GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but the two beds were just enough for three of us. It was a very quiet room, located at the corner of the hallway, room 518. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which was super convenient for grabbing things. A short walk away, you'll find a tea restaurant and a bus stop. Before coming, I had specifically looked into reviews for hotels in Macau, as many guests reported getting bitten by bed bugs or fleas, but this place was exceptionally clean. I was very satisfied with my stay.

KKuailexiaoxingfu110My friend and I decided to visit Macau together. We initially planned for a day trip and then head back to Shenzhen, but we were a bit tired, so we ended up booking a room at the same hotel as her. I only saw the cheap price, but it turned out the bed was 0.9 meters wide. Still, it was perfectly fine for one person. The best thing about this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. There are several good-looking eateries downstairs, and it's only a three-stop bus ride to Wynn Palace. Coming from the border gate, it's about five or six stops. The front desk staff were all very attentive. Of course, prices are a bit higher than on the mainland, but that's Macau for you – every inch of land is precious. It's a small place, but it has everything you need, pretty good overall. In the afternoon, I went for a stroll and did some shopping. There are lots of gold shops and small stores nearby that are worth browsing.

BBuanfangdemeishaonianThe hotel's location is great, making it super easy to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The light rail station is just a few steps away, and it's only an 8-minute ride to Parisian Macao. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even lent me a charging cable. The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a drying rack – so convenient!

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. It's right next to the Lower Market and very close to the bus stop, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk requires a 100 deposit, and they accept RMB, HKD, or MOP. The decor is relatively new, and the cleanliness is good. I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

JJamesnzThis is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.

CChenchendemeihaoshenghuoI chose the Hou Kong Hotel this time and was very satisfied. You can take bus 25 from The Venetian to Shui Kang Mei, and the hotel is right across the road. The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows closed, you barely hear a thing. A special thanks to the two front desk staff, Picky and Edie, who were very kind, enthusiastic, and had a great attitude! There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is so underrated!! This is a 100/10!!! We really loved this hotel, it is too bad we just stayed here for 2 nights as I really loved the place here. It is just 3mins walk away from Ruins of St. Pauls, and there are a lot of stores there — like stores where you can buy pasalubongs such as the famous peanut cookies, egg tarts and such… There are also luxury stores, uni qlo, pop mart, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and many more… Basically everything you need is just reachable… We were actually from HongKong prior to staying at Macau for 2 nights and we rode a bus going here to I Fu Hotel and it was so convenient since the hotel is just like 30 steps away from that bus stop! The rooms were veryyyy niceeee too, the room space were really maximize and designed very well! It is very clean too! The receptionist is very accommodating, helpful, knows how to communicate with us! There is free wi-fi, mini bar and complimentary water — where you can ask for one everyday! Our only problem here was that we were shocked of the deposit fee that was asked to us, it was 2000MOP around 16,000 pesos (500MOP per room), and it we were not prepared since we only withdrew 2000MOP for our transpo and such since we’ll use card… But it’s understandable since they really make sure that you don’t violate the rules like no smoking… Also as a family of 10, all our 4 rooms were just nearby which made it more efficient. Overall I would really comeback here!!

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.

KKHNSMXThis hotel IS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD! Spotless with very strategic locations. But if you’re non smokers and allergic to cigarettes smoke, DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT staying here. It’s a small hotel and the rooms are quite small with narrow hallways. That’s not an issue but most guests are SMOKING IN THEIR ROOM and the smell is SOO STRONG. I never had a sleep for two nights straight. That’s really UNFAIR. I paid just like any other guests but I couldn’t enjoy my rights for a peaceful comfortable sleep. Not even an hour! Mind you, this is a non-smoking hotel. Signs are everywhere with fines of MOP 1500 for violations. But people are still smoking cuz the policy isn’t really enforced. It’s just formality. I really wanted to check out after one night but unfortunately the booking couldn’t be modified or refunded. So, I had no choice but to suffocate from the smell of cigarettes. However, I have to appreciate the staff hospitality especially the guy whom I reported the issue. He tried to find me a better room but unfortunately none was available. Well at least he tried and he apologized for what happened. This is really commendable. But as a hotel, it could do better by strictly enforcing the policy of non smoking. It shouldn’t be hard to identify the guests who smoke.

GGuest UserI chose this Macau hotel for a Saturday night after visiting Chimelong Hengqin. At the time, it was the cheapest hotel on Trip.com for that day, and it showed only one twin room with two 1.5m beds remaining. After discounts, I paid 586 RMB. Apparently, on weekdays, this hotel can go for 200-300 RMB. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, only to find that no rooms were available yet. The room I got was a twin room directly facing the reception, with a private bathroom and complimentary toiletries. That was all fine, but it was incredibly noisy at night. Being a street-facing room, it was right by a busy main road, with constant noise from motorcycles and cars speeding by. The curtains were decent at blocking light, ensuring the room stayed dark. Eventually, I was just too tired and fell asleep. Later, when checking out and heading to the Border Gate, the taxi driver recommended a few nearby hotels like Hotel Harbourview and Hotel Ka Fu. He also mentioned that if it wasn't a Friday or Saturday, you could find much better hotels at that price point on weekdays. Plus, there seemed to be some concerts happening at the time, which probably drove up the price of my stay. I also saw a group of four – one guy and three girls, probably students – checking in at the same time, opting for a room with four beds. So, I think this hotel would be a good choice at around 200 RMB on a weekday. However, if you're traveling with family and need something quiet and comfortable, you might want to look elsewhere. After all, we stayed to get a good night's rest before exploring Macau the next day, and we really had no other options. I'd suggest asking the hotel if they have inner-facing rooms beforehand and try to avoid street-facing ones. Overall, I'd say this hotel is alright, just passable.
