My stay at the Kashi Old City Yifei Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, creating a comfortable living environment. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. During my stay, I had the pleasure of speaking with the hotel's general manager. Our conversation was pleasant and relaxed, providing great emotional value through their thoughtful interaction. They even kindly arranged a room upgrade for us. Overall, the service was attentive and reliable. The hotel's location near the Old City made getting around very convenient. I was extremely satisfied with this stay.

I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen.

The Hilton Urumqi boasts an excellent location with convenient access. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the heated pool made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on the third floor; the dishes are exquisite and the flavors are outstanding, made with fresh ingredients for an authentic taste. The service is attentive and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for both business dinners and leisure travelers.

A very comfortable stay in this newly developed small town near the entrance of 孟克特, surrounded by beautiful snow mountains. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger room. The facilities were great, including a laundry room and gym room, although they may be located in different blocks. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s own restaurant serving good food. Since the town has very limited dining options and 蜜蜂小镇 is about 30 minutes away, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made the stay much easier. Overall, a very cozy and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you are visiting this area.

This hotel is really hard to spell! Their standards are inconsistent, and they shouldn't let booking channels and platforms dictate their service quality. I stayed here twice, once at the start and once at the end of my trip to Duku Highway, flying in and out of Urumqi. The first night was booked via Trip.com, and the last night was redeemed by a teammate using his American credit card points. Both stays were 100% pre-paid and confirmed. For the first night, a guest relations manager contacted me a day in advance to discuss my itinerary, prepare the room, and even ask about my pillow preferences. Upon arrival for check-in, the same manager personally greeted me, guided me, and introduced the hotel. The room had welcome fruits and a cute bear plushie, and I especially loved the bath service. When checking out, I mentioned my next booking and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, during my second stay, there was absolutely no special service. The front desk service was very standard and process-driven. Although the room type was better than the first time, the soft services were significantly worse. There were no pre-arranged pillows, no welcome fruits, and I had to call myself to request the bath service. All the towels were old and worn out. Is this difference in service purely due to the booking platform? I can understand that different prices might lead to different rooms, facilities, and views, but it shouldn't mean a loss of basic hotel service standards. What felt like a 'home away from home' before now just seems like empty courtesy.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, they have a free airport shuttle service, which saves a lot on taxi fares. The shuttle itself is a nice business van, and the ride was very comfortable with an excellent driver. Upon arrival, there were staff members at the entrance ready to help with our luggage, and check-in at the front desk was super fast. Someone even offered us water while we were checking in. They also gave us complimentary coffee vouchers for the cafe next door, and the coffee there was really good. The room itself was very clean, and all the amenities and facilities felt brand new. The hot water pressure was stable, and hot water came out quickly. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options – honestly, I think it was the best breakfast I had throughout my trip in Xinjiang. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet. During our stay, whenever we asked the front desk for recommendations on nearby restaurants or attractions, they patiently explained everything to us. This hotel really provides an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Here's what I loved about this hotel: 1. Excellent service! The Tajik staff, both the women and men, were incredibly friendly and lovely. 2. The room was clean and tidy. 3. The window offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. I could sit by the window, sip tea, and simply zone out all evening (it doesn't even get dark until after 10 PM here). 4. The room had diffused oxygen, which ensured a great night's sleep. 5. The dried fruits, dates, and raisins provided in the room were delicious! 6. The laundry room was spacious and very convenient. This was our first time visiting the Pamir Plateau and our first encounter with the Tajik people. We loved the scenery in Tashkurgan and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotels in Gaochang District,Turpan
GGuest User 2026.06.13
The hotel boasts luxurious decor with a strong Southern Xinjiang vibe. There's a night market and vineyards nearby to explore. After touring Northern Xinjiang for 7 days, spending the last two days chilling in Turpan was incredibly comfortable! Although the outdoor temperature was high, the hotel's air conditioning was powerful. Even sipping hot tea at the hotel's on-site cafe, Putao Pub & Bar, didn't feel hot at all. The front desk staff, Ziba and Xiao Zha, were exceptionally professional. Every time we called, they responded quickly and enthusiastically resolved our issues. When we first arrived, we weren't familiar with the bathroom fixtures and thought they were broken. We used the smart speaker to call the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to show us how to use them. Their service during several follow-up calls was also patient and gentle, leaving a wonderful impression. They truly live up to a five-star hotel's front desk standards. The restaurant, located by the pool, has splendid decor and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the grape juice and lamb dumplings. This wasn't the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Xinjiang, but it offered the best experience.

An exceptional stay that truly exceeded my expectations, with attention to detail making all the difference. From the welcoming smiles of the concierge upon arrival to the efficient check-in process at the front desk, everything felt comfortable. The room layout was well-designed, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I especially loved the wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the high-quality amenities. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, and Steven's service was incredibly prompt. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome fruit platter and turn-down service. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city.

I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

SSimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe. The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!). However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains. They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options. ⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦‍♂️

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

SShiweiciganluoI stayed one night at the Togelun Xia Mu Gaodi Stargazing Camp, and it was a truly fantastic experience, definitely five stars! There's also an adorable Golden Retriever named 'Niangao' (Rice Cake). From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and patiently explained the room facilities. They also reminded us of the best times to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlit peaks) and for stargazing, and even arranged a Tajik home visit – very considerate. The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise. There was a Yuewell nasal oxygen concentrator and underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at all at night. The bathroom featured a Jomoo wet/dry separation design, and the toiletries were from Chando, a well-known domestic brand that felt reliable. The most delightful surprise was that the tents and outdoor furniture were all from Mobigarden, ensuring brand consistency and a premium feel. Overall, the facilities are complete, the service is warm, and the attention to detail is excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis well-established five-star hotel in the city center exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the city's iconic Red Mountain Tower, which is beautifully illuminated by the环城高速路 (Ring Expressway). It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.

LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
