This hotel was the best choice for our May Day trip to Luoyang! It's right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere. The attentive service was incredibly satisfying! This is truly the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-known, high-quality department store) of high-end hotels – the experience was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend all hotels across the country learn from and emulate this one! First off, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station! Even if the driver was temporarily unavailable, the hotel would help arrange a taxi and cover the cost. These little details really won me over! The room was super spacious, bright, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was thoughtfully chosen, and you could even select your own pillow to suit different sleeping preferences – I relaxed instantly as soon as I lay down! Although the facilities are a little old, it didn't affect the experience at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Any minor flaws were completely negligible. The breakfast was truly eye-opening, a proper Luoyang food feast! Authentic beef soup was available to our heart's content, and all local specialty snacks were covered. They even had fresh salmon of good quality. It was a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering incredible value for money – you could spend hours just enjoying breakfast! During our stay, we could also order complimentary snacks, pastries, and drinks. They provided warm hospitality and food throughout the day, so we could eat to our heart's content without even leaving the hotel! The staff were gentle and patient, always responsive, and we felt completely pampered throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang! I sincerely recommend it!

Вот A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement As expected, the JW Marriott Zhengzhou lived up to the high standards of the Marriott brand. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights is definitely the building itself. The hotel is located in an impressive skyscraper, and the views, especially in the evening, are absolutely beautiful. Staying on the 52nd floor was a memorable experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with a proper work desk, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The biggest disappointment was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. If you arrive by car, everything seems perfectly fine. However, I enjoy exploring new cities on foot, and walking from the hotel was not a pleasant experience. The area around the entrance is filled with parked scooters, motorcycles, and cars, with concrete barriers everywhere. In almost every direction you walk, you first encounter parking areas, trash bins, and an untidy streetscape. It feels as though the pedestrian experience was not considered when the area was designed. It's a pity, because the hotel itself is excellent, but the surroundings don't match its quality. Another issue was a noticeable damp or musty smell in my room. I didn't see any mold, but there was a persistent humidity-related odor. One small observation: the elevators are incredibly fast because the hotel occupies such a tall building. If you're sensitive to changes in altitude or pressure, you may notice some discomfort while riding them. Finally, although the breakfast itself was excellent, the restaurant staff spoke very little English. Even asking for a spoon or fork was surprisingly difficult. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful views, and professional service. With a few improvements, especially regarding the surroundings and communication in the restaurant, it could be an even better experience.

Decided to try out one of their unique room types. The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly well-equipped. The little courtyard was so relaxing, and having a private hot spring tub was a real bonus! My child absolutely loved it. The butler was also fantastic, responding to messages 24/7 almost instantly. The front desk lady was very kind, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. The staff member who drove us was handsome and had a great attitude – my husband even commented that his voice sounded like Wang Yibo's! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out.

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

The public areas were clean and well-maintained, and the in-room amenities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. However, what truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service provided by Manager Li Manli. Her professionalism and problem-solving skills were outstanding. She was incredibly responsive to guest requests, handling issues swiftly and decisively. Her communication was always polite and appropriate, and her efficiency was remarkable. She demonstrated a proactive and thoughtful approach, consistently putting herself in the guests' shoes and resolving problems with meticulous attention to detail. She truly possesses the comprehensive qualities of an excellent manager. Her dedication not only upheld the hotel's reputation but also significantly enhanced our positive perception of the Marriott brand. Employees like her, who are highly responsible, service-oriented, and efficient, are invaluable assets to any hotel. We sincerely hope the hotel recognizes her hard work and dedication with due commendation and acknowledgment. When we return to Luoyang in the future, we will undoubtedly choose the Luoyang Marriott again.

I came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty. It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

My stay here was fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel room was spacious and bright, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just the right balance of firm and soft, allowing for truly relaxing and refreshing sleep. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and quick, and they were always prompt and thoughtful in addressing any requests. The room itself was spotless, with well-maintained facilities. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful and pleasant stay. Excellent value for money, and the breakfast was great too!

Had a fantastic stay! Zhu Yan, the floor manager, was exceptionally helpful. She assisted us with our luggage and always had a smile. The restaurant staff in the evening were also wonderful. My friend loved the stewed noodles soup and had 6 bowls, and the staff were so enthusiastic about getting more from the kitchen for us. Plus, staying here makes getting to and from Henan incredibly convenient. It was absolutely brilliant! ✨ Planning to come back for a second visit with my bestie sometime soon! ✌️

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

The location is very near to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International airport and the hotel provides airport transfer service 24/7 with every 1/2 interval such as 1200, 1230 etc. It’s a great hotel for airline staff such as cabin crew who needs to get to the airport within 5 min. The hotel is less than 5 min away from the airport. However, the hotel is quite far from other amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores etc. To travel to down centre at Zhengzhou city or other places in Henan, you could take the free airport transfer service to the airport before travelling by train or subway to the other places. There are also restaurants and a convenience store at the airport terminal 2. The front desk staff are friendly and approachable. The transport service bus captains work around the clock in shifts. They are very willing to attend to your needs and will go the extra mile to assist you if you need help. We enjoy our stay a lot! Thank you!
