PPhebe_9We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

Mmsh****The triple room is very spacious and clean. It's great value for money if you avoid staying on Friday and Saturday nights. There's a bus stop within 100 meters, making transportation convenient. If you're up for it, you can even walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is less than 1.5 km away.

1111217****The hotel is new and very clean. The observation deck on the 6th floor is great, giving the whole place a very chic and sophisticated vibe. The location is decent; there are buses nearby that can take you anywhere for just 6 yuan. Each room also comes with a 30 yuan voucher for Lihu Xuan. What's really heartwarming is that they offer free shuttle service to the Border Gate. The front desk staff, the doorman, and all the ladies and gentlemen are very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. It truly feels like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

MM310461****The hotel's location is very convenient, with a bus stop right nearby and the Grand Lisboa just a two-minute walk away. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and many of them speak Mandarin. The hotel environment is new and clean, with quite complete facilities and modern decor. However, I feel the cleanliness could be improved a bit. There are plenty of power outlets, and they offer a shuttle bus service and breakfast. Overall, it's a good stay.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Jinjiang Inn hotel. At check-in, I was required to show my immigration slip. The room wasn't spacious, but it was notably clean and hygienic. We booked two twin rooms for one night. The hotel's buffet breakfast costs 40 MOP per person. Nearby, there's a Lai Lai Supermarket and a street lined with pharmacies. The hotel is very close to the Border Gate, making it convenient for public transportation. I particularly liked the key card holder; it thoughtfully featured public transport guidelines on one side and the room's Wi-Fi login details (username and password) on the other. The staff were patient. I would definitely stay here again.

YYikeningmengruantangEnvironment: It's decent, but it's really, really close to Macau Airport. If you're on a layover, it's a great value. I checked in at night, and even though it's very close to the airport, there aren't many night or early morning flights at Macau Airport. With earplugs, I didn't hear any noise at all. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there's a slightly damp smell in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. The room comes with a universal adapter. Service: I thought it was good; just standard, polite service. Everything else was pretty good. Cleanliness: Okay, met standards.

MM57921****Every time I visit Macau, I choose the Yacht Club. It's conveniently located, quiet, and clean. The service is warm and attentive; they proactively asked if I'd prefer a room with a sea view. If I get the chance to come to Macau again, I'll definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe booked 2 Premier room and 1 of the room we got the corner room with 180 degree view facing the Galaxy hotel. This room is spacious and love the view. The 2nd room next to it is rather small and bedroom is rather squeezy and hardly any space to walk to the bed. We had the twin bed. View blocked by the TV in front of the glass window... is a pity to have such layout. We have the living room which is quite wasted. Should make the bedroom more spacious so easier for to walk thru. The room comes with a small kitchenette... bathroom Is small and have NO hook to hang our clothes.

OochentaFacilities: You can't expect too much from a three-star hotel, it has the basics. What bothered me was the very low ceiling, which felt a bit claustrophobic. The room only provided four pillows, and when I asked for an extra one, they said they didn't have any, only blankets. Hygine: I personally don't like carpets; they feel quite dirty, but I understand the need for soundproofing between floors. Also, when my child sat on the windowsill to play, we found it sticky, meaning it hadn't been cleaned or that corner was missed. Ambiance: I chose to stay in Macau's old town this time for convenience, as I found dining less convenient when I stayed in Taipa previously. Indeed, this hotel is opposite Macau Polytechnic University, surrounded by residential buildings, making daily life very convenient. I originally wanted to explore the old town thoroughly, but my plans were disrupted because a Typhoon Signal No. 8 hit right when I checked in. Service: I was already unhappy during check-in because I saw that the real-time room rate for that day had dropped by nearly half. This proves that there's no need to book hotels at a high price when visiting Macau in the future. Because it was the National Day holiday, hotel prices in Macau had skyrocketed, even more absurd than Hong Kong, probably due to the developed entertainment industry. Taipa hotels generally cost 3-4k, and even this three-star hotel was 1.2k per night, which is insane. I can understand price fluctuations and wouldn't demand a refund for the difference. However, when I asked if a room upgrade was possible since one of the guests was celebrating a birthday during the stay, I was flat-out refused. It truly is three-star service, completely lacking in human touch. I've stayed in so many five-star hotels on the mainland, and upgrades are often proactively offered when available. Later, I pointed out that their room rate had dropped by half since I booked, and asked if an upgrade was possible then. Their response was, 'You can pay an extra 100 per night for the difference…' In the end, for the sake of a more comfortable stay with my child, I didn't argue further. I decided to pay extra and upgrade to a suite myself. Then another absurd thing happened. I booked for three nights, but they told me they only saw a two-night booking from Ctrip! However, they said it was fine and would take down my order to process it. I thought they had genuinely sorted it out, but on the morning of the third day, after going out for breakfast and returning to the hotel, my room card was demagnetized… I couldn't get in, leading to another hassle of going up and down. Speechless. Finally, for the reference of other guests, the hotel is not far from Sands, and there's a bus stop for Koi Kei Bakery downstairs where you can take a mini-bus directly to Sands. From Sands, it's very convenient to get to the bustling areas of Taipa, the ferry terminal, and even direct buses to Hong Kong.

MM21935****Very old hotel with outdated facilities and poor hygiene. The room was tiny, barely enough space for one suitcase in a double room. However, the location is quite convenient; it only took twenty minutes by bus to get to the Galaxy Arena for a show.
