Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. Best hotel ever and I will definitely recommend any couple or family staying here. Amazing furnished huge rooms! It was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free cake & coupons, decorated our room to enjoy our trip. Left with great memories!

I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.

The hotel is fantastic. The room is spacious and very premium. The location is excellent, with attractions nearby. The receptionist service is very good. They also helped us decorate for our anniversary and gave us a free bottle of wine. The swimming pool is perfect, and the view is very nice.

Excellent amenities. More than sufficient water. Housekeeping - not only does the usual but helps to arrange your cables. Thoughtful in the way things are done. Lots of attention given to us at the breakfast at level 2 and ground floor. Excellent selection of Buffett and ala cart items. Beautiful views too.

Brian was very warm and friendly. He has helped with early check in and upgraded us to the suite room. The room was spacious and the view was great. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Overall, highly recommended and will surely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Starting from the people in the lobby that are so so accommodating and always ready to listen to our queries. Food is nice, place is so relaxing. Another day off well spent for us!
