"I stayed at The Londoner Royal Garden for two nights. From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. Royal Garden was a special choice for our trip to Macau, so we were eagerly anticipating the hotel experience. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. What's particularly touching is the warmth of the hotel. Royal Garden is a warm and beautiful home-like experience. We express our sincere gratitude to the team at The Londoner Royal Garden."

"Our recent stay at The Londoner Macao with our child far exceeded expectations. From before arrival to after departure, every detail showcased professionalism and warmth, truly setting a benchmark for luxury hotel service in Macau. Upon landing, we were met with a pre-arranged pick-up service by Adraina from Guest Relations. After checking in, she thoughtfully booked us breakfast at The Manor and reservations at one of the hotel's star restaurants. Our transfer driver, Regan, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. To make things easier for me, he specifically waited at the customs exit. After dropping us off at the hotel, he made sure our luggage was delivered and neatly arranged before leaving. Krystal from Guest Relations was equally warm and attentive; she processed our early check-in in the morning. From guiding us and assisting with luggage to answering all our inquiries, her professional and courteous demeanor made us feel at home right away. The room's amenities and cleanliness were impeccable: spacious and airy, with new and complete facilities that exuded quality. The housekeeping standards were exceptionally high, with our room being cleaned actively two to three times daily, always pristine and comfortable. When my child wanted a bath, Aaron from housekeeping handled it swiftly and provided perfect service: he not only thoroughly cleaned the bathtub but also contacted colleagues to bring disposable bath liners, and thoughtfully added bath salts and bath bombs. He truly paid attention to our child's small needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. Thanks also to Sally and many other staff members whose names I didn't catch for your excellent service. The dining experience was a continuous delight, offering both great value and an exceptional experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast had clear sections and a rich selection: the Eggs Benedict station consistently delivered excellent, flavorful dishes; the sashimi section was fresh and plentiful. A full range of Chinese and Western hot dishes, noodles, fruits, and drinks were available, all delicious and substantial, making for a satisfying and worthwhile meal. The afternoon tea at The Manor was exquisite and delicious, with both aesthetic appeal and great taste. My child loved it, and the elegant and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a relaxing break. I highly recommend the restaurant's bar. Although I couldn't enter the bar area because I had my child with me, I still enjoyed equally excellent service in the outer section. A big thank you to Jin for taking beautiful photos of me and my child at the hotel's best photo spots 🫰, and to Rock, William, and Gab for making our evening so pleasant with your fantastic service. On the day of departure, Adraina and Krystal from Guest Relations proactively asked for our pick-up vehicle's license plate number and arranged for our luggage to be loaded in advance. Because my pre-booked car was late, Regan and Cindy had us rest in the lobby while they tirelessly looked for my car, ensuring our luggage was safely loaded before coming back to call us. Just before getting into the car, Cindy, a lovely lady, even gave us a farewell gift. We reluctantly departed under the watchful eyes of these two staff members, a perfectly thoughtful and attentive end to our stay. I've stayed at many hotels, big and small, but I would give The Londoner a perfect score. From check-in to check-out, every employee at The Londoner wasn't just performing their job but genuinely striving to provide service, making 'feeling at home' the most fitting description. This experience far exceeded my expectations and beautifully concluded my entire trip!"

"I spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments. 📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. The club's space-themed interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and dynamic lighting pull you in for a fully immersive experience.

"The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it."

When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

"Quiet and comfortable, and very clean. The suite has a balcony, two toilets, a washing machine, and a stovetop, which is super convenient. The staff are all very warm and friendly. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and both rooms they gave me were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is truly beautiful and healing. There's no entertainment center inside the hotel, but there's a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy some food and daily necessities. It's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus, making it convenient to go anywhere. The shuttle service seems to be hourly, but there are also ** cars nearby that make getting to the gate very easy, or you can take a bus. There are some downsides, though. Calling for delivery at night was very quick, but in the morning and afternoon, the phone lines were unreachable. I had to go to the hallway to find the cleaning staff, but the aunties were very quick and had super good attitudes."

"Even with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one."
