New Hotels in Macau

"I've stayed in various room types at the Grand Lapa Macau, including high-floor rooms with fireworks views, rooms overlooking the pool with incredible sea views, and rooms with lake and Grand Lisboa views. This time, I tried the European Lakeside Seaview Twin Room. We came for our anniversary last year and decided to come again this year. We didn't notify them in advance, but we enjoyed a leisurely swim here and watched a three-hour movie at night. 😄 If it got cold, we went back up to grab more clothes; if we were thirsty, we returned to the room for hot water. On my previous two visits, I ate sushi ramen at the food court. This time, I tried the Shunde fried dace fish cakes and pork knuckle noodles. 🥢 The male staff member at reception gave us a room with a bathtub by the window, which was excellent! 😊 The lady at the swimming pool reception is still lovely. The male doormen at the main entrance always open the door for guests in advance, which was very helpful. 🙂 This time was a quick trip for a few days. The room price before National Day was reasonable, not like the 2,000+ it would be on the actual fireworks day."

"This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area."

"Excellent! The decor is absolutely beautiful, with the guesthouse consistently featuring this lovely teal and beige color scheme throughout. The location is fantastic too; the nearest bus stop is only 1-2 minutes away, and the 3x bus from there goes directly to Gongbei Port for departures, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, it's right next to a commercial street and Senado Square. If you walk up about 150 meters, you'll reach St. Dominic's Church. If you take a free shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa Hotel, it's only a 700-meter walk to the guesthouse, which is also very convenient. The hotel service is also excellent. When you check out, they offer luggage storage and even use special anti-loss straps to secure your bags. They also provide large cloth bags for any loose items. The room's cleanliness is great and very tidy. All the disposable amenities are provided, though there were no shower slippers in the bathroom or clean sleepwear (which I didn't dare to wear anyway). The price is incredibly reasonable; for around 300 MOP in Macau, you can stay in such a wonderful place. Overall, it's highly recommended!"

"The hotel itself is great, very close to the bus stop. Just a few hundred meters behind the hotel, you'll find Love Lane and the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by many delicious food options. However, I have urticaria. I hadn't had an outbreak in almost a year and a half, but it seems like the cleaning agent used on the hotel bathroom floor contains allergens. It was truly awful; the urticaria started itching right after I showered. 😓"

"The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are not big but well-arranged and very clean, the surrounding environment is quiet when you go to sleep at night, and it is convenient to get around by public transport, just a few minutes away from the bus stop."
