TThe Hiumawan FamilyThe room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the room was incredibly clean and tidy. The bath towels even came in plastic wrap, showing great attention to hygiene. Taxis were readily available, making it very convenient to get to the airport. It was a fantastic experience! I didn't hesitate to sign up for their membership card!

GGuest UserThere is a parking lot for parking, which is quite convenient. The room is also large, the mattress is very comfortable, and it is clean and hygienic. I will come back next time if I have the chance. The room is also very quiet, and I didn't hear any noisy sounds.

GGuest UserLet me start with the conclusion: if you're planning a family trip or are a nature enthusiast, I'd give this place a full 5 out of 5 stars. It's also a great spot for a casual get-together with friends, deserving another 5 stars. However, if you're a germaphobe or prefer accommodations that aren't quite so 'rustic,' I'd suggest just visiting for the experience rather than staying. **Facilities:** Facilities are somewhat limited. The swings in the children's playground, the mini-train, and kayaking are among the few activities adults can also enjoy. You'll need to bring your own food, though there's a fantastic local restaurant called 'Cheng Tao' nearby. Bringing your own snacks or picnic supplies is also a good idea. **Cleanliness:** For me personally, the cleanliness was a letdown. Two of the disposable toothbrushes were already opened, which was a bit off-putting. There was leftover food residue in the sink from the previous guests, and a discarded contact lens on the floor next to the nightstand. While none of these are major issues, they do make you question whether the cleaning staff genuinely did a thorough job... So, bringing your own bedding definitely offers more peace of mind. Also, as it's a campsite, expect mosquitoes and and flies – be prepared for that. **Environment:** Excellent! For someone experiencing the outdoors for the first time, it's truly wonderful and a memorable experience. It's lovely to just stroll around and breathe in the fresh air. **Service:** Service was pretty standard. Don't expect a hotel or even a B&B; this is a campsite, and self-reliance is key. Of course, a more professional level of service would be a welcome bonus for some of us! Overall, if you're accustomed to staying at international chain hotels, you might feel a significant drop in standards. However, it's an experience worth having, and for those traveling with children, it comes highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room was really small, completely different from what the pictures showed online. If I had seen the actual room photos, I wouldn't have booked this type. The towels provided were old and frayed. The front desk's phone manner was just okay, but overall, the customer service was good. Since the room was difficult to get to, requiring several turns with luggage, the staff were all very helpful in bringing my bags to the room. The kids' play area was excellent; they absolutely loved the slides and trampolines. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise; the food we ordered was delicious. Both the 'Fish-flavored Shredded Pork' (Yuxiang Rousi) and the pancakes were very tasty.

The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.

GGuest UserA very quiet hutong with uniquely colored buildings. The lobby is spacious and refreshing. The room is very comfortable, and outside are beautiful ginkgo leaves – Beijing's autumn is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. As it was my first time in Beijing, many places were new to me, but every single person was so patient and assisted me greatly. I could walk to Sanlitun and Taikoo Li, places I've always dreamed of visiting. The room was very clean; the housekeepers would fold my clothes neatly and even arrange my cosmetics. I look forward to coming back again!

We wanted to send the items back, but the courier was very irresponsible and never took the matter seriously. However, the front desk customer service was very serious and responsible.
