Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

Very comfortable, the room is super big! I will come again next time. Puyang Arcadia is my first choice for hotels in Puyang. The lady at the front desk is so gentle and beautiful, and the aunt who cleans the room is very enthusiastic. Good reviews!!!

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, making it easy to store belongings, and the soundproofing was decent. Although there's a road and a shopping mall diagonally across, which can be noisy during the day with loudspeakers, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helping with luggage and greeting guests with smiles. The front desk, in particular, proactively offered information about the local area. Bella Li, especially, was very attentive and helpful when assisting me with extending my stay. My only suggestion would be to add trash cans in the public areas on the first floor; their absence was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered free high-speed train station pick-up. All you need to do is book with your butler in advance and provide your train number, and they'll take care of the rest. On the day of arrival, a lovely staff member was there promptly to pick us up and even helped with our luggage. In the afternoon, they provided a beautiful afternoon tea, which was a great opportunity to relax before heading out to explore the scenic spots. The hotel is conveniently located right within Longmen Ancient Town, within walking distance of the Longmen Grottoes. Overall, getting around was very easy, and there were plenty of restaurants and drink shops within the ancient town itself. The only minor drawbacks were that, because of the central air conditioning, controlling the room temperature was difficult. In winter, it felt like two different seasons indoors and out; it was simply too hot inside. Additionally, since our room faced the ancient town's street shops, it could be a bit noisy in the mornings, which might affect light sleepers. Overall, the service and room environment were very good, and I would definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

We got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂

As the number one hotel in Zhengzhou, the overall experience at the InterContinental Dennis was absolutely amazing! First, the location is unbeatable – the hotel is right above the David Plaza shopping mall, making shopping incredibly convenient. The service was exceptional, from the moment I arrived at the entrance to the front desk, and from my room to the restaurant, every staff member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon check-out, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel's decor is typical InterContinental style, with excellent and new facilities, and it was spotlessly clean. The bathtub was large and very comfortable for a soak. I, as a water enthusiast, was very impressed that they provided '5100' bottled water, which truly highlights the hotel's high-end standard. The breakfast spread was extensive and included my favorite eggs Benedict. The chefs are incredibly skilled, and all the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!

The hotel location is great, so many options for food and shops nearby. Really nice staff in the check in and restaurant. Room was very clean and they have some extra chargers, perfect when you have more devices. The breakfast was great, almost no western food but it was tasty.
