As a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary. The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation. This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver! Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍 The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath. The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon. Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!

Overall, a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and bright, with excellent soundproofing, allowing me to get a really good rest. Selina from Guest Relations was so gentle and thoughtful; her attention to detail made my stay feel both secure and incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it! The breakfast was quite good. The service standards were excellent. The gym was very spacious. The swimming pool's water temperature and quality were great. You should definitely try the Japanese restaurant on the 30th floor. I recommend staying here without hesitation. The first round of Minibar goodies, welcome fruits, and snacks also added to the lovely ambiance.

Choosing the Grand Hyatt for our weekend getaway was absolutely the right decision! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. A special shout-out to Dino, who provided warm and genuinely helpful service, responding super quickly to our requests. He even shared some great local hidden gems, which helped us avoid the crowds and enjoy our trip even more. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a truly fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back for our next weekend escape!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yingkou Wanda Yihua Hotel. The check-in was fast and smooth, and our Executive Deluxe Sea-View Room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a fantastic bed. The highlight was the large private balcony offering breathtaking views over the beach, the sea, and the harbor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with some Western options, and everything was well organized even during the busy Golden Week. We can also highly recommend the dinner buffet with its excellent selection of fresh seafood, grilled lamb, and steaks. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mia Wang, who supported us so kindly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had consistent and comfortable water pressure. The hotel also features a heated pool and a 24-hour gym, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang.

The pool experience was fantastic, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, perfect for kids. Plus, after a swim, you could relax in a hot spring, instantly melting away any fatigue. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Xinghai Square. The beach is literally downstairs, and you can walk to the seaside to feed seagulls or simply enjoy a stroll. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is super convenient, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The service was incredibly attentive; someone proactively reached out to discuss our needs before check-in, and the front desk was quick to respond and always happy to help. We even received fresh fruit daily, and the concierge was able to assist with food deliveries – the attention to detail was truly thoughtful.

Some facilities indeed looked brand new, but others were clearly inherited from the previous hotel. We got a room upgrade, and the view was genuinely great. One minor complaint about the freshly made noodles at breakfast: they were pre-cooked and left out, so they were already cold by the time you picked them up. I'd like to commend Eric from concierge services. He was enthusiastic in his recommendations, proactively helped with our luggage, and even gave us a fridge magnet. It was a very warm experience, and the 5-star service rating is entirely for him. I hope the front desk staff can learn from him and be less stern. Overall, the quality is good, and it's well worth the price and location.

Bringing my family and kids to Dalian for the May Day holiday, choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! Our entire experience was fantastic. We're a big family, so we had a lot of luggage when we arrived. Lisa immediately greeted us with a smile at the hotel entrance and enthusiastically helped us with our bags, not showing any signs of annoyance. She was incredibly patient during check-in and great with the kids. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully arranged a quiet, lower-floor room away from the street, and she even made sure it wasn't near the elevator to avoid noise at night and ensure a good rest. She was more considerate than we were ourselves! The moment we walked into the room, we were super pleased! The hygiene was impeccable. What truly touched us were Lisa's thoughtful details, every single one of them hit the mark! When we checked out, she even gave us a little gift that the kids absolutely loved. She told us where the nearby supermarkets and convenience stores were and even drew a simple map for us. Knowing we were visiting Dalian, she enthusiastically recommended reliable seafood restaurants and family-friendly attractions, even advising us on the best times to go to avoid crowds and the sun – it was incredibly helpful. Getting around Dalian, whether for shopping, seafood, or the beach, was very convenient. Traveling with kids was a breeze. Overall, our stay was truly impeccable, and Lisa's service made our entire trip incredibly enjoyable! She was gentle, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, always greeting us with a smile and always looking out for guests. She was as warm and caring as family, making us feel so welcomed in unfamiliar Dalian. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Dalian!
