TTiancaixiaoxiaoThis hotel is a bit old, and in Macau, where there's a big disparity between hotels, you have a lot of choices. However, this one is pretty good. We took a ferry from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau, then a shuttle from Grand Lisboa to near the hotel, and it was just a short walk. Next door is New Yaohan, which is great for shopping, and there are also places to eat upstairs. It's quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's on foot, and you can catch a bus downstairs to Taipa. All in all, it's excellent value for money.

XXibaobabiFinally checked into the Macau Rocks Hotel, the same one Zhao Lusi stayed at! The vintage European manor style is just stunning. The room's four-poster bed, large bathtub, and the high-ceilinged central atrium with corridors made me feel like I was living in an old movie. It was super hassle-free with kids too – the space is ample and safe, and the service was gentle and attentive. Plus, you can step right out and explore Macau's old town, eating and shopping. The family-friendly vibe was absolutely perfect. This is a gem of a hotel that I'd definitely want to visit again! ✨

CCoco kweeOverall clean, and the bed was super comfy ✌🏻. The pillows were also really comfortable. You can store your luggage there, and it's within walking distance to the attractions. They were doing some renovations while I was there, so there was a bit of noise, but it didn't affect my sleep at night 😉.

The hotel service keeps getting better, and the toiletries in the rooms have been upgraded and are much nicer than before. I always have friendly chats with Manager Huang in the lobby. He's consistently attentive, and when we checked out, he asked if we needed any help with small things, like bags for our belongings, pre-arranged taxis, or even bottled water. It's those thoughtful touches that make a difference.

WWangchengcheng189The environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from your room or at Cheoc Van Beach, which is right next to the hotel, in the evening. In the morning, you can walk about 30 minutes to Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail near Hac Sa Beach to watch the sunrise from the Seaview Pavilion.
The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Every food item maintains excellent quality, and the dining area has a charming view.
The hotel is older, and the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained and perfectly functional for daily use. Plus, there was absolutely no smoke smell in the room, which is a big plus. :)
Overall, while the facilities might be a slight drawback, the environment and food more than make up for it. Because of this, I'm giving a perfect score for facilities.

Hygiene: The lobby, rooms, and all other areas are very clean and odor-free. Environment: The hotel is right next to the airport terminal, offering incredibly convenient transportation options such as the Macau Light Rail, buses, and high-speed ferries to Hong Kong. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making for a very quiet night's sleep. Service: Staff in the lobby, at the front desk, and in guest rooms are all polite and genuinely welcoming.

After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued.
It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall.
What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit old, but the hygiene was good. There's a skybridge directly to Galaxy Macau, and it's just across the road from the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. After a show at the Galaxy Arena, it's about a 15-minute walk back to the hotel. It's also very convenient to take the light rail from the airport, and you get some nice views along the way.
