"The service was good, and the restaurant staff were all friendly and hardworking. There were too many people queuing for check-in; the self-service machine showed that my reserved room type wasn't available, so I had to queue again. The front desk staff were very polite and proactively followed up on the room cleaning status. The room was also comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The buffet was decent, not as bad as some reviews suggested. The dinner dishes were innovatively prepared, and the breakfast offered a good selection of Chinese options, including made-to-order choices by a chef, as well as the usual Western selections. The location is also very convenient; it's easy to catch a ride from the lobby on the upper floor, and it's only a 15-minute walk to Senado Square. Overall, the experience was good, except for the 25-minute wait to check-in on a weekend."

"If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. "We checked into the Sky Seaview King Room, and when we plugged in the kettle's base, it sparked, emitted black smoke, and blackened my finger. My family was so scared they didn't dare to plug anything else in. After communicating with the hotel, we were offered a room change and a late check-out. They moved us to a Sky Seaview Twin Room with a slightly better view but significantly smaller in size. I discussed with the front desk that there was a price difference between twin and king rooms on the platform, and I felt the late check-out was justified, especially since my family nearly got electrocuted. However, the front desk stated that both room types were the same price and they couldn't control platform pricing, suggesting we contact the platform. Their attitude also made me uncomfortable. So, I contacted the platform's customer service, requesting to be moved back to the original Sky Seaview King Room. The platform customer service informed me that Sky Seaview King Rooms were only available on lower floors, or we could switch to a triple room without a sea view. We opted for the low-floor seaview king room. There might have been a misunderstanding between the platform and the hotel, as they then moved us to a triple room. From the exploding socket to the room changes, it took over two hours of hassle. All we wanted was to rest properly, but the soundproofing was terrible; we constantly heard people talking loudly in the hallway, and even on the lowest fan setting, the air conditioner's motor was noisy. The experience was truly awful, and I won't consider staying here again."

"What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always. "This hotel is amazing, I'm super satisfied! It's so convenient for concerts, just cross the road and you're at the Galaxy. Getting a taxi or car is easy too! Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit small, but I don't really watch it anyway, so no big deal. The service was also great; the front desk staff were all very polite and dedicated! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! And Lay's concert was the absolute best! 👍👍👍"

"The location is good, by the river with a nice view. The hygiene conditions are decent, but the facilities are a bit old. It's an okay place to stay, mainly depending on the price. Usually, the price is very affordable. I booked it late at night and only stayed for a few hours, but then the price was hiked up. I paid about 150-160 more than the usual price, which made it less value for money."

"I was initially given a weirdly shaped corner room. After requesting a change, I was moved to a noisy connecting room. My second room change landed me in an Executive Floor room with severe mold and elevator noise... I finally had enough and complained to Ctrip. They moved me to a top-floor suite. You could tell it was renovated at the same time as the other rooms, but it was incredibly well-maintained, with absolutely no mold or strange smells. It was a world of difference from the previous rooms."

"Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room."
