Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. The hotel itself is incredibly opulent, and with fewer guests, it provided a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Our guest room was impeccably clean and tidy. Everything about our stay was perfect, complemented by exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service."

"This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time."

"Stayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!"

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit."

"This is an older hotel. Although it was renovated in 2018, some rooms were still undergoing renovations during my stay, and the facilities genuinely show their age. I was given a room on the 19th floor, despite specifically requesting the 31st floor when booking. At check-in, the hotel lobby informed me that the higher floors were under renovation, which was not communicated to me at the time of booking and felt a bit inappropriate. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff's service-mindedness was excellent and deserves a special mention."

"Two tickets to Studio City Water Park: No queues at all! The experience was fantastic, with lots of indoor and outdoor attractions. The water coaster offered a great sense of weightlessness, and the big wave ride was also a lot of fun. The water was exceptionally clean and indeed kept at a constant 30 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for summer splashing. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, with sparkling clean windows. The room wasn't huge but had everything you needed: a desk, coffee table, and bedside tables – small but perfectly formed. There's a food court right downstairs, which is super convenient for eating and drinking."

"The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!"

"1. The hotel offers free parking. I arrived around 3 PM and was able to check in immediately. The staff was efficient, but a 1000 MOP deposit was required, which could be paid via Alipay. The hotel also provides USB charging cables, which was a thoughtful touch. 2. The toiletries smelled pleasant. I enjoyed a soak in the hot tub on the terrace in the evening; it offered excellent privacy. There was even a thermometer nearby to monitor the water temperature, making it much more enjoyable than a public pool. 3. There's a large shopping mall downstairs, which was perfect since the weather wasn't great during my stay. I didn't have to go far for entertainment or shopping. Breakfast was at the Swan Lake restaurant, which had delicious food and a great ambiance for photos. I definitely made the right choice."

During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect.
