The restaurant food is good and reasonably priced, plus hotel guests receive a $100 voucher. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Macau."

"Absolutely beautiful, this is my favorite hotel I've stayed at in Macau. I've pretty much tried all the hotels in Taipa, so when I saw this new one open, I didn't hesitate to book it, and it didn't disappoint. Everything, from the ambiance to the rooms and service, was excellent: 1. They offered a wide selection of complimentary drinks and snacks. 2. The 'two elevators, one room' setup provides amazing privacy. Even when staff bring things up, they leave them at the door across the hall, not entering your immediate area, so you never have to worry about anyone being right next to your room. 3. You can't hear any door-slamming or other noises from neighboring rooms. Next time I visit Macau, I'll definitely stay here again. The only minor thing is that you have to take a taxi back to the hotel yourself, but if you're heading out, you can book a complimentary shuttle 30 minutes in advance."

"My stay at YOHO The Macau Roosevelt was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall design has a Hollywood retro-chic vibe, creating an atmosphere that's both elegant and relaxing. 1. **Views and Environment:** The most stunning aspect was definitely the view! The sunset and dusk glow, whether viewed from near the hotel or from the room, was simply breathtaking. The colorful light reflecting on the sky and water, coupled with the expansive city skyline in the distance, made for incredible photo opportunities! 2. **Surroundings and Dining:** The hotel's location is super convenient, with a plethora of excellent local eateries nearby. During my stay, I got to savor some authentic local cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) delights, including a scrambled egg and French toast combo with iced milk tea. I also checked out the famous old-school 'Mok Yi Kei' (dessert shop), truly experiencing the vibrant local flavor and culinary charm of Macau. 3. **Service and Facilities:** Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, allowing for a truly restful stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The views, environment, and surrounding convenience all exceeded expectations, offering excellent value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau!"

"Pros: The room was beautiful with a great sea view, and the Macau Tower looked amazing. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. Many of the staff could speak Cantonese, and having a one-stop shopping mall downstairs was super convenient. Thumbs up! Areas for improvement: 1. The shuttle bus service from Border Gate to the hotel was practically non-existent. I asked all the staff at Border Gate, and they all said there was no shuttle. It was a waste of time even emailing in advance to ask. We ended up taking a Macau bus and had to drag our luggage up a long, steep hill – my legs were almost broken! Later, after asking hotel staff, I found out the shuttle schedule is extremely infrequent, and you have to walk 5 minutes from Border Gate to catch it, or go to another star-rated hotel to transfer... This was a huge disappointment. 2. The shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer provided by the hotel were terrible. My hair felt super frizzy after using them, and the hairdryer blew very hot air – not what you'd expect from a luxury hotel."

"The room was very spacious, and the soundproofing from the outside was quite good, allowing for a peaceful rest. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still excellent and don't feel inconvenient. The only minor downside is that the doors close quite loudly, and the soundproofing on the hallway side could be better. Everything else was great; the view room offers panoramic views of the surrounding buildings. Being close to Disneyland, it's highly recommended!"

"Summary: Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Morpheus again. Facilities: The Morpheus boasts a unique architectural style, with a lobby and elevators that feel incredibly futuristic. The hotel also features exhibitions and a rooftop pool, making it perfect for a staycation. The smart home devices throughout the room are super convenient, and the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, with a long-lasting scent – I'd give them a solid thumbs up. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was impeccable, spotless and tidy. Public areas like the lobby, shopping mall, and corridors were also very clean. Environment: There's a bus stop just a short walk from the entrance, and shuttle buses and taxis are also readily available. Service: At check-in, I was offered a welcome tea. I was then personally escorted to my room, where the staff introduced all the room's features. The entire process was thoughtful and attentive. When checking out and collecting my luggage, staff members immediately approached to offer assistance. P.S.: The mini-bar offers a rich variety of drinks, beer, snacks, instant noodles, fruit, and almond cookies – perfect for a late-night snack. Turndown service was proactively offered, and even when not requested, essential oils were provided."

Best of all, many famous attractions were easily accessible on foot, saving us the hassle of commuting. The Karl Lagerfeld Macau truly impressed me and made this stay a memorable one.This trip was to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Due to a communication issue, the hotel wasn’t able to prepare the birthday room setup in advance. but the team still arranged a simple birthday decoration before we checked in. During check-in, the staff also took the time to introduce us to the hotel’s unique design concept and layout. The front desk and concierge teams were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.Everything was well organized by hotel staff . Thank you to the entire team for making this birthday celebration so special. Whenever I come to Macau for a staycation, The Karl Lagerfeld Macau will definitely be my first choice"

"I've always wanted to stay at Versace, as most reviews were excellent. This time, I booked a garden view room with breakfast for two. We arrived around 2 PM. Although early check-in wasn't possible, the front desk was very kind and helped us with the registration process. Both the front desk staff and the luggage handlers were very polite and friendly! When we returned to pick up our room key at 3:30 PM, we were a bit lost in the lobby, unsure where to queue. Immediately, a lady (I assume the lobby manager?) appeared before us to assist us... It was then that I became absolutely certain that Versace is a 'true' 5-star hotel!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 **Hotel Location:** There's a shuttle bus service covering many routes, and it's also a short walk to Grand Lisboa Palace. **Hotel Facilities:** The pool is absolutely beautiful. Next time I stay, I'll definitely bring my swimsuit. However, I was a bit puzzled by how small the gym was, with only 3 machines and some other equipment. If you want to work out, I'd suggest going directly to the gym at Grand Lisboa Palace instead! **Room:** The room was very spacious, with beautiful and comfortable color schemes. This time, I booked an inner garden view room, and watching the dome's lights change color at night was stunning! I do have a couple of suggestions though: perhaps add a full-length mirror and a small stool near the entrance for guests to tidy up and put on shoes before heading out! Also, a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom for female guests to remove makeup would be a nice touch! There were also welcome fruits and a free mini-bar. **Breakfast:** We had breakfast at GALAXY Restaurant, which has a beautiful European-style interior design. It wasn't a buffet; it was à la carte, and the food was decent. Something minor happened that day: the two gentlemen at the table next to us were watching videos on their phones throughout their meal. When I couldn't tolerate it anymore, I stepped out to seek assistance. The server, Crystal, immediately helped us move to another table and expressed understanding of our desire to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Afterwards, the restaurant manager, Sophie, came over to apologize. An expatriate server also chatted with us and took photos. These gestures made me truly appreciate GALAXY Restaurant and the Versace hotel!! ❤️🩷 **Overall:** For a hotel to make guests want to return, service is undoubtedly the top priority. Guests can genuinely sense whether the smiles from the staff are heartfelt or just mechanical. Here, thanks again to the front desk staff, luggage handlers, the lady lobby manager, Crystal and Sophie from GALAXY Restaurant, and the expatriate male server during my stay!
