The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

GGuest UserHygiene: The bath towels and hand towels were individually wrapped, completely easing any hygiene concerns. Environment: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Downstairs is a park with excellent greenery, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Service: The staff were warm and thoughtful. They helped us upgrade our room type and were very responsive to all our requests. The robot delivery for items was also very quick. Oh, and the washing machine and dryer are fantastic for travelers – Atour really thinks of all the customer's needs. The pillows were the most comfortable out of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip; I even ordered some when I got back!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the beginning of May while my kids (ages 9 and 11) were on school break. They loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, the springs and the breakfast and dinner buffets. The sushi restaurant is also good. The kids liked the slides and obstacle course in the pool area. There are so many springs here, with varying temperatures so you can choose to soak in cold ones or hot ones. And they are broken into regions (Asia, Europe, America, Africa). The service we received was great. Everyone was very helpful. Jordon in particular was very clear in communicating with me about what was included with our booking and how to access those items. There were a lot of other families at the resort since it was a holiday time but it was not too crowded. Would definitely recommend it to others. Close by is Mission Hills Centreville (retail shopping area), Feng Xiaogang Movie Town (featuring recreated old Chinese movie sets) and Splash City (a large water park). GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite spacious with a beautiful view of the sea outside the window, offering a comfortable sight of the distant Century Bridge, which was rather spectacular. Hygienics: The hotel is a bit old, but the basic cleanliness is acceptable and standard. Staff: Polite and enthusiastic. When we arrived by taxi, the staff proactively opened the car door and handled our luggage. They did the same when we left. They greeted us politely, and because we entered and exited the hotel multiple times during our stay, the reception staff at each entrance would come forward to open the car door, greet us politely, and had a friendly attitude. They were all very dedicated. Breakfast: It was quite rich. We had breakfast around 10:00 AM, and when food ran out, it was quickly replenished. The food was fresh and distinctive. The host at the entrance, the one with the 'blessed' demeanor, saw children running and would politely tell them to slow down, then spread his arms to escort them from behind. The more efficient staff member enthusiastically showed us to our table and was eager to assist whenever we needed help. The staff all had smiles and high spirits. The auntie at the noodle station was polite in answering questions and even asked about our preferred toppings. The chef at the omelet station also greeted us politely. Overall, many positives. Drawback: The room's air conditioning wasn't cold enough. When the fan speed was at its highest, the noise was very loud. We later adjusted the fan speed to medium, which was barely acceptable but didn't affect our sleep. I've written all this so that future guests can see a genuine review before checking in.

GGuest UserThe butler service from Alalei was absolutely fantastic. We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage at the front desk without checking in. The butler contacted me via WeChat and arranged for our bags to be sent to our room ahead of time, so we could check in by noon. Our room was even prepared with fruit and a welcome setup. Due to an unexpected matter, we had to leave a day early, and the butler was very proactive in helping us coordinate the arrangements. It was a very pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and check-in was super efficient; there was no long wait, and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. The moment I walked into the room, I felt at ease. The entire place was spotless – not a speck of dust or stain on the floor, desk, or vanity. The bedding was crisp, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and cozy, making for a truly comfortable rest. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent and plentiful. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which meant I could get a solid night's sleep after a busy day. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting a taxi, dining out, or running errands. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly, and the stable internet speed made working a breeze. When I had a small request mid-stay, housekeeping responded quickly and the staff patiently helped resolve the issue. Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is outstanding, with no hidden fees. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips to this area and highly recommend it as a top choice for business travelers.

It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!
