"Such a good highlight for the festive vibe that Macau has. Londoner hotel offers outstanding service that would be hard to beat. A five star hotel like Londoner Grand definitely makes sure all their clients stay comfortably and happily. I only booked a normal bed for a family of three, but knowing we had an infant with us, they upgraded our room to a suite and offerred all the baby essentials like bottle sterilizer, warmer and a crib. It was such a nice gesture from them. From the time we got off the taxi, we were greeted by a warm and friendly valet guy. He lead us to the right reception area. Upon opening the door to our room, we were in such awe seeing such a spacious living room, a walk in closet that lead to a marble bathroom with gold and silver highlights and a comfortable bed. We slept through the night calmly. The room is equipped with everything including an ipad that controls the room. We could airplay baby shows for our baby as well. Most importantly, they cleaned our room every day and let us check out one hour later. When we could not find a seat at the lounge, their staff approached us and offered to assist us with our luggage as we needed to run errands for a bit. A five star hotel will give you a five star experience and a definitely memorable one. From the moment we stepped in from the time we checked out, Londoner Grand made us feel seen, safe, valued and comfortable. Once you experience such a service, you would wonder how others would surpass it. It must be impossible. It is one of the great hotel experiences we have ever had. Looking forward to going back again."

The amenities & decor of the room, housekeeping, check-in & checkout service were above par excellence. The minute detail by every staff member is out of this world. Worth the money spent. The hotel's infinity pool offers excellent views and an expansive panorama, making it a perfect spot for photos and social media check-ins. 🛎️ Service & Hospitality (Birthday Experience & Communication) Front Desk Reception & Flexibility: ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Late checkout denied: I requested a complimentary late checkout until 1:00 PM because I had a bungee jumping activity early the next day, but it was denied by the front desk, showing a lack of flexibility. Communication gap: During check-in, I proactively asked about birthday amenities, and the front desk verbally stated that the ”room had already been specially decorated.” Customer Service Responsiveness & Crisis Management: ⭐️ (1/5) Broken promise: Upon checking in, I found that the room had absolutely no decorations. Passing the buck and insensitive remarks: When I called customer service to inquire, they first claimed it was an ”oversight,” and then blurted out: ”It's so late now, you wouldn't need decorations, would you?” After I confirmed that I did, they bluntly stated they were understaffed and ”couldn't do anything.” Compensation: Ultimately, I only received a supermarket voucher worth 30 MOP as compensation, which felt very insincere and left the birthday celebrant quite disappointed. 💡 Summary and Recommendation Pros: The room hygiene is good, and the infinity pool is outstanding. Cons: The room's hardware and decor do not match the high price; the hotel's arrangements for celebrations/birthdays are chaotic, with inconsistent information from the front desk and customer service. Their responsiveness and customer service attitude need significant improvement. Overall review: If you're coming for the infinity pool, it won't disappoint you; however, if you expect excellent celebration services and flexible, considerate hospitality, the hotel's performance in these areas is regrettable."

"Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel."

"The best hotel experience I've had in Macau! The room facilities are quite new, and the staff service is excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Zhu who checked me in. She gave a very detailed introduction to the hotel's services, including how to take the hotel shuttle bus to various attractions and how to get to the NBA China exhibition hall. The Parisian Macao is newer than The Venetian Macao, and its free shuttle buses go to the airport, ports, and major attractions. The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao, and The Venetian Macao are interconnected, making shopping and dining very convenient. The instant noodles, chips, tea, and coffee in the room are all complimentary. I'll definitely stay at The Parisian Macao again on my next trip to Macau!"
