Very Good
WWHL920Our room was being upgraded to a suite, thanks a lot! It was spacious and felt very nice. Though this hotel has no casino and shuttle bus, it is well worth the money. Near to the Oceanus where we can fully utilize their buses. Near to the outer passenger port where buses of almost all casinos come here and one can easily hop on to those buses. Near to the Sands too.
A very pleasure experience staying here. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.
AAnonymous UserThe room decor has a vintage style. As other guests mentioned, the facilities are indeed quite old, especially the noisy air conditioner or fan, which was clearly audible even with earplugs in. Unless you're extremely tired, it would be hard to fall asleep. The location is at the end of Fisherman's Wharf, so the surroundings are quite quiet.
YYeyezi1208Absolutely loved this hotel! It's located in the old town, super close to Grand Lisboa, Wynn Palace, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Monte Fort. Plus, the bus stop right outside is really convenient. I adored the room's decor, and they even provide portable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion – so thoughtful! There are also plenty of great food options nearby.
GGuest UserWe arrive in the evening and room ready for check in. No q. The hotel has 3 restaurant ..Chinese japanese and Portuguese. We saw them crowded. The room are comfort and clean. All toiletries replenish everyday and fridge provided canned drinks. Worthwhile. We think can recommend to stay again
FFushige1. **Location:** Very close to the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride costing around 60 MOP. For the shuttle bus, you can take the one going to 'Grand Lisboa Palace' and then it's about a 5-minute walk from there.
2. **Decor:** The Lines Friends theme is rich in detail and indeed very cute, perfect for families.
3. **Amenities:** The hotel is right next to a shopping mall. Breakfast is also in the mall, with a Lines-themed restaurant. Although there are only 4 breakfast sets to choose from, they are all well-made. There's also Wing Kee Cafe; I highly recommend their egg tarts – they're Portuguese-style and you can eat a whole one without it being too rich.
4. **Transportation:** The hotel itself doesn't have many shuttle buses. To get to the Macau Peninsula, you can go to Grand Lisboa Palace, but there might be long queues. A better option would be the bus stop right outside the hotel, or a seven to eight-minute walk to the East Asian Games Dome for the light rail.
LLulThe hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location is very convenient, easily accessible with public bus ( less than 200m walk from the bus stop), but far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded Macau city. The property is at the beach front. My room came with the balcony facing the beach, it's very beautiful
2203975****The lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped reserve a room for us. The room was bright and tidy, and the housekeeping was spot on. The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.
PPyngshimThe hotel is right across from the airport exit, which was incredibly convenient for our 15-hour layover in Macau. There are also plenty of free hotel shuttle buses near the airport that take you to the city center, and a light rail that can get you to your destination.
SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
AAnonymous UserAn excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.
