When I went there was St Patrick's Day holiday, the annual tourist season, the hotel was about 300 yuan more expensive than usual. The hotel is not equipped with breakfast and slippers, and you can find food nearby. It costs $67 (about 490 RMB) to take a taxi from the airport here.

The hotel is quite decent. If you are taking a taxi for an international flight, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then go through security and take a small train to the international departure terminal. However, there are too many people on domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle bus, at least three hours in advance.

Check in went great. Friendly, helpful employees. Fresh, clean towels every morning. Strong coffee and delicious muffins for breakfast every morning.

General hotel, the room is not big, there is a microwave refrigerator inside, because the price of the Super Bowl can not be set in the hotel, and the clothes are sleeping.

What’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed. But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules WOW okay. So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience. O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location. It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

Hotel looks like picture is clean but could use a little updating when it comes to the bathroom. It meets the star rating . It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. But if you are in need for a decent place to stay I would recommend it. The front desk people are really nice and friendly. Especially Smita she is awesome. One thing that is needed on a daily basis is to have someone walk around and keep the grounds clean and maybe add a few more trash cans so that people won’t throw the trash on the ground. Some people are just lazy and no matter how many trash cans you have out the will still throw the trash on the ground. I have had to stay here for a few days due to the work I’m having done at my home and I have not had any problems. It has been quiet at night and yes I would recommend. Unlike some lower star hotels there are refrigerators and microwaves in each room and so far they have all worked. They just need to do some updating in the bathrooms and the work that needs to be done is minor, and maybe run the mop over all the floors a little better. Thank you Smita for being so kind. 🤩🤩🤩 . I rate it at a 2 1/2 —- 3 star hotel. Very close to a 3star.

Simple facilities, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and with staff that show CARE, CONCERN and an interest to do their best in giving SERVICE to their customers. Very impressed with the reaction time when a request was made, the enthusiasm to assist and the respect for the paying guests. Brick Lodge was a pleasant surprise that we will certainly consider again when visiting our daughter in Norcross. Thank you.
