"The Star Suite is spacious with great natural light. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were decent. The hotel pool is very photogenic, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. Getting around and shopping is very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value for money."

"This is my second time staying here. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and user-friendly, and the rates are quite affordable. You can take the Sands shuttle bus and just cross the street to get there. There's also a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct routes to San Ma Lu. I'd definitely stay here again given the chance."

"We booked a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 1 child. Very reasonably priced, roomy, and the hotel was great for a relaxed few days after our very busy week in Hong Kong. We aren't gamblers, so can't comment on the casino. Pros: - Clean, beautifully maintained grounds and amenities. Fresh towels and lots of water replenished daily. - Convenient location on the Cotai strip, all shops and restaurants nearby, convenience store, etc. Walkable to Taipa Village and ~10 min drive to the Giant Panda Pavilion - Pool open til 8pm, Adventure Park open til 6pm, our son LOVED the water slides, pretty fun even for adults, free for guests - Lovely views of the area & landmarks - Free shuttle bus to & from the ferry terminal was so handy - Loads of metered taxis to get around, bus stop just outside - Staff are helpful & friendly - Rooms are very soundproof, lots of universal power points & usb points, high pressure shower - A proper full sized gym, which can get busy Cons: - The buffet breakfast at MOP398pp is expensive, but extensive (don't be fooled by the pictures of the macaron towers, they're display only!). It goes to 1.30pm, so we had a very very filling brunch Overall: A very enjoyable resort stay for a family, not much we didn't like. There are a lot of empty shops and bored attendants in this mall and nearby, which gives it a weird vibe but seems that's the case around most of Cotai. Going into the historic centre of Macau (~20 min by taxi) is much livelier!"

"Second time staying at Grand Lisboa Palace 🏨. There is a free shuttle bus 🚌 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge straight to the hotel. The hotel is newly built, and there are also free shuttle buses 🆓 to Taipa Village, making getting around very convenient 🙌🙌. The breakfast 🥣 at The Grand Buffet has a huge variety of options 👍👍."

"😍 If you're looking for the best value for money among luxury resort-style hotels, this place is truly wonderful 😌 🏠 The interior design is very upscale, blending a Southeast Asian resort vibe with the signature glamorous opulence of Macau. While it's not super close to the casinos, you can get there in about 20 minutes on the hotel shuttle or 10-odd minutes by taxi. 🏋️‍♀️ The gym and pool area are both extremely quiet and comfortable. I actually ended up buying a swimsuit at the last minute just so I could go swimming, haha. 🍚 We tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the hotel. Personally, I thought the Japanese food was better, while the Chinese cuisine was pretty average. The Japanese food was super fresh and delicious. 👍 A big thank you to Ceci at the front desk for upgrading the room for us two mother-daughter duos. Having a small balcony to dry our swimsuits and soak up the sun made this stay even more delightful."

"This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected! For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius. The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need. The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a casino - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected! Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau. Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅"
