MM318946****The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by tea restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and supermarkets. The Grand Prix Museum is also nearby. The staff are warm and friendly. The room is very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. It's only a five-minute walk to catch a shuttle to Sands, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommended.

GGuest UserRocks hotel rocks! Peaceful location just a stone throw away from Sands casino, fisherman's warf, outer ferry terminal and everything. People always smile at you. Those two at the breakfast counter talks and smiles always, Rooms are big, well arranged. Specially designed. I loved this stay.

YYeyezi1208Absolutely loved this hotel! It's located in the old town, super close to Grand Lisboa, Wynn Palace, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Monte Fort. Plus, the bus stop right outside is really convenient. I adored the room's decor, and they even provide portable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion – so thoughtful! There are also plenty of great food options nearby.

GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

MM39241****I booked this hotel after seeing a blogger's recommendation, thinking it was relatively new and reasonably priced. But!!! It was nowhere near as amazing or Instagrammable as the blogger claimed! First off, despite booking a specific room type and providing my child's information during reservation, the hotel hadn't prepared anything for kids. We had to call customer service for every single item, which felt like they were making extra work for us parents. Secondly, the reservation stated the hotel offered free shuttle service from the border gate, no appointment needed. But!!! There was no sign of any hotel shuttle service at the border gate! I could only console myself by thinking, well, yes! The price was lower than other five-star hotels, so I shouldn't expect truly top-notch service...

It's very close to the beach and there's a lovely seaside promenade, perfect for walking. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The best part is the sea-facing room. Plus, there's a pool and a bathtub.

The room is clean.and cleaning staff is also friendly and helpful.anyway.you need to rent the cable if you need to charge your phone.the deposit is 50 MOP. Two issues need to be improved.one,they need to return your deposit in one week time after you return the cable. Two,the staff who are handling the issue are not friendly.
And the canteen in the hotel is selling Asian food.enough portion but not hot enough.feel like pre cooked food.
The hotel is just 1 mins to the airport.there are MacDonald is the best choice. The Chinese fast food shop next to McDonalds is expensive and has bad service.

DDengdengxiaowangzhiThe environment here is great, with a stunning night view of Galaxy Macau right outside the window. The room was very clean and smoke-free. It's also very convenient to get here from the airport; you can take the Light Rail to Galaxy-Cotai Frontier Station, or take a taxi to Galaxy Macau and walk over. The front desk staff were all very helpful, and you can store your luggage there.

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
