Perfect
We stayed here for 7 days and we had the best experience so far. The location is good, there are a lot of nice hotpot places within the stay. The room is clean, Aircon is cold. There are even washer and dryer provided. Most importantly, the staffs here are super friendly and nice, they checked in on us everyday just to make sure we are doing good, they even introduced us to their favorite eating place. I'll be back again for sure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The randomly booked room turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The smart devices worked smoothly, the bathtub was clean and odorless, the air conditioning was quieter than expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. Hygiene was impeccable, the staff were polite and patient, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

Absolutely amazing experience at Regent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours exhausted. Greeted warmly by the bell boy and immediately assisted us with the luggage. Swift check-in, our luggage were already in our room before we know it. Our room has fantastic view of the river and Hongyadong, even when in the bethtub the view is amazing. The room attendant kept our room neat and sparkling clean everyday. Their laundry service is top-notch, less than 3mins of calling the help desk the house keeping attendant is at our door step to pick up our laundry and also to return the clean ones. Not forgetting to mention the spread of the breakfast, delish!!! Definitely will choose Regent Hotel if we ever go Chongqing again.

A great, pleasant stay - a secluded place with access to the grassland park and the dark sky at night decorated with thousands of stars and the galaxy The staff - 管家小倩,小楊, 鄧小姐，以及王師傅 are all very profesional and helpful! I chose this hotel based on other travelers’ reviews, and I was not disappointed at all! The location is ideal, I was able to do many things on foot, and it’s close to everything in the center of Chongqing. Also, many small local restaurants and mini shop market are just in front the building. As for the room itself, I was upgraded and given a suite instead of a standard room. Everything was amazing: the apartment was very comfortable, the furniture was beautiful and high quality, the view was incredible, and the amenities were excellent (good heating system, electrical curtains, many lights, etc. - room 4307). I am truly delighted with my stay, and if I return to Chongqing, I sincerely hope to be able to stay in the same room again!

This is a really good deal Location is very convenient It’s not at the city center but at a local famous spot, So you got a sense of local culture while enjoying the city with full of places to discover. The metro is just next to it but DiDi is the best way to access around. Room is bit old as it got history but maintained in well shape Their services is the key to keep it nice. Friendly, helpful, efficient and they can remember your face even I’m just here for a short trip!
