My absolute favorite hotel in Kashgar! I've always believed that your first impression of a city largely depends on where you stay. This hotel definitely offers a unique service and a wonderful experience. It's incredibly close to the Old City and Id Kah Mosque – just a short walk away. Plus, there are so many great food courts nearby. The room itself is incredibly spacious, and I especially loved the long, corridor-like bathroom. The sofa is huge, there are no strange odors, and there's plenty of space to put your luggage and hang up clothes while you relax. The staff are also super friendly and helpful! I want to give a special shout-out to Wu Reguli Tuerxun, who assisted me during my stay. She was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, helping me with everything I needed on my trip. I'll definitely be bringing my family here again!

The Silk Road Pearl, a luxurious and culturally rich hotel – highly recommended! I specifically chose to stay two nights in Urumqi on this trip, and the biggest surprise was discovering Urumqi's top luxury hotel! From special service requests before arrival to the warm hospitality of every Conrad staff member upon arrival, I felt right at home! After the Northern Xinjiang Grand Loop, I truly realized this is the genuine warmth of the Xinjiang people!! Victoria, a lovely lady at the front desk, made our first interaction feel very friendly and familiar. Throughout her service, she was incredibly professional, taking us on a special cultural experience of Urumqi Conrad, thoughtfully arranging small gifts and souvenirs for us, which made us feel completely at home during our stay. Additionally, we met some excellent young men from the front office concierge team, who we all thought looked like 'Wang Junkai of Xinjiang'. They handled our luggage service from arrival to departure, saving us a lot of effort. The guest room was the cleanest and most meticulously tidied room I experienced on this trip to Xinjiang. During turn-down service, we even received roses and bath salts. The welcome fruits and dried fruits were very characteristic of Xinjiang. In the evening, we were also given Hotan rose dried flowers and sea buckthorn juice to drink – truly attentive to details! The bathroom style and mirrors resembled a beautiful stage dressing room, making one look exceptionally good! This was my first true experience of the brand's ethos of 'inspiration that extends beyond a stopover'. For breakfast, it was my first time seeing steak offered at breakfast, along with highly distinctive Xinjiang specialties like 'Gazi Rou' (pot meat), 'Sazi' (fried dough twists), and baked buns. For those short on time, you can experience all the signature Xinjiang delicacies here in one go! In terms of location, Meimei Department Store is just downstairs, and CC Mall, Xinjiang's trendy hotspot, is within a 10-minute taxi ride. The front desk also thoughtfully recommended the Hualing Market, an excellent wholesale market for local specialties, allowing us to purchase iconic Xinjiang souvenirs all in one place within our limited time. Finally, when checking out, an employee helped me carry my luggage downstairs. During our conversation, I learned that he was a long-time employee of the hotel. From this, I could sense his pride and sense of belonging to the brand and the hotel staff. A hotel with such human warmth and emotional depth is truly the most worthwhile place for travelers to stay. Conrad Urumqi, I'll be back next time!

There's no better hotel in Altay than Jiyuhe Hotel. The price is right, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. They even offer complimentary delicious raisins, oranges, and snacks from the mini-bar, including Coke (and imported coffee!). A nice detail is the earplugs provided. Downstairs, there's a local specialty shop with reasonable prices, and nearby, a budget supermarket where you can buy yogurt. The Erdaoqiao Pilaf is incredibly tasty and affordable. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and directly opposite the hotel is Altay's music hall. The hotel breakfast is rich and features local ethnic specialties while still offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. There are various cold appetizers, salad, hot stir-fries, fried rice noodles, freshly cooked beef noodles, and plenty of delicious yogurt. I usually don't care much for yogurt, but Jiyuhe's yogurt is superb, especially with the different honeys and jams. Staying at Jiyuhe, breakfast every day is a true pleasure, easily comparable to a five-star hotel in inner China. Furthermore, their service is truly excellent. They answer every question patiently and thoughtfully. When they learned we had just returned from Kanas, Hemu, and Baihaba after 7 days and 6 nights without a proper shower or hair wash, they immediately encouraged us to go clean up. The hot water in the room is abundant, and the toiletries are good. The cleaning lady, noticing my mother resting, immediately lowered her voice when speaking. My stay at Jiyuhe Hotel added a memorable and significant stroke to my first trip to Xinjiang.

This time it was like a lucky dip, and I picked this hotel blindly. The result was nothing but pleasant surprises. The location is halfway between Urumqi Station and the airport, with travel times generally within 20 minutes. The hotel has a sky lobby. The staff ladies were very friendly. The room was also very spacious, clean, with plenty of hot water, and comfortable bedding. My only suggestion is that I hope they keep the breakfast food warm, as some dishes were a bit cold.

After staying a few nights, I have some thoughts. First, let's talk about showering. The water temperature and pressure vary on different floors, so getting a comfortable shower is difficult. The hairdryer is also terrible; the airflow is very weak. If they can't afford a Dyson, they could at least get a Laifen. Plus, some of the towels had black impurities – basically, they don't want you to be comfortable. Then there's the room lighting, which is very dim, truly very dim. I stayed in different rooms over several nights, and the only constant was the dimness. Can they replace the reflective light strips? It's the 21st century! I also suggest adding a clothesline in the shower area, as the only closet is enclosed, making it impossible to dry clothes. Here's the main point: the breakfast here is the worst I've ever had at this price point, falling below the average standard for similar hotels. It lacks both uniqueness and variety/quality. Logically, the occupancy rate seems decent, so they shouldn't be struggling to cover breakfast costs, right? If you have other options, I'd recommend staying at Wanda Realm or Conrad instead.

