This suite offers good space, and the key feature is the separate doors between the bedroom and living room, plus two independent bathrooms. This is very user-friendly, allowing the host and guests to have separate spaces, which is perfect for me to entertain friends. I also really appreciate the wet and dry separation in the bathroom!🤩 The front desk staff, Ling, was very kind, understanding, and proactive with her service. I would definitely want to book here again next time.

The room had a bay window, but it couldn't be opened. The view was nice, but the furniture was a bit old. This is an older, classic hotel located on a hilltop, so it's not ideal for walking up with luggage – a taxi is recommended. It's very close to Guia Lighthouse; just walk uphill. Walking downhill, it's a few minutes to Rua Nova à Guia, 10 minutes to St. Lazarus' Church (Consulate of Portugal), and 15 minutes to Ruins of St. Paul's and Travessa da Paixão. I didn't visit other places, but they are also within walking distance. The hotel rooftop offers good views, and they also provide a free shuttle service to Gongbei Port, which requires advance booking.

I've probably stayed here close to 20 times! This hotel offers exceptional value for money. It belongs to the same group as Grand Lapa, Grand Hyatt, and Grand Emperor, sharing a similar decor style but boasting a superior location and more modern furnishings, making it convenient to get anywhere. Breakfast is also included. This time, I booked a queen room and a twin room for four nights. Since my parents are both over 80, I requested a twin room with a shower from the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and arranged it immediately. The hotel front desk staff in Macau are noticeably much more pleasant than those in Hong Kong!

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is also large. There are several tables in the room, perfect for holding a lot of things, especially since girls tend to have many cosmetics. The hygiene was good, and most importantly, the transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right across the street. Across the road, there's a variety of delicious food options. Zheng Shi Long Tai Milk Tea is tasty, DINO's burgers are big and delicious, and the food at C-Star Cafe is great 😋. All in all, it was a very good stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for getting around. It's just a stone's throw from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop right outside the door where you can get anywhere for just 6 yuan. It's an older 4-star hotel, but a big plus is that the shower isn't in a bathtub, which is great. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The front desk staff were very polite, and the bellhops at the entrance were also excellent.

The hygiene is excellent, very clean and the facilities are brand new. The room has good natural light, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they responded promptly. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. The check-in experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The location and environment are great, not far from the Border Gate. It's clean and hygienic, with fresh air and no strange smells. The facilities are complete, and the service is warm. They offer free luggage storage, and the breakfast is rich. It's excellent value for money. Overall, it's very good, a full 5 stars!

Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out the transport in Macau. Rooms were big and comfortable, but there was a smell of smoke. Breakfast was disappointing, there wasnt any food choice - you had a coupon for breakfast meal. I understand its not a buffet, but at least provide two more options.

The facilities are complete, and Grand Harbour Hotel offers great value for money. The service was generally good, and the room type we checked into was exactly as pictured online. They offer free luggage storage after check-out, which made it very convenient for us to explore freely. It was a very satisfying stay.

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.
