This hotel was the best choice for our May Day trip to Luoyang! It's right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere. The attentive service was incredibly satisfying! This is truly the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-known, high-quality department store) of high-end hotels – the experience was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend all hotels across the country learn from and emulate this one! First off, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station! Even if the driver was temporarily unavailable, the hotel would help arrange a taxi and cover the cost. These little details really won me over! The room was super spacious, bright, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was thoughtfully chosen, and you could even select your own pillow to suit different sleeping preferences – I relaxed instantly as soon as I lay down! Although the facilities are a little old, it didn't affect the experience at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Any minor flaws were completely negligible. The breakfast was truly eye-opening, a proper Luoyang food feast! Authentic beef soup was available to our heart's content, and all local specialty snacks were covered. They even had fresh salmon of good quality. It was a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering incredible value for money – you could spend hours just enjoying breakfast! During our stay, we could also order complimentary snacks, pastries, and drinks. They provided warm hospitality and food throughout the day, so we could eat to our heart's content without even leaving the hotel! The staff were gentle and patient, always responsive, and we felt completely pampered throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang! I sincerely recommend it!

The location is fantastic, right by the lake, which is the most beautiful spot in Zhengzhou. It's lively at night with stunning views. I loved the lobby; it's stylish and cozy. The JW Marriott brand really delivers. The room was spacious with a great view, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Hu La Tang (spicy soup) and Rou Jia Mo (meat burger), as well as various noodles. You can even take coffee to go – Marriott is quite generous. The Executive Lounge food was also very good, and the staff were well-trained; we ended up not going out for dinner. Xiao Luo from housekeeping left a handwritten welcome card and folded a heart, which was a lovely touch, thank you. The express service was very prompt, and I appreciated the weather forecast displayed inside the elevator – a thoughtful detail. Lucky at the front desk checked us in quickly; she was efficient and her warm smile was truly welcoming. Ms. Men Jingxue was also very enthusiastic, proactively greeting guests, guiding them to the front desk, and providing information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. Thank you!

Our stay at Luoyang Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Luoyang. The hotel corridors are brand new, and the rooms are fully equipped, offering an extremely high level of comfort. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and responsive, even arranging car services for us, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The infinity pool was the absolute highlight. The views were completely unobstructed, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Watching the sunset paint the sky crimson in the evening was breathtaking. If you're looking for attentive service and a chance to truly relax amidst nature, this is definitely the top choice in Luoyang. We'll be back!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

Hygiene: The hygiene was exceptionally poor. I arrived quite late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with my whole body itching. When I pulled back the covers, I saw a lot of skin flakes at the foot of the bed! It was incredibly dirty. Beneath the scent of the detergent on the sheets, there was a strange, acrid smell. The other bed in the twin room didn't have this issue. The picture shows one large skin flake; I cleaned up the smaller ones myself. I was shocked when I saw it. My exposed skin has been itching for days, even after applying medicine. Two of the complimentary bottled water bottles provided by the hotel were placed on the sink in the bathroom. Given that there were already two bottles on the minibar, why put another two in the bathroom sink? I personally found that a bit unhygienic. I hope the hotel changes the bedsheets for each guest. Service: The front desk staff and other services were quite good. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich and varied.

I came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty. It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

The hotel room was quite spacious with high ceilings. The surrounding area was a bit deserted, with few dining options. The service was pretty average; the intern at check-in was very slow and took a long time to find my reservation. They also gave me a low-floor room. It seems the hotel mainly caters to tour groups and doesn't pay much attention to individual guests.

An amazing experience! I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and though I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, my actual stay was fantastic. The New Year's Eve premium wasn't much higher than nearby guesthouses. Facilities: I expected them to be old, but they were actually quite new. The decor had a great aesthetic, a style I personally really liked. The room had a bathtub and a mini-bar with a good selection of snacks. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. I didn't get to try the late-night congee because it was all finished by the time I got back from the New Year's Eve activities. There wasn't great coordination with the park on that front. The electric curtain got stuck and ripped when I tried to close it, which gave me quite a fright – I almost thought I'd be dealing with a compensation dispute on the first day of the new year. When I mentioned it at check-out, the front desk immediately said it was fine and they'd fix it. That earned them major brownie points. Hygiene: No issues, very clean. Environment: Its main advantage is convenience; it's very close to the park, which was much needed given the cold weather and New Year's Eve. Service: Excellent! The front desk lady even gave me some cookies.

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

This hotel is simply fantastic! First off, the service was impeccable. I booked an airport transfer, and they had someone waiting for me right on time. There was even a thoughtful welcome gift 🎁. Check-in was super quick and easy, and the front desk staff, a lovely young lady, was incredibly warm and attentive. She even upgraded me to a wonderful room with a balcony that offered stunning lake views – bridges, flowing water, pavilions, and towers, all surrounded by lush greenery. The Chinese garden design is absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a vacation. The room itself was well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright, with a grand, luxurious, and exquisite decor. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