Highly recommended! The disposable toiletries provided in the room are all well-known brands. The service was excellent, the environment comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, it was an oxygen-enriched room! I stayed for three nights straight and it was my favorite hotel of the entire trip. The product recommended by the streamer was definitely a good choice. They even gave me complimentary fruit. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn't connected to the laundry facilities, which I hope they can improve.

Staying here felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me warmly, which was really heartwarming! They were all eager to help and politely welcomed every guest. The concierge proactively offered to assist with luggage. Being able to order room service was super convenient and quick, and the staff were always prompt and accommodating with any requests, clearly attentive to the guest experience. The hotel even has robots for food delivery, which is efficient, smart, and hassle-free, ensuring great security and privacy. It's fantastic to enjoy meals without leaving your room. Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Yining was the best decision! The InterContinental Yining truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the Silk Road-inspired courtyard design, with its exotic grape trellis walkway. The light filtering through the lobby's domed ceiling was absolutely stunning; every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. Our room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the Ili River. Waking up to the morning sun sparkling on the water and admiring the starry sky at night was magical. The King Koil mattress ensured a super comfortable sleep, and the Byredo toiletries added a touch of luxury. The service was incredibly thoughtful too. The front desk staff proactively recommended local attractions and even treated us to special apricot peel tea and yogurt. Breakfast offered an extensive array of options, including freshly baked 'baozi' (steamed buns), hand-pulled lamb, and other authentic Xinjiang specialties. The fresh juices were refreshing and helped cut through the richness. The underground parking was convenient for those traveling by car, and the 25-meter heated swimming pool was visually stunning. From the design and facilities to the service, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yining, and we highly recommend it to all travelers!

I didn't have high hopes for this non-chain hotel, but it actually exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the view was great, and the facilities were excellent, including a smart toilet and smart system. The wet and dry areas were separate, though the layout could be a bit more practical. The curtains were semi-automatic. The heating was quite strong, so much so that I had to open a window. There's also a self-service laundry room, perfect for those staying a bit longer for skiing or business trips. The only minor points were the limited breakfast variety and average taste, but I wouldn't call those downsides. Even though I only stayed one night, it left a lasting impression because it was the best accommodation of my entire trip to Altay 😂. Later, when I went skiing in Hemu, even a Holiday Inn costing over 4,000 yuan a night couldn't compare to this place. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience now. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and gets even better; it will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Altay.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, so I slept incredibly well at night. The bathroom facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and a full set of toiletries. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was fast and efficient, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and it offers incredible value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. My entire stay was comfortable and satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended! 🍥

GGuest User【Exceptional Service! Staying in a fairytale campsite under the stars, a perfect experience!】 From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! 🔥 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful—our butler asked about our itinerary in advance and kindly informed us that Panlong Ancient Road opens at 10 AM, saving us from rushing in the morning. My heart was truly touched! Knowing we wanted to wake up early for the sunrise, they prepared hot coffee and eggs before breakfast time. As someone who appreciates details, I was thrilled! 💯 The camp's environment was breathtakingly beautiful. Opening the tent revealed a sky full of stars ✨, and lying down to watch the Milky Way at night was incredibly romantic! The facilities were comparable to a five-star hotel: KingKoil mattresses, Hermès toiletries... It perfectly combined the raw beauty of glamping with ultimate comfort! This 'campsite exterior + hotel soul' experience was truly unique, and I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

GGuest UserAccommodated a friend here, and overall, it exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with crisp white bedding that was wrinkle-free. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation and a bathtub. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the room. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's about an 8-10 minute drive to the city center, and the hotel has a convenience store and free late-night snacks, which was very handy. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk who helped us with a late check-out until 4 PM. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great, and the service was enthusiastic. Coincidentally, the hotel was hosting a lawn wedding show on the day we stayed, which was fantastic! Next time friends visit Kashgar, I'll definitely choose this place again! 👍

GGuest UserAfter a tour of Xinjiang, I returned to Urumqi and chose to stay at the Grand Mercure Hualing Hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with its own dedicated parking, which was very convenient. The lobby has a beautiful and grand Western Regions style. The room had an excellent view and was clean and tidy. The biggest surprise was being upgraded to a room with a bathtub – after a long journey, I could finally enjoy a nice hot soak, which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk had already prepared the room key in advance, and the service was very thoughtful. The location is truly prime, as it's directly opposite Red Hill Pagoda, the city's central landmark. As night falls, you can simply pull back the curtains and overlook the entire city's night view. Wally, the manager in the lobby, even personally delivered some small snacks. Overall, it was great. The value for money is exceptionally high, especially the huge parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving travelers.

GGuest UserIt is an old five-star hotel in Kashgar. There is a similar Yuexing Global Harbor in Shanghai, so it is a nostalgic check-in. First of all, no one helped to take the luggage to the front desk at the end of check-in, and the same was true for check-out. The service staff who added WeChat responded very quickly and actively solved the problem, which is still very good. The overall feeling and decoration are still old school, but it is indeed quite old, and some equipment is old, but the hygiene is still in place. The road to the airport and to Taxkorgan is relatively smooth, and the surrounding food is not as good as the ancient city area. The breakfast is still very good.

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

GGuest UserI wanted to experience the ancient city culture on the last night in Kashgar. I chose to stay on the Silk Road. I chose a long time in advance. Finally, I chose No. 6 Courtyard. The yard is located behind the mosque and belongs to the core location of the western district of the ancient city. It is very convenient to punch in. Room: The interior is spacious, the facilities are very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. There is a private courtyard, and it is very pleasant to have tea and eat in the yard! 😊 Service: After the decision, build a butler WeChat group, name and praise the two butler ladies ❤️, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, take us to explain the ancient city in detail, help with luggage and items, breakfast is delivered to the room, help make tea, the experience is very good 👍 Great value for money 😊😊
