AAishenghuoaizijidemifennvhaiThis is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Macau for service. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes service. Even during Chinese New Year, there were plenty of staff on every floor ready to clean rooms. Their attitude was warm and the rooms were meticulously cleaned; even my germaphobic self couldn't find a single fault. They delivered snacks and fruit daily, truly meeting 6-star hotel standards. While the facilities might not be as new as some other hotels, everything else easily exceeds a five-star rating. Plus, the ground floor offers convenient dining and shopping. Highly recommended!

FFabinnOne of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

I remember when I booked, I thought breakfast was included because I used points, but I didn't check carefully and later realized it wasn't. So, I can't comment on the dining experience.

Environment: The location is great with a ** car (likely a typo, perhaps referring to easy transportation or a specific car service), but it's very old.
Service: It was just okay. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, they said there weren't any? So why bother asking me to specify non-smoking? Then they said there was one... but I still smelled smoke while sleeping at night.
I booked this hotel out of curiosity, but it's not good value for money, and the service was mediocre. I won't be staying here again. Things weren't properly arranged (referring to details during booking that weren't met).
What can I say, a newer hotel would be better.

QqueenliuI forgot my dad had quit smoking, and at the time I requested one smoking room and one non-smoking room. Considering second-hand smoke isn't good, they happened to have a larger room available and upgraded us. The front desk also prioritized getting the room ready for my elder family member so we could drop off our luggage. The other room was ready exactly at 3 PM as promised. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, had a king-size bed, a window, and was quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit Grand Lisboa, Senado Square, A-Ma Temple, and the Hac Sa Market. I hope to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Macau!

NNainainnnWe loved our stay so much the first night that my child begged to stay another, so we extended our booking. This five-star hotel truly offers a fantastic experience, highly recommended! The Neptunian Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. It gets quite busy around lunchtime, but hotel guests get a 10% discount, which makes it excellent value for money.
Getting to attractions is super convenient; there's a ** nearby that you can just walk to. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe Executive Rooms on the 8th and 9th floors are definitely worth staying in. I stayed on the 9th floor last time. Even though there was a small surcharge, the rooms are newer and have bedside outlets. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are generally very helpful and answer all your questions. If anything was missing from the room, housekeeping would bring it right up. After checking out, the hotel even called to say I'd left my wallet in the room – I'm so grateful! Luckily, I had time to go back and retrieve it. Ivy at the front desk was particularly impressive; she was very efficient.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right in the most bustling area of the Macau Peninsula. It's across from Wynn, the front desk service is great, and the price is affordable. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old; I hope they can be upgraded.
