Five stars, highly recommend! The service throughout my stay was incredibly attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with meticulous care. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, responding quickly to any requests and resolving them effectively. Every detail showed how much thought was put in, making for an exceptional experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was pleasant. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the value for money was great. I would stay here again next time!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even told me about local attractions and restaurants when I arrived, which was very thoughtful. The location is absolutely fantastic, really close to all the sights. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I felt completely at ease during my stay. It's a low price hote. The reason for it:l It's an old hotel with old interior. Doors of the closet were missing. Thought we have a nice view from 12th floor but through these absolut dirty windows we saw only grey. In the bathroom is mold in the shower. In the hotel are also rooms for companies beside the guests rooms. 6 o'clock in the morning there is noise and the people from the companies are smoking in the hallway. Then the smoke drifts through the door. Disgusting. One good thing: The ladys at the reception are super friendly. 这是一家低价酒店。原因如下： 这是一家老旧的酒店，内部装修也很陈旧。衣柜门都掉了。我们原本以为从12楼能看到不错的景色，但透过脏兮兮的窗户，看到的只有一片灰蒙蒙的。 浴室的淋浴间里有霉菌。 酒店除了客房外，还设有供公司使用的房间。早上6点，走廊里就传来噪音，公司员工在抽烟。然后烟雾飘进房间。真恶心。 唯一值得称赞的是：前台的女士们非常友好。

I have to commend the hotel's service! From the confirmation call after booking, to helping with luggage and thoroughly explaining the facilities during check-in, and then the thoughtful goodbyes at check-out – the entire process made us feel completely at home. A special thank you to Xiao Yang at the front desk for resolving a small issue for us; their service was incredibly attentive.

The hotel is directly opposite the Bifengmen parking lot, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. The quad room with bunk beds was very family-friendly for our family with two children. While the hotel's facilities are fairly basic, I must particularly praise their excellent 9.9 Mountain Resort day tour and the front desk staff. First, regarding the Mountain Resort day tour: it lasted a full 5 hours, and our guide, Xiao Qi, didn't waste a single minute. He provided thorough explanations, meticulously planned our route, and there were absolutely no sales pitches or additional charges. For such an honest and dedicated guide, the hotel deserves a huge commendation! And then there's the front desk staff – every single person was beaming with smiles. They offered detailed information, provided attentive service, and went above and beyond to assist with any request. They even helped us cut a watermelon we bought, booked tickets for a show, and thoughtfully provided cushions for us as we were heading out. Truly heartwarming service! Hidden gem: Just down the stairs next to the hotel is the Temple of Confucius. Plus, there's a highly popular lamb soup spot nearby, serving delicious *shaobing* (sesame flatbreads)!

The bed was so comfortable that I rested so well. Breakfast was good. The location was good for the trip to buy things.

The room had a swing, which my child loved. The room was very clean. It was also very convenient to get to the beach, and there were many restaurants just outside the hotel. I would definitely come back with my child in the future.

The front desk was very professional and enthusiastic. They called before check-in to ask what time we would arrive and whether we had any requirements for the direction of the room. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. The newly opened facilities and equipment were very new and had no smell. This stay was a pleasant surprise. I will come again next time.
