Overlooking the Yellow River at night, with endless lights, you get to see all of Lanzhou's beauty. 🛋 Facilities: It's definitely an older hotel, and you can see signs of wear and tear, so be cautious if that bothers you. The room can get a bit hot at night! 🛀 Bathing: You can ask the hotel for a disposable bathtub liner, which is very reassuring. After a bath, close the curtains and you can have a good night's sleep. 💡 Summary: For this window view, I'd be willing to come again. The facilities may be old, but the service is excellent, and the scenery is priceless.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. I will stay here next time.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

This hotel in Zhangye exceeded all expectations! Before arriving, I called to ask about self-service laundry and was pleasantly surprised to learn upon check-in that they offer a complimentary laundry service, which saved us a great deal of time and effort. The hotel also provided pick-up service, and the driver was already waiting for us at the station. The front desk staff were professional and attentive. During our three-day stay, we received welcome fruit every day, along with hot eye masks and earplugs (though the room was already very quiet). My child absolutely loved the creatively folded towel animals that appeared daily. The lobby had cold, warm, and hot water available, plus ingredients for Sanpao Tai tea – amenities even my own home can't match. The mattress and latex pillows were excellent, perfect for improving sleep quality and recovering energy after a long day of walking. Breakfast was delicious! Since dining options are limited near the Danxia scenic area in winter, having a good breakfast at the hotel was crucial. The front desk also provided a reliable and more cost-effective contact for car rentals than finding one ourselves. Next time I'm in Zhangye, Jinglong International will definitely be my first choice!

Location: Absolutely fantastic! The city is over 70 kilometers from the airport, so if you have an early flight, this is definitely the place to be. It's just over a kilometer from Terminal 3, so you can easily walk there. Plus, the hotel offers a thoughtful complimentary shuttle service, with pickups every hour – and the shuttle itself is a high-end, comfortable vehicle! Ambiance and Service: From the moment I walked in and was greeted at the front desk, I felt completely at home. The hotel has only been open for less than half a year, so the interior is immaculate. They provide everything you could need, including humidifiers, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. But most importantly, the service is outstanding. It's my top choice for hotels near the airport!

This hotel is even highly praised by locals! I specifically came to Dunhuang during the off-season to see the grotto sculptures and murals, and choosing the newly opened Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely the right decision. After standing in the caves all day, returning to my warm and comfortable hotel room in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. All the day's fatigue just melted away. There was plenty of drinking water in the room, and sitting in the soft chair to organize my thoughts on the day's sights was so relaxing! The service from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant was excellent. Staff members I encountered anywhere would greet me with a smile, clearly indicating they were well-trained. The underground parking garage is spacious and clean, making parking convenient. Just remember to scan a QR code at the front desk before you leave. The airport shuttle service was great. The staff proactively helped with luggage, and as soon as my plane landed upon arrival, I immediately received a call from the pick-up staff. These small details really show the thoughtfulness of their service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

A new Sheraton hotel, the overall feeling is like a temporary group, the service staff is very hard to serve, the problem appears on the top design, the third and fourth-tier cities, the price is the same as the first-tier cities, the same brand, the same price, there are different standards. Hotel decoration construction quality, elevator, reception, breakfast standard type, does not meet the Sheraton standard, can the owner change the main standard of the brand and wine management company. Can't do the same standard? Or you can reduce the price, or you are ready to open again, and the result of everything you want is that you can't get anything. Tianshui City is not big, there are almost no competing hotels of the same brand, but you must not sit and eat brands and people's dividends. The owner and wine pipe please deeply understand: water can carry boats, but also can cover boats. After the opening and holiday dividends are missed, it is difficult to do it again. Come on, hotel people!
