractions like Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, all within walking distance.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Yi Fu Hotel in Macau far exceeded my expectations; it's definitely my top choice for this price range! The hotel's location is fantastic – within walking distance of popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. They patiently explained sightseeing routes, transportation options, and local dining recommendations, and even offered luggage storage, which was very friendly to tourists. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a well-designed wet/dry separation. Although the room wasn't exceptionally large, the layout was practical, making good use of the space. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, with attentive service, a prime location, and a clean, quiet environment. It’s perfect for both leisure and short trips. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose Yi Fu Hotel again on my next visit to Macau. I truly recommend it to every traveler coming to Macau!
JJamesnzThis is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.
GGuest UserFirst time in Macau 🇲🇴, they require a 300 deposit. It's easy to find and close to popular attractions. The room is super spacious, feels like a 3-4 star ⭐ hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
GGuest UserStayed for one night on the first day of Chinese New Year. This was the cheapest room I could find on Trip.com. For a family of three, the price and experience were pretty good. The auntie and uncle at the front desk were very helpful and communicative. We were able to store our luggage for free, which was great as we could check out in the morning and then go shopping nearby. They were also proactive in offering assistance whenever needed.
Wwalker smithI found the hotel to be clean and easy to get to the older parts of Macau as well as the gambling casinos. No breakfast, but there are numerous cafes very close. Coffee provided to guests - and not instant, either. Good shower with lots of water pressure, and the size of the room, while not huge, was bigger than those in Hong Kong. Some very nice Portuguese restaurants close by as well. All in all a very nice stay and I would definitely stay there again.
