Guest UserThe hotel is located at 288 Avenida Comercial in Macau. The building itself is impressive, with the hotel's name prominently displayed on its exterior, making it easy to spot. The hotel enjoys excellent transportation links, with many great restaurants nearby, as well as the New Yaohan department store, which is very convenient for shopping. Since the hotel is in the main city area, it's a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The guest rooms are spacious and the environment is pleasant. Although the decor style is a bit dated, it's clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with storing luggage or giving directions. Overall, I had a good experience this time and would consider coming back again.

Gabriela AreiasThis hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected!
For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius.
The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need.
The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it.
The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a casino - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected!
Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau.
Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅

Guest UserThe hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, with clean public areas. The breakfast is more Western-style, so those who prefer Chinese stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, or steamed dim sum might find it less to their liking. We were fine with it and found enough to eat. As for service: housekeeping was decent, front desk service was secondary, and restaurant service was extremely average, with overly salty dishes for some reason. The room noise was a major issue – constant sounds of running water from pipes, air conditioning, and what sounded like furniture being dragged from upstairs or downstairs, which continued intermittently until late at night. The hairdryer quality didn't match the hotel's caliber, which was a poor experience. Overall, the service isn't as good as hotels in Taipa and definitely needs improvement, especially in guest-facing details, where there's a significant gap. This might be due to language barriers with the foreign staff.

YingyuluoyangThe room was absolutely palatial, as one might expect from Macau. It was fully equipped with all the amenities, even a refrigerator and a safe, and I have to mention, it also had a bathtub – truly exceeding my expectations! The hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they managed to give me a room with a fantastic view, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

This was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays.

MORN1207I stayed in a newly renovated Regal Club room. The room was spacious, and the 1.8-meter bed was very comfortable with clean and soft bedding. The bathroom had a full set of TOTO fixtures, and the shower area included a bathtub with good water pressure. The room was quiet, with excellent blackout curtains. There was a small sofa by the window, and from the high floor, I had a view of the Grand Lisboa. The service team provided excellent service, and the transportation downstairs was convenient. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay. I'll definitely choose a Regal Club room at this hotel again next time.

Anonymous UserThe environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. Especially at night, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves 🌊. The trees 🌲 are very tall, blocking the sea view.
Service: The restaurant hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, with breakfast ending at 10:00. As you can see, the hotel restaurant has high ratings, starting with breakfast. The decor, as shown in the picture, is quite interesting.
Cleanliness: When it rains 🌧, water leaks into the room. Many fixtures are old, especially the very old aluminum alloy door and window partitions. The air conditioning works great, but it's actually very energy-intensive. There are some cleanliness issues to note, with mold spots all over the room.
Plenty of information can be found online.
Facilities: The room is small and irregularly shaped, but it has a balcony facing the sea.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 40-something taxi ride away. It's also super close to Cunha Street; you can just walk there, through Olympic Park. There are tons of restaurants on Travessa da Assunção next to Cunha Street, and they're much more affordable than the ones near the entertainment complex. We ended up having all three of our main meals there over two days. The hotel stay was pleasant, though the complimentary bottled water was quite small. Breakfast wasn't great; the coffee was instant, and there weren't many options, so it's better to eat out. Picture three shows the high-rise apartments near the hotel – walk past them for about ten minutes and you're at Cunha Street, which is incredibly convenient.

The room service was excellent, incredibly friendly and professional, far exceeding expectations. The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.

EugeneWeeSingaporeStayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street.
I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.
