An absolutely wonderful stay! This was my first time traveling alone with my child, and it was a memorable experience, thanks to Hampton by Hilton for leaving us with such a fantastic impression. From before check-in, throughout our stay, and until check-out, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Everyone, from the front desk to every staff member, was outstanding. They were always responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Since I was traveling alone with my child, I ended up asking the hotel staff to run errands for us many times, like delivering takeout and fetching various items, to the point where I felt a bit embarrassed! In short, thank you all for giving my daughter and me such unforgettable memories. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Qinhuangdao. Wishing all the staff good health and a smooth work life!

The hotel boasts a prime location in the old town, within walking distance of Xingtai Museum, Kaiyuan Temple, and Qingfeng Tower. Dahuoquan Park is also easily accessible by bus, about a 20-minute ride away. There are excellent dining options nearby, including Wanda Plaza, Heijia Dumpling Restaurant, and Guangshunxing right across the street. Our room was clean, and the bedding was fresh with no unpleasant odors. Both the service and the overall ambiance were very good. A major plus is the underground parking lot equipped with slow-charging EV stations. We do have a few minor suggestions: 1. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, there's certainly enough to fill you up. 2. For the fresh fruit, we noticed bananas were cut in half. It might be better to serve them whole, as the cut surfaces tend to blacken quickly. 3. The soy milk served was quite diluted.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Lizheng Gate and part of the resort. The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the lamb soup for breakfast was delicious. The entire resort has a tranquil atmosphere, and it's beautifully lit at night, with deer you can interact with. The room facilities are clearly well-thought-out and very considerate. The only drawback is the steep slope at the entrance; I wouldn't recommend walking up or down it, it's too high. It's not very friendly for elderly guests. There are also many steps within the hotel, making luggage transport a bit difficult. Fortunately, an older security guard at the entrance helped us carry our luggage in when we checked in, but carrying it out ourselves at checkout was indeed quite strenuous. Overall, the hotel is still very good, and I would recommend it to friends. Come and experience the quaint charm of the Emperor's Study.

The hotel's newly opened ． in 25 years likes the layout of the room, (mainly without the taste of decoration ．) a value-for-money  hotel, worthy of praise is the rich breakfast and variety, thank the front desk clerk and floor attendant ． service warmly treat customers ． at home, Next time I come to Hengshui, I will stay at this hotel ．

Booked a sea-view twin room for our family trip over New Year's Day, and the front desk upgraded us to a sunrise room (though we couldn't wake up early enough to see the sunrise). It was a bit better than expected; the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. MaoYe Shopping Mall is right downstairs, accessible directly from the hotel, which was super convenient as we didn't even need to put on a coat to go for a meal in the middle of winter. The only minor drawback was that the hotel parking lot is shared with the mall. Being new to the area and arriving on a holiday, we were stuck in traffic trying to get in for a long time and then still had to search for a parking spot. However, after telling the hotel, we got free parking, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pretty satisfactory stay.

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

The room was spacious and bright with a mountain view. The service attitude was exceptionally good. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I also stayed here in 2022 when I visited Chengde. Originally, I was just passing through and could have chosen accommodation in another city, but I remembered my previous positive experience here with the great service and room type, so I decided to stay again. It didn't disappoint me at all! The service was still as thoughtful as ever, and the staff's attitude still made me feel right at home!

We recently went to Zhangjiakou Thaiwoo Ski resort during the CNY. Location is ideal, 5 mins away from Taizicheng railway by car and inside the ski resort. They provide pick-up and drop off at the railway station making it very convenient. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, not so many choices for foreigners like us. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and tries their best to translate, communicate and attend to our needs. Before booking our room and train, I called the hotel to inquire and added 小晴 thru wechat. She was very helpful in answering my questions about the ski resort, and train booking. Definitely recommended.

The front desk service attitude is very good. After the check-in, the staff will take the initiative to lead the way. The room is clean and odorless. The parking lot is quite large. It comes on weekdays. The parking space is particularly rich. There is a small shopping mall a few hundred meters away. It takes ten minutes to drive. There is a halal beef cover cake. When I left, my pajamas fell in the hotel, and the service staff also helped to mail them back.
